I can’t imagine a cooler spot to be. Friendly, helpful, and fun staff. The modernized hotel that kept the priceless historic building charm intact invites you in and you never want to leave (I didn’t! ).

Good food and good drinks. Enjoy.

Great place… The bars and the restaurant make you want to establish your headquarters there.

Excellent location near the Grands Boulevards, beautiful hotel, spacious and stylish room, excellent breakfast and top staff at all posts, I recommend without hesitation, our next visit to Paris will be there without any hesitation.

I went to a restaurant there with a friend tonight and it was a very bad experience. The food was OK at best while from a place that sells itself as fancy one would expect more than just OK. I ordered sashimi as a starter. I received three pieces of fish cut as thin as carpaccio served on a bulk of salad without chopsticks. The following dishes followed the trend. I don't expect great, attentive service in France but this was really bad. There were simply not enough waiters (only two for number of tables). Not only that they didn't have time to take care of guests but they were messing things up. My friend ordered sweet potato fries and he received regular ones instead. We sent them back to kitchen. As a replacement they brought different fries but still not sweet potato ones. We waited forever to pay. Waiters disappeared. Even French people at the next table were making fun of it. When we finally got the bill turned out we were charged twice for the desserts. Can't recommend this place.

I had a reservation for April 2020. Due to COVID-19 the reservation was cancelled. Even though I could have chosen a full refund, I choose to accept a voucher in order to help an Industry in need. I wasnt aware of the fact that the voucher ran out just a few months later. And now your customer service tells me that its worthless, that I have wasted more than 900 euros. Do you think thats fair? Do you think thats good customer service for a High end hotel?

We came to Bruncher at the hotel restaurant… everything was very good, the truffle fries a delight… The gluten-free bread offered by the waiter was perfect. The service at the Top, the setting very nice.

Love the style, look, and coziness of the place. Rooms are outstanding.

Very disappointed with the welcome at The Hoxton's bar, a frosty welcome…
The girl who placed us was very rude after a long wait or people placed themselves so they had arrived well after.
However the waiter was fine as well as the vegetarian board.

Decor: super cute, beds and pillows very comfy. Shower dreamy. Might be nice for some slippers as rooms a bit cold for floor. Location: perfect Service: occasionally slow.
* Maid needs to not give us new towels unless we ask! Not very eco friendly and we were happy to reuse towels. Maid put out new postcards every day too when not necessary. Would like to see effort made for more eco friendly. Food: needs work. Not bad but not inspiring. Meat/cheese board in planche the best. Burger very small and drowned by a dry bun that falls apart, Breakfast was a bit overpriced. Eggs Benny hollandaise sauce tasted nasty. Brownies dry as heck. Breakfast bag needs healthy and different options. Besides meat/cheese board wouldn’t eat here again. Would I stay here again? Yes! Despite being disappointed with food I generally loved stay!

The frame is really nice, the reception and the quality service during our visit last Saturday. Huge downside, the quality of the dishes, serve the prawns with a tomato as the " sauce ", mashed potatoes in a pouch and extremely liquid, very disappointing. The dessert was also very disappointing with a tart raspberry taste-free, it took me a knife and a good shot of the arms yes arms to eat this desert : (

We love the Hoxton! Stayed in Amsterdam the year before and decided to check out the one in Paris. Did not disappoint. The rooms are great, the staff super friendly, and the restaurant and bar on premise is absolutely fantastic!

Phenomenal hotel. Situated a 15 minute walk from the Louvre and luxury shopping as well as a 15 minute walk to the large luxury mall galleries Lafayette. A bit farther from the pantheon (about a 45 min walk) but the metro system is right around the corner. After staying for ten days at a hotel that was a little rough, this hotel was an absolute breath of fresh air. We had no problem getting a seat at the restaurant here — although the enclosed patio area did fill up fast. The place is amazingly decorated and the staff are friendly. I got the “shoebox” room and shared with another person for 2 nights and there was more than enough room for the both of us. Our bathroom was AMAZING! I sent photos to my friend because I loved every part — the tiles, fixtures and shower head. Staying at the Amsterdam Hoxton at the end of next week and I can not wait! Excellent hotel — the staff, restaurant and rooms were great.

Really great place to stay. Beautifully designed, in keeping with the traditional Parisian-style. Amazing atrium at the entrance and really cool bar/restaurant, which is really popular. Great place to go even if you don’t stay. The room we stayed in was a little on the small side and had a fatal design flaw in that the bathroom was separated by glass, so turning on the light during the night woke everyone up.

Modern, efficient, friendly, comfortable (one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in and I’ve slept in many! ). Lovely ambience in the courtyard on the warmest May evenings for some time. Choice of room type is straightforward based mainly on space and outlook not quality — we chose a “cosy” room (as we did not plan to spend much time in it) and were very happy with the space and generous shower room. The room was quiet with all facilities working properly. This hotel is in the right place for a visit to Paris. Less than a minute to the Metro (Bonne Nouvelle) but walking is more interesting in the lovely spring weather we have been blessed with for our stay. We have ranged from Mont Martres to the Seine and only bothered with the Metro once, to return from Le Trocadereau after a very long day in Musee d’Orsay and round the Eiffel Tower. I will certainly stay in the Hoxton for future visits given the chance.

I begin with the bad : We wait a very very long time to first order some drinks before our lunch (ps: if you are not a working person you might be inexistant) and after for the lunch another big big waiting but the waitress was friendly and the place gorgeous. The food is very good too. By the way Some waiter (not waitress big difference here) need to upgrade the level a bit to match the place.

Superb place totally renovated, very large terrace in the courtyard of this superb special rated hotel. Parisian price but without being overpriced considering the frame. On the other hand the staff does not seem to be at the height of the place and shows a certain amateurism…

The staff is great, the beds are very comfortable, the design is very nice. Overall great experience. Lots of young people so gets a little busy but that makes the atmosphere.

Wow. Great hotel. I tested the bar. The place is beautiful. The cocktails are good. The food is original and delicious.

The place is amazing well decorated and brand new. The staff is kind and friendly but they don't really give a damn. We ask for a corkscrew and they told us there should be one in our room but it wasn't. Long story short after 45 min we had to go to the restaurant because never actually did something other than say "there should be one in your room". The service at the bar is awful, we asked for a coffee and it took over half an hour to arrive and 2 minutes later the waitress told us 'you have to pay now because I want you to pay now' and mumbled something in french. The coffee was cold and poorly elaborated.

Very nice decoration, tastefully, welcoming spaces such as catering, rooms well equipped and furnished with quality furniture. The bar is comfortable and serves very good cocktails, at the restaurant the dishes are good and plentiful, we regret the choice a little limited and the price of the wines.
We were served by Jean Basptiste, excellent throughout the meal and who was able to compensate for the few oversights on the table.
I would recommend and I would come back!

About the restaurant, the rivie, the service is amateur, are nice waiters but totally inexperienced, the cuisine is unsying and tasteless, remains the setting that is very beautiful, unfortunately the restaurant is too noisy, we can not speak quietly, a trendy address unconfessing! Prices are very reasonable.
