Sup budget hotel, everything You need for a short stay at the city of lights! Very close to metro and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi, friendly and helpful staff, clean.

Good welcome, the employees are smiling and friendly but also listening because we had asked for a room on the heights and our wish was taken into account because we were on the top floor. Thank you for that. The breakfast is quality. Nice night staff. If I had to point out the weakest point I would say it's a bit of a shame that the floor of the room was not very clean.

Affordable hotel, but other than the good service from the employees is not worth the stay. No a/c. They omit the A/C information from their advertisements, so be ready to sweat. The rooms are extremely hot and dirty.

We booked at this hotel for 9 people.
On the day of our arrival we were received by a man at the very cold reception which limit spoke to us as if we knew each other.
Not very professional and very familiar.
Price more than reasonable for 9 people.
Condition of the rooms to deplor. Very dirty bed and very dirty room. Stained wall and hair all over the beds.
Foul smells in the toilets.
When outside it scares. There are rats and tons of trash littering the front of the hotel. There are a lot of people selling items on the floor in front of the hotel and begging.
A very creepy place but worth its price… I don't recommend it at all!

Overall I found a good hotel if you go like me, just budget. For the price you could not expect anything else.
— Pro: The hotel was clean in general, but the top bed was undone and with lots of dust. The staff barely knew how to tell me a bar or restaurant near where to go for dinner, but I found several very good sites on the Big Avenue where the metro station is located.
— Cons: The air conditioner is not adjustable, and although the location is not far from a metro station, the vicinity of the hotel is full of homeless people who sleep, eat and do their needs right next to the hotel. The area looked very dangerous but it really wasn't.

Very poor environment only beggars and homeless people for family and children I do not find suitable. Ibis Standart as always no German TVok needs man also doesn't really want to be on the road. Metro 5 minutes removed …

Hotel is very nice in budget. But rooms are really very small size. Even no intercall phones available and AC was working very slow in my room. Some how not satisfied.

Close to the metro, clean but small to spend a few days without many pretensions is fine.

Is a good hotel but in some rooms the LED lighting does not go and the devil and the bathroom has a conical color.

Cheap hotel, gut service, quiet and clean. The location however is not the best; the badroom is tiny, has no locks, the sink is on the open space. Suitable for friends and lovers who don't need much privacy.

Had to move 2 times until like any clean and not found a room where the lamps were broken … The breakfast is even worse there are 2 different cakes and 2 different drinks about the spread I don't even want to talk. Our coach was also robbed!

The immediate surroundings are not the best, but the hotel is recommended.

Cons: — layout of shower, toilet, sink incongruous (sink stands in the middle of the room) — vents run all night. By (not turning off own experience) — location (far away from attractions) — No cabinets — basic equipment not available (hair dryer etc. )
— room partly dirty — Generally too little space positive for 3-bed rooms: — just around the corner is a good, delicious supermarket to find — delicious breakfast (but also little choice) — Free, free Wi-Fi (with high usage, poor reception) — A microwave for r the whole hotel in the lobby conclusion: For a short trip (2-3 days) still sufficient, for longer period of time (7-14 days) insufficient.

Rooms clean enough, linen change every afternoon without problems, pity for the area a bit far from the tourist destinations and not pleasant to cross the night.

The hotel is very clean, the price is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is very small.
Today I return to this same hotel and the room I got this very careless (floor very stained, the bathroom is not well conditioned, has nowhere to place the toilet paper or where to hang hand towels, with the floor really worn), is a shame given that the First impression was totally opposite to today's.

Small bathroom and washroom. But total value for money. Comfortable beds and good service.

I've been in much worse but if you're American then most likely you would not like this place. The street in front of the place had so much trash on it that it looked like a landfill exploded (think worse than a New York subway). Parking costs 14 euro per night and it's not even on site. You have to park at the dungeon a block or so away then figure out how to escape and get back to the hotel. The rooms are a real tight fit so make sure to put Vaseline all over your body before you try to get inside. The toilet and shower looked like something you would see on a cargo ship. The shower head was so high up that the only way you could get hit by the water is to let it bounce off of the wall. On a good note the staff was friendly and spoke pretty good English. If you're from a country where most hotels don't have much for amenities then this is right up your alley.

Good hotel for someone who’s priority is exploring the city and only needs room for sleep and that’s it. Ok personal, clean rooms, good location — nearby metro station. Average hotel for a nice price.

The rooms are comfortable. The only downside is the shower. Not super convenient. And the sink in the room is amazing.

Decent rooms for the price, breakfast room too small, but above all this hotel is lined with trash of any kind and many homeless sleep on the edge of the garden and in the street under the hotel.
Once again visiting Paris for Christmas, the décor of the hotel changed, the surroundings are clean, the employees very helpful and courteous.
Please note that the paid parking 14 euros per night is located a hundred meters behind the hotel.

