Love this place — everything is perfect. It’s like being invited to a cool party!

I always stay here. This place has an incredible history and is a trusted and well establish destination. Through the years the team of built up a very successful Business adding layers at the right time. Their Careful and considerate approach resonates through the excellent customer service stylish design and incredibly well programmed space. The team function as a well oiled, but self thinking. Machine. Self thinkers artistic in nature of pulling together as one. This place does not need to re-invent itself. It’s an iconic brand and every time I come back here it feels like they’ve added a slice of lemon just to keep it refreshed. Well done Les Bains!

Great hotel in the middle of Paris. It's in a great location, with tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff here is amazing and the vibe of the hotel is perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely exquisite dining! Not to mention the history behind the building the restaurant is housed in! Nice courtyard space for outdoor seating, great bar, excellent service! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and gave us a brief history lesson!

This is a good boutique hotel close to many bistros. The staff is fantastic and really make you feel at home. They will know your name in short order. It truly does feel like you’re being treated way above average by the staff. Rooms have a terrace overlooking courtyard which is great. The hotel is less than 1 mile from the river. There is a nice bar with open air sections. The challenge with this hotel is the lighting in the rooms and hallways is very dark. The walls are painted a dark brown or black and the lighting fixtures are extremely dim. It can be really hard to find the light switches in your room or the elevator buttons in the hallways. Even the light switches and plates are dark brown. If they would just simply be a light color it would be a lot easier to find switches. Because the bar is in the courtyard and all rooms overlook the courtyard you can run into some bar noise late at night. Most of our nights were ok but we had one instance where a loud party was in the courtyard until about 2 AM which made it really hard to sleep until they were gone. I will stay here again when I return. I would overlook some of the drawbacks because of the great service that I had and the personal treatment I received from the staff.

It was a nice hotel. We had an amazing terrace view, but our air didn't work which was really misfortune because after doing alot of walking, it would have been nice to come in to a cool room. They got it working soon after we called and told them though. I was a little disappointed in the service and amenities for it to be a 5 stat hotel though.

My mother was diagnosed with cancer a month before our scheduled visit and so we needed to cancel the trip. Rather than being flexible since we prepaid and refunding the money (since they were clearly able to resell the room), the hotel kept the full amount prepaid (several thousand dollars) and now that amount cannot be spent on medical bills. Very disappointed with the entire situation.

Great hotel for any lover of chic style and music. Meticulously clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good food. Great concierge service. FYI no gym tho but each room has a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Ask for a room on the 3rd floor with a terrace or for a room with a tub. Oh, and the area near the hotel is like the Brooklyn of Paris — you’re staying in a good spot if there are tons of fabulous gays, too-cool-for-school hipsters, fashion and food lovers, theaters and great non-touristy shopping.

I've stayed here a few times for work and I would recommend it for both the leisure and business traveller. Boutique hotel with charm and some rooms have a terrace. On the other, I feel like they don't treat Platinum SPG members as well as in other hotels I have visited. This may be because it is a Design Hotel of the chain but I would recommend the staff work on that.

This is an iconic hotel in Paris where they did an amazing restoration. You can go at the bar for a drink and at the restaurant for dinner. You must absolutely try the truffle croque monsieur. This is delicious. The drink selection is good and the staff friendly. If you get lucky you can get access to the basement with the famous pool.

Nice decoration but a little overrated and surprise. The cocktails were disappointing for the price (18 euros). There's a lot in the neighborhood.

The beautiful location especially the historical touch of the French. Comfortable the smoking room for the addicts. Kitchen at the height of the expectations. Fair Quality-price ratio. The local dancing down… makes all the difference.

Bjrs I've done my nose at Dr. AMAR's in Marseille. The shower baths have as much d ambiance Q before you will recognize me with my new physical appearance; I'm not worried. I found the place very festive.

Beautiful designer hotel with a unique feel. The steam room doesn't work and the club is small, but it is a gem in the heart of the Marais. The staff went out of their way to delight, and the building itself is a work of art. I would definitely visit again.

A beautiful hotel that is centrally located. We were able to walk to most of the sites and the Metro was just two blocks away to get to/from Gare de Nord and other more distant attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was a nice size and we had a large balcony with a table and chairs for use when the weather was good. Overall, we had a great experience at Les Bains Paris and we will definitely return.

Stayed for 2 nights in November. The hotel used to be the rockstar party hotspot back in the 80s and 90s. It is now on its 3rd rendition, reopening in 2015. The cocktails at the main bar are really well made. The club downstairs has free access for guests and has a variety of events. The rooms are well decorated, peppered with party pictures of celebrities. If you need absolute quiet, ask for a higher floor room. The location is ideal, with a short walk to the Pompidou and Le Marais, Les Halles, Rue Montorgueil. It was a fun stay.

Great stay in a very cool hotel. It was located in the trendy Les Marais. Walking distance to central Paris, bars, restaurants and coffee bars. The hotel is full of art, the bar is itself a work of art. Staff are very friendly and the whole ambience was elegant. Thoroughly recommend for a cool stat in Paris.

Our stay was wonderful in every way. The staff was proactive, helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Finally the restaurant and pubic spaces were chic yet welcoming. I'm a huge Les Bains fan!

Came here for birthday dinner & drinks and made good friends with the staff :) Really enjoyable place and even more enjoyable food and company. They made this years birthday very much worth it.

Well deserves its 5 stars. Sumptuous Suite and home at the height of the facility. It is good to be rich.

Beautiful hotel, delicious cocktails in a very pleasant, service worthy of a 5* and the staff very attentive. Only one thing to say : the reservation for brunch via the site Lafourchette, which has been confirmed as the hotel did not have the brunch at this time of year (summer break). Thank you for the incredible stay!

Lovely hotel, very pleasant staff and beautifully designed. Was very quiet when I stayed there which was obviously great for sleep but sapped the atmosphere. Would happily return though.

Everything is OK. Have no complaints but also no appraisals. The restaurant belongs to a hotel and has a club in the basement. The service is good and cocktails are tasty. I've been there 3 times and it has been always a bit empty so no worries if you're around and want to grab a bite without a reservation.

Worst customer experience I've ever had, especially insulting for a high end hotel. Long story, but room was over massive party downstairs, no notification in hotel about noise to come that night, could feel bass in rooms, and nobody on the staff could even agree what time the party was going until (was told midnight, 1am, 3am, etc). When called downstairs after party kept going past was when originally told, and asked to move rooms — nothing was available but offered complementary breakfast. Called back again after party kept going past new time was told — magically a room was available this time, but was accused of just trying to get a free upgrade (yeah, I love moving rooms at 1:30 in the morning on my honeymoon). Went downstairs the next morning to get complementary breakfast that was offered, was told that my room was upgraded so that was no longer available — but if I insisted they could give it to me. I walked out on the spot — I don't want your pity, I just didn't realize that offer was retracted — thanks for treating me like garbage.

We absolutely loved our stay at Les Bains. The room was gorgeous and perfectly appointed. The entire hotel is beautiful! The staff incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the location. Thank you for a very lovely stay. We will most certainly be back!
