Very nice hotel and very central. Quite even though it is just off a main road. Great location to get to everything by foot and is close by the metro. Some really superb places to eat close by.

Kind of an Olive Garden that you can sleep in. It's got that weird Paris hotel aesthetic going on where it's half opulent and half dumpy. Brown tiles everrrrrywhere! The room itself was nice, although small (but it's Paris so of course it's small). Room was very clean. Bathroom was dated but spotless. The bed was perfect. Very big, nice and firm (but with a soft topper). It was one of those rare hotel beds that Will please anyone. Hallway noise was audible but the hotel itself was very quiet. We slept really well and were sad to leave the bed to go to the airport.

We stayed at Villa Beaumarchais for 12 days and it is a great hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast came with our room rate and it is really very nice, it is self-serve, and the serving plates are always well-stocked. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Absolute calm and perfect staff.
The bathroom was a little bit old but not very large and very good breakfast.

Our room was very small and dated with very old cupboards I didn’t want to use to hang items as they smelt a bit musky. The shower had been replaced with a new head so this was good. They had a mobile you were able to take with you which had Wi-Fi and worked very well! We asked for an iron 4 times which they couldn’t find — got it the night before we were leaving at 1am. It was a long so no shops or anything were open so didn’t get full experience of the location.

Excellent staff, great facilities and perfect location! They even helped me with surprising my wife for her birthday, and overall were very generous :)

Very quiet hotel, nice little room with a decor a little rococo but that is part of the style of the hotel. But it will deserved a slight refreshment the breakfast in the Winter Garden (beautiful by the way) is varied and good. Good location.

A lovely welcome. A young and dynamic staff always listening to you. The authentic charm of this hotel immediately immerses us in the Paris we love. A privileged place for an unforgettable stay.

Conveniently located hotel, close to Bastille and the Marais. Very friendly & helpful staff. The rooms are clean, somewhat small, but nicely set. The bathroom sink had soap marks from the previous guests though. Breakfast buffet definitely worth the money.

Great stay. Simpati room. Old but warm decoration. Flat too much carpeting kills the carpet for a hotel it would make sense to put another coating easier to maintain and more breast for the clientele. Great breakfast. And friendly staff smiling at the top.

The first impression was positive, friendly reception, room somewhat in the years but clean and for Parisian conditions quite large. Very good location.
The part described is a bit long, but in order to be able to imagine how breakfast guests are "treated", it is necessary.
Breakfast: 7-11 a. M. Price 14, €50. Service on Monday (woman) Very friendly and quick, unfortunately the buffet was only replenished upon request. On the following days, here the person responsible was a man, arrived at 10:45h still 4 guests and stood in front of an empty buffet. Instead of filling this up, the tablecloths were removed. The still existing tables were not completely covered, you had to get cups and plates yourself. When the person in charge was raised, something was actually filled. Is this French hospitality?
This attentive gentleman, by the way, brought from 10:30h cups and plates individually! From the table to the buffet (cupboard) right next to our table. Very cozy!

Terrible service, rooms dusty, mistake with bill when they precharged the card and then refused to recognise as they lost their paperwork and would not mark the bill as cleared without the receipt they lost. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no explanation from staff the following morning. Do not waste your money, terrible hotel.

Great service and good location.

I've been staying two days at this hotel for two days. We were given a junior suite even though we had prepaid a normal room. The Junior Suite is Great. The bed is huge and super Comfortable. It has several pillows to choose From. The TV is also very large and has a minibar. In the room there is also a coffee-capsule, with two free capsules per day and a Kettle. In the bathroom there is a separate shower and bathtub, hair dryer, electric towel rack and all kinds of accessories (gel, shampoo, conditioner, bodymilk, etc. ). The room also brings a free-use smartphone, which I didn't have time to Use. Breakfast is not very varied but not bad. As far as the Hotel's situation is, it is a 15 minute walk from the Pompidou. My stay was very nice and I would recommend it.

Location is great to walk around Marais and Bastille. Rooms are a little dated and bathrooms quite simple. Didn't have breakfast there, didn't want to spend money at the hotel as there are quite a lot of little cafes around. The room I stayed in did not have a wardrobe and not a lot of natural light. Staff were friendly and not a problem for taxis to find the hotel.

This hotel is easily one of the main reasons I will return to Paris as quickly as possible. The staff was so friendly and comforting. The hotel was exquisite and located near the very first restaurant in Paris to serve pizza.

Nice little hotel. Probably hot in the summer. I had read the negative reviews before going. I did not observe anything negative. Very good as a neighborhood with good access to the Metro and bus. Nice restaurants around also and a small walk of 10 minutes to get to the center of the swamp. To consider.

Surprised by this base for a quick break in Paris, well priced for a two night stay. We used this place for a base and the room was surprisingly well presented, the bed was so good after a long day sightseeing and the bathroom well maintained and sparkling on arrival. The breakfast was a nice mix for a start to your day and the coffee plentiful. My one complaint possibly was the over powering heat in the room which took us an evening to figure out properly, the window open to the elements in February a welcome relief. The Wi-Fi was reliable but annoyingly forgot the password so do not mislay the paperwork on your first day. Staff were all very welcoming and happy to help, all in all a good find and somewhere we would be happy to return to.

Robert Nagy and Maria Jose Cueto Faus. Journey of 4-5 and 6 december 2015. Nice place, very well situated. Near the Metro Station, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is not too expensive (18 €) and offers a various choice. Last but not least, the service at the reception (in particular with one receptionist wearing glasses) is VERY unpleasant. This person in particular has a big lack of kindness with customers, doesn't explain the bill (we had to REQUIRE the documents), answers aggressively and is very arrogant. This is why we do NOT advice this hotel to other people.

Spacious, private rooms, close to metro, staff is great, breakfast was not worth how much we paid, but it was still good, close to ATM, an cafes.

July 2014 stayed 6 nights and liked everything. Terrific breakfast buffet. Pretty and colorful room. Near place de la bastille between 2 metro stops.