What about this hotel mess:)
1 — not suitable for everyone has a couple with a baby.
2 — temperature 4 seasons in one minute. (to the point of being sick on the first day.
3 — the staff of the reception not of all kind. Is there a Manager to lead a team?
4 — the hotel gives me a room with a cot, the joke the bed is not suitable for children under 6 years:).
5 — a price the citizens can find a better hotel.
6 — no excuse for this lamentable organization.

Great for those who are on budget, and want a place for a quick stay. The rooms are not big, but they are smartly furnished with the necessities only. You shouldn't depend on the restaurant, though, because it's only open for breakfast, but there are vendor machines available for some snacks and coffee. I liked it.

Very terrible. I thought the hotel was safe. So I went out with money in the hotel room, but in the meantime someone stole our money. This hotel's management is very bad that I could even see all the passwords for other rooms in the reception area.

Quiet place. Comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. And good buffet at will for breakfast. I recommend.

Without praise and without infamy, small room without closet, washbasin in the room. However for what I paid that you can expect.

In relation to the prices charged, this hotel is clearly not up to par. The rooms are damaged: partially yellowed washbasin, blind that does not work, grilled bulb, toilet door that does not close… A lot of noise at night, in my room there was a permanent blower noise that kept me awake. Dubious clientele: Many men alone who go up in the rooms with two or three girls, no need to make a drawing. The buffet is certainly not worth its price either. Hotel located in a street where many migrants sleep, fighting each other at night.

Price is acceptable, but it's time to think about repairs.

Prima en nette kamer, al is het aan de straatkant wel wat lawaaierig met het raam open. In de omgeving veel zwervers, gelukkig heb je daar geen overlast van. Parkeergarage is vlakbij het hotel.

Nice hotel if slightly basic but you pay for what you get. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Simple but good. Good localisation but cheap breakfast.

It hurts the toilet of the bathroom but the beds comfortable and the room OK. Better toilet.

You get what you pay for. Could have got another star if personnell at least were nice to speak with. Rooms to warm, no airconditioning, very noisy area and no noisecancelling windows. Cleaning was soso. Think twice if you expect to find a service you ate used to such as extra pillow or hairdryer or international TV-channels.

Amazing hotel! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to take a trip to France. The staff is awfully polite and very hep full, the rooms are extremely clean and tidy and great for the price. The lighting in the rooms was well lit with an amazing view from the window. There is also a microwave in the lobby for any one to use which is helpful. All in all me and family enjoyed the hotel and would recommend this to any one.!

The certain ones are very clean but there is no to regulate the temperature, all the time it gets hot in the room, the bathroom door is transparent and does not give you privacy, the beds is not the best from there in out everything is fine.

Because there is a lot of noise and makes a lot of heat. Don't have a/c and the bed linen smells of humidity.

We had booked a family room which came with a bunk bed over a double bed, my boy loved it. Rooms look the same as in pictures. After a shocking experience in our previous trip, this hotel was pleasent. Rooms were cleaned every morning, hot water with power shower 24/7, neat room and value for money. If you are looking for a big spread for breakfast, you may be disappointed. Its simple with few variety of bread, yogurt, 2 types of cereals, croissants and fruits. No meat/ eggs served. Being vegetarian, it suited me. Close to Saint Mande station, which is easy to commute between hotel and attractions. I rate 4 only because the ventilation in toilet, wasn't great, which we reported. If you are looking for not so posh place, just to relax after a long day, its a perfect place.

It is a well located space, its service is measured. The price is very good and the rooms are clean.

Quiet location. Renovated room.

If the room is renovated the rest a bit cold hall and corridors very low-cost.
Too bad that no bath mat to avoid to put everywhere.
Damage also to pay twice and not know where to get a refund. So I call the hotel. I expect a 0, 40cts the minute a girl tries to pass the front desk but as they are overwhelmed she invites me to remember. I told him while she takes my mobile details and once less crowded it is not me that recalls but them as they are at the origin of the error. "It's not possible Mr. " part of "in-house" Hotel probably very far from the hotel. And found nothing on the web or app to move sth.
I always get a refund one night, to follow…

Quiet clean very nice and close to the metro line 1 which allows you quick access to Gare de Lyon and in the centre of Paris in 20 minutes.

The room was tidy and clean, overall good for the price. Metro stop within walking distance! Recommended.

Didn't like it, spended 4 days on the hotel. We had a mouse in our hallway. The hotel room was messy when we first entered it. So they had to clean. I had to sleep without a pillow or blanket because they had none to spare. There for I had to improvise a bit and make a pillow and blanket.

Several people in a room is not allowed. Messy room service. Dirty area. Food disgusting. Cheap.

Breakfast is not recommended: low offer and only "ready meals".
The hotel's location is also good. 4 Metro stations to the city centre and at Porte de Vincennes area there are also many great shops.
