Quite small room and without any facilities like lobby bar or gym. Good location north of Seine. Metro 8 and 9 are close.

Very well located two minutes from the Metro, bus and train as well as boulevards and department stores. We are very fast at the Olympia also. On the other hand the reception is amazing and the rooms are small. Very good breakfast.

Nice hotel. Very quiet. The place is good. At night one time smelt of sewage…

Clean rooms but well too small, not functional. You can't even put a toilet kit in the bathroom.

The services are aligned with the proposal. The hotel is OK, the rooms well equipped and the breakfast meets the expectations. It just lacks a little heat.

Its in good place to acsess the important points of city, but some staffs were agressive!

Totally overpriced and uncomfortable. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the street, with bad sound proofing and with constant car traffic throughout the night, I just couldn't sleep. The hotel itself feels and looks like an old two-star hotel, just rebranded as a Mercure with some cosmetic painting to mask it. Breakfast was poor and unattractive. The lobby looked very cheap. The elevator was broken. It is probably the worst Mercure hotel I have stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of Mercure hotels over the years.

Well located in the theater district and close to the opera. Correct size room for Paris. High ceiling giving an impression of space. Very nice decoration. Small bathroom but nice and functional. Breakfast was good and varied enough. Small bemol on the breakfast room (small and uncomfortable) and the furniture of the room (very basic, night table with simple board without even a drawer, no chair or armchair, just a pouf). Too bad about this detail. The value for money remains accessible for Paris even if a bit expensive in the absolute and compared to hotels of similar quality.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It is a very very modern hotel, nice rooms and above all clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. Frühstücksbüffe I find a bit too expensive. It costs €19 per person and is not very much choice. It was more worthwhile for us to have breakfast in a restaurant. And another one is kinda too expensive I find, €5 any tax on the day… but otherwise I can only recommend this hotel to others.

Nice small hotel in the centre of the city. The most important thing for me, there was real hot water in the shower, cause we was in cold weather in Paris, and hot shower was necessary. People who work there always smile and speak English. From the hotel around 15 min walking to the Louvre and other interesting places are near. I recommend this place.

The beds are firm but comfortable, the temperature control works, the rooms are large for Paris, and the staff is welcoming. What else do you need?

A very good hotel. The receptionist and the rooms are amazing.

Stayed in a suite, cold room, heating not working properly, terrible bed with a mattress that was probably older than me. Very small bathroom in which you have to be a contorsionist to be able to take a shower, good location though in the heart of Opera quarter with lots of good restaurants around.

A great place for a hotel, near THE LOUVRE, GALLERY LA FAYETTE AND ALL THE GOOD!

A four-year hotel. Was at the end of 2017. They say 4 stars, I'd bet 3, 5

My check in process took ages as their system broke down, breakfast service was appauling as there were no plates — I had to wait 10minutes for plates and the dining area was not cleared. Insufficient seats to have breakfast, some guests were standing and eating. The room in general is ok, suitable for someone who just needs a quick sleep for the night as it is a very quiet area and well located. Shocking part was I was mistakenly called a Japanese despite them having my Italian passport in front of them.

I give two points deduction because the breakfast is not cozy.
Full the hustle and bustle and food is not refilled.
If you come at half past ten, you're unlucky. Just as we do today…
No jam, no cheese, etc.
Oh the best… only 1 salt for all guests and that was gone today… How embarrassing is that?
Also a fuss until the water bottles are opened with bottle caps…

Worse nightmare! Arrived late 9pm and took 2 hours to get checked in… stairs everywhere and no help to do luggage. Where's the 4 stars coming from? Booking system not working and so no room booked for us, shuffle is around at late hours, card key not working, back and forth running around… exhausted. Worse experience ever!

Arrived after travelling for 38 hours. We have a group of 14 people and had an arranged midday check in. We arrived at 12:10, there is no staff to help with luggage. And then we were told there was only 4 rooms ready and everyone else would need to go for a walk until about 14:00! There was absolutely no foyer space to relax and wait, no offer of apology, no offer of a glass of water, Nothing! After a tiresome time kill we came back and were told, "maybe another 30-50 minutes. Totally is not a 4 star hotel. One house cleaner was trying to prepare rooms that had obviously had guest using a late check out. One look around the untidiness of the foyer and even the wall art hanging on angles shows the lack of professional pride the staff have in there hotel. Once in the room I thought it was ok on a level of maybe 3 stars? The shower is in the bath tub and the edge of the tub is a good 60cm off the floor, when one is getting on in years this is a very dangerous aspect, stepping out is even worse because everything is wet and slippery. Overall I think Mercure is dreaming to have this hotel in its stable under a 4 star rating. I will not come back or book a tour group in again.

Touristy hotel, especially for Asians. Very low showers you have to duck under even for an average height person. Nice room, but very small, good bed.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, personal helpful (ie helping us print stuff for free). Location wise perfect for tourist activities. Facility missing bar and restaurant, not an issue though with a lot to choose from in the area.

The rooms are comfortable though quite small. It's also a bit noisy at night. The breakfast is very good (buffet)

Great Hotel Breakfast I recommend it near the Academy of Music in Paris.

I had booked at this hotel my stay of two nights, then due to the difficulties caused by the abundant rains that occurred last month, the event to which I had to participate has undergone changes of date and place…
The hotel, despite the large advance of warning and the reason for the change, did not give me the opportunity neither to move the date of my reservation nor to make the cancellation.

Room was clean & cheery, shower was above average. Nice little fridge & safe. The bed was firm. A/C in room was not working, so it was a bit loud with the windows open although we do love fresh air when it's not too hot. Nor was the lift working from the lobby. Luckily they had someone help us up with our luggage after waiting till 4:00 for our room to be ready. Location was convenient and we enjoyed the Opera district. We found a great little gem of a restaurant on the corner that was farm to table, Saotico. Front desk manager recommended Vaudeville Brasserie after we asked for a non-tourist restaurant. It was very commercial and expensive. I could not finish my meal. I heard Accors bought these hotels so I would hope they will improve.

Breakfast buffet lacklustre, but plenty of places nearby. Be aware that for business occasions, an "adult" shop is located next door. (This is 2015)

Excellent service. The decoration is perfect: the right balance between modernity and authenticity. The breakfast was friendly. Comfort room: very spacious.

Good value for money. Ideally placed on the gds boulevards. A bit dated but very friendly staff. Currently under renovation so the prices are mounted. Go to go.

Way too expensive for the living space is probably the headquarters but that does not justify everything.

The average Accor Mercure with standard parisian service level for this price. Rooms are spacious. Elevator is minuscle.
