Hotel clean and nice, perfect for a night or two as the rooms are quite small but this is not disturbing.

Close to the metro and located in a quiet street just off the main road. We like how new and clean the rooms were, the bathroom was a good size with a bath, shower. There is also a mini bar, fridge, coffee machine with pods, air conditioning and a safe in the room. Breakfast was a good selection on the buffet. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.

Ideally located at 100 meters from the theatres and the Metro. My room on the top floor was quiet and refreshed. The receptionist is a nice and helpfulness remarkable. Only the area is poorly attended at night… too bad as the hotel is ideal.

Very nice staff.

First of all, I do not find this hotel to be very nice at all. There are creeps who have approached us every single time we’ve tried to come back around this area. The staff didn’t clean our room, they left our dirty towels hanging up and just threw new ones over it. The rooms are much smaller and dirtier than the photos online depict. There is no AC. You aren’t close to anything. Staff is friendly that’s about it.

A very modern hotel. But not suitable for prams. Has a lift but Seeeeeeeeehr tight. So the length and width is like a stroller but no one can ask. And the hallways are tight.
Our room was very nice bathroom was clean there was a "tourist tax" when checking out (€3 for 2 people) which I also found unnecessary.

I am here from yesterday room spotless and very comfortable and modern… At the reception very kind. The hotel and on a place where you have everything in reach. Metrô just get out of the hotel… Mac Donald in front of supermarket. In front of you if you need anything. Really deserves.

Excellent, Clean Hotel in a great location. One minutes walk from the metro. Great friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Rooms are not the largest but perfectly adequate. Heating was great as it was — 1 on the night we stayed. Bathroom clean and looked very new. Got a better deal booking with the hotel directly than using the usual booking sites. Highly recommended.

The hotel is about 200 meters from the metro station "Strasbourg — Saint Denis" and is therefore very suitable for a city break. However, there is no parking in front of the hotel to unload the luggage during the — or departure by car. So bus lane and hope that no one comes. The hotel offers an Indigo car park less than a 10-minute walk away. For our 3 nights or 4 days we would have paid €90, —. In the hotel it was very clairvoyant. About 1 o 'clock with the children were stretched and played over us. Otherwise, the room was okay and clean. The English-speaking staff was very nice and helpful. We also all slept very well in the beds. However, the TV constantly had a picture — and sound disturbance on the German broadcasters. But the main reason for devaluation is breakfast. This costs €13 per person per day, —. That's actually okay. However, the small room with tables and chairs is so narrow that when you sit at 2 tables you can't get through any more. In addition, something is constantly empty. Baguette, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, etc. In addition, the abandoned tables were not cleared. You had to make for space on the table yourself. A colleague started with it and left after 3 minutes and left everything criss-crossing. Came back only about 15 minutes later and carried on. The mobile phone was probably more important. Is that just because of the different mentality? On the next trip to Paris we will probably book another hotel.

Nice rooms, clean and felt pretty safe. The room had good air conditioning, comfy beds, clean bathroom. Only complaint I have is that their luggage storage is not secure at all. They give the code out freely to a room with just shelves to place your bags and anyone can get in to the room and walk off with your bags. I appreciate that the hotel has storage, but a more secure process would be nice.

Clean hotel, very comfortable beds, friendly staff who replied to us in whichever language we used rather than assuming that we couldn't speak French just because we spoke English to each other. Well located close to several metro stations on useful lines. A safe and pleasant place to stay.

Great location and fine rooms with TV, fast Wi-Fi connection, sizeable beds, fridge and AC. Less than five minutes walk to the metro which takes you everywhere you have to be in Paris. Supermarket and restaurants nearby if you need anything. They also arrange quite transport to the airport as well. Nice and clean.

This Park is not the most attractive place.

Very nice, small hotel. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Clean rooms and very polite staff. Free Wi-Fi in all areas/rooms. Available for multiple devices upon request for free. Close to city center. Very close to metro station (Line 4). Very small elevator, but this is something a must see :)

The hotel is located in the Marais in 1 minute from Metro (lines 4, 8 and 9, cushy to turn the entire city, Strasbourg St Denis). The staff, although not speak Italian, is extremely courteous and helpful (tips for shooting, means to take, services to book, …). When we arrived the reception area was under renovation but were reassured that was work aimed at improving the service and that the rooms were ok. So it was, the room on the third floor, courtyard (double room) was quiet, very clean and new, including bathroom (it was always perfectly clean and changed towels every day of stay). The bed really comfy (versus the previous experiences in Paris truly remarkable! ). I would recommend it.

Not recommended. No effort to change a booking was made by mistake. I had to pay the room reserved for the next day and go to sleep elsewhere the same day, without even I have been offered a discount on a spare bedroom. However, the next day, the first time, the hotel had cancelled my booking on booking and cashed the money to be able to rebook at the most quickly to someone else. A behavior very very limited!

Reception staff were very helpful. No free coffee though that would have been great.

Location is great, near Strasbourg — Saint-Denis metro station, rooms were ok, nice and helpfull stuff. Breakfast was great for price of 10€. No free Wi-Fi.

Good Hotel! I was so worried after reading hundreds of review of hotels in Paris. I wanted a clean hotel, nice neighborhood, complete bathroom-no sharing a toilet down the hall! The staff was very nice to us, had a very small elevator to bring us and our luggage up to our 5th floor room. Shower was small but fine for us. Room was clean with TV, refrig, and all toiletry items. It's in a non-tourist area-very close to Strasbourg — St Denis Metro station! We left early and came in late with no fears or discomforts! They even let us store our luggage when we arrived before check in and the day we checked out. We would definately stay again! Did not try or look at Breakfast. Wi-Fi — not included.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time last week with my wife, my daughter and my 16 year old grandson. I had never been to Plat d'Etain before, nor this part of Paris. The reception was very friendly: the room was spotless and very comfortable — we had picked the 4 bed room as we are all family and we were on an expensive but very short trip. The location was absolutely ideal — close to Strasbourg — St Denis Metro and, better still, Notre Dame and the wonderfyul Batobus. In 2 days we managed most of the sights and visits that provide such wonderful memories of this extraordinary city — the best in the world? The hotel service was impeccable: the room was fully cleaned and the beds changed: the bathroom was also immaculate and the breakfast generous and delightful. I would heartily recommend anyone to book and stay here — it is such a refreshing change to stay in a real hotel after all the "adequate" chain hotels and the rip-offs. Congratulations to Plat d'Etain and if we can, we will be back.
