Totally unacceptable to have two nights in a row where there is no hot water for the shower and the receptionist simply said ‘sorry, this is Paris’. As a business traveler I strongly not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is old and the same.
But neat
The price is a little high. Easy access and 20 minutes to reach multiple attractions.

I felt very comfortable and I was guided in Paris. It's a good hotel.

Nice hotel just a few steps from the big boulevards, in a small rather quiet. The hotel is not lacking in cachet, the rooms are clean, the comfortable bedding, in my room the shower cubicle was great which is very appreciable. The price of the rooms is a little bit high.

The staff was friendly enough and the location is excellent! My single room was pretty small but overall it was ok.

The room had a walk in closet with plenty of room for our luggage, which gave us in the main room so much more space! Bed and bathroom were fine as was writing desk. Only disapp was Wi-Fi which while having a good signal strength still have some trouble.

A small charming hotel a few steps from the'opera. Friendly staff and very courteous. You will have the right to the best tips of restaurants, cafes and cultural activities. Excellent stay.

Right balance quality/price. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to Lafayette Galleries and close to metro line. Ideal location if you want to have an authentic taste of Paris.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the Louvre and the Opera. Very large room and bathroom but mine was on the ground floor and looked out onto the street. Very noisy. Friendly staff.

Really great location for me as my company's office is right next door. It is centrally located and near the opera so lots of transportation options. Rooms are small but on par with what you get in Paris. Shower is nice and roomy, which is not common. Price is a little expensive, but you are paying for location too. One other tip for Americans staying here, to turn on the lights you have to insert your room key into a slot first.

2 steps from the place Vendôme. Hotel of charm and really cosy. The deco is superb. Breakfast refined. The strawberry juice : hmmm really good in the morning! The room is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable and the pillows also. Host very friendly and pleasant with a smile! I recommend you obviously.

Hotel excellent, staff and manager friendly, brilliant location (in the centre of Paris, close to metro and quiet), at each passage on Paris and this will be the case even in October this year, there resides 5/5 deserved.

Great place, honestly the best stay. Staff where so friendly and helpful with baggage, recommendations. The rooms where top class, very clean organized. Very comfortable hotel. Definitely recommend to stay there, didn't have any breakfast.

Proximity to great spots, awesome staff, cozy rooms and prices, what's not to like! It has been my only hotel for two years now and I don't even bother checking somewhere else.

I have nothing but praise for the Hotel Gramont in Paris. The staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, the bed very comfortable and the location ideal. Yet despite the hotel's central location it was not noisy at all. Aurelie, the hotel manager, was particularly helpful when I informed her of an item I left behind, she found the item and arranged for its delivery back to the UK. Amazing! For the price, I cannot think of anywhere better in the middle of Paris.

It's a replay good place! I definitely recommend it.

If you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Paris, and you vperyj times in the city, the choice of this hotel is good.
The main plus of this hotel, of course, location.
Everything else fairly mediocre. Rooms are small, the repair was made quite a while ago.
The lobby area is very small, so if you want to work or read a book in the evening, it is better to do it in your room or in any restaurant =)
No additional "fišečkah".

Located well recommended for all over the world go to super friendly people.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location was perfect for getting around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone getting ready for a trip to Paris.
