The hotel staff was very aggressive and rude. If you are a party of more than 2, would be better to totally avoid this hotel for good. The exact words are that they would not be able to accommodate due to insurance reasons. Talked to two managers and same excuses from both.

Brilliant place to stay, reasonably priced and right in the centre of town.

Undoubtedly, the best thing about the hotel is Sílvia, from the reception, beautiful Spanish compatriot, who demonstrated great professionalism and humanity. Chistophe, the hotel's restaurant ma'tre, is the nicest Frenchman in all of Paris. We were very friendly and helpful even outside of your working hours.
It must be said that all the staff was nice, from the bellboy to the hotel manager, but with whom we dealt almost daily was Sílvia, whose opinions and observations should take more notice of the management, since, in our case, they were fair and necessary. Silvia was able to react in an exemplary and professional way to our demands and, with it, our stay was great.
We'll be back as long as Sylvia and Christophe are there.

Having stayed at this Hotel a number of times over the last 19 years the last being some 7 years ago we went back to stay there again. It has been renovated and is still one of the nicest and really a home from home with a very personal touch. To our surprise we found the Conciege Alain still there having met him there around 1998.
The upgraded rooms and the restaurant are really great and so improved. I can highly recommend this for family and couples and has the underground very close. Fantastic location close to Place Vendome.

This place is a gem. Right off Rue St. Honore, it's an easy walk to Place Vendome and Jardin des Tuileries or anything else in the 1st arrondissement. It is an elegant hotel with lovely, right-sized, rooms and en suites. It is nicely appointed and everything was clean. There is a full tea set in the room as well as the other expected accoutrements. It has a quiet courtyard into which our window opened wide. If you are looking for a place anywhere near here, you can't go wrong.

Hotel is in a perfect location and nice & quiet as well. The shower was amazing. The staff was very helpful and found us a terrific seafood dinner in the 17th arr. We would have never know about.

Cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. This was our first trip to France and we speak practically no French. The staff was extremely professional and took their job very seriously. We felt much more at ease with the trip knowing that the hotel staff was capable and willing to assist.

Delightful. Everything you would expect in Paris — and more. Clean, warm and Chico décor. Friendly and courteous staff who genuinely care. Truly a “home away from home” in Paris. … On the advice of a friend, I moved to another hotel on the opposite side of the Seine, onto the Left Bank. Within half an hour of getting there, I checked out and called here to get a room again. This place truly is like no other. I ran back here with tears of joy! Utterly brilliant in every way! Highly recommended, and worth it! You will Not be disappointed.

Very nice hotel in a good location (walking distance to train station, restaurants and shops). They have a weird system however where to switch off the lights in the room also switches off electricity to the power points, meaning you can't charge your phone while you sleep. As a result my phone was running close to dead throughout my whole trip in Paris. Not very convenient when you are out all day and relying on your phone for navigation.

Very good breakfast. Beautiful dining room with photos of the years 50. Room 605 A can narrow but with a nice terrace. Bathroom small and not very functional.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel well located in a small street about 200m from Place de la Concorde. Hard to get Parker on the street.

Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Paris. Walking distance to most of the places that you want to visit in Paris. Very friendly and professional staff (fluent in English). I was here for the first time in August this year, fell in love with the place, and when I wanted to spend Christmas in Paris, I definitely wanted to stay here again.

Lovely hotel in central Paris. All the staff were very friendly and rooms well turned out.

The location is strategic, in the shopping area, close to most of the famous attractions of Paris. The building is charming, very old Paris style but completely renewed. Except per someone in particular, all the staff is great. Our room was very quiet. Need to work on the breakfast (when in Paris you expect a taste croissant) but the staff of the restaurant is very nice and well prepared. We will be back for sure.

We had a great stay here, and I would give 5 stars, if there wouldn't´t be the last impression. We wanted a cab für the airport, but the stuff organized a "private cab from the hotel" which was more expensive than a normal. So we expected a great car. Sadly it was an old and disgusting car. Save your money!

If you want a centrally located hotel, this is where you need to go. Located within a block of Line 1 Metro, and within three blocks of Line 12. It's also on the fashion street of Paris (similar to Newbury St. For Bostonians). You will find brand name clothing and accessories stores on and around this street. The ParisCityVision tour…

Hotel is very good, my room is a little small, but both lived enough, room good, no noise. Staff efficient and polite. Excellent hotel, you can reach many of Paris's main attractions within walking distance. Best of all, it is breakfast included in the room rate.

I went here on my honeymoon and my wife and I were surprised about the hotel. The location is perfect, it's about 5min away from the Louvre. You can find many good stores and cafes throughout that street so you don't have to worry about where to eat or if the area is dangerous. We stayed in a normal room and it was really comfortable for European standards. The room had a desk, chair enough space to walk around and not feel crowded. The bathroom is a bit small but not enough to feel overwhelmed. Breakfast was included. You shouldn't expect something súper fancy but they have many options that will get you throughout the morning without a doubt. It's not an expensive hotel even though it's in a very nice neighborhood. The hotel staff is really helpful also. You should definitely consider it if you are planning to stay on that area.

The location is great — 1 Arr/2 Arr — one block from Musee du Lourve. Room was smallish, but comfortable, bed was firm — which I prefer. The staff was very helpful and always on top of things. Overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Paris! The location is the best part, the rooms were tiny the bed was hard so sleep wasn't had and it's expensive for what you get (but that's europe — or so i'm told). They had a great attached restaurant though which was well priced for the area and the breakfast buffet was well stocked (powdered eggs though).
