Central location (underground station Trail a few meters away, in front is Rue Montorgueil pedestrian, at 1-2 km Louvre and Notre Dame).
Nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants (indicated for everyone, even with children).
Apartment and rooms clean, manicured, welcoming. Very comfortable bed. Perfect bath and shower/bath.
Taxi call with convenient button in the house, flexible check out.
Very nice staff.
Breakfast good and hearty.
Basically everything is perfect.
It feels like home.
At the first opportunity we will definitely come back here.

Extremely noisy room looking to the Main Street
Super tiny and not really clean — do not want to know what are the white „spots“ on the pillows are
Booked until Saturday and can now barely find anything else as city is booked for the long weekend
Really not looking forward and definitely not coming back.

We are just finishing up a 7 nite stay and it has been wonderful. They are so nice. The rooms are spacious and the beds are wonderful. If I ever come back to Paris I will stay here.
