Your hotel was a perfect end to our short stay in Paris. First, can I thank you so much for the beautiful and delicious birthday cake and the thoughtful birthday card you provided for my wife on our arrival at our room. It made her day! The room was fantastic and we were very impressed. By the layout and facilities. The little touch of the teddy for our 2 year old boy was very much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and in perfect surroundings. And finally but most importantly, may I say how professional, friendly, attentive and helpful all your staff were, from the moment we arrived to when we left. Nothing was a problem for them. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all your staff for making our stay an enjoyable one that will leave us with fond memories.

Everything from the doorman to the front desk to the housekeeping to the hostess and wait staff at the restaurant were all excellent and very professional. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were on our honeymoon and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Tiny details make the hotel special, for instance the two different pillows on the bed floor side sleepers or back sleepers, or the comfy slippers in the spa, among so many other things. The breakfast buffet is very good, especially the pancakes. Thank you!

The hotel was immaculate and in an excellent position I was able to walk to most places. As an older woman travelling alone I am often invisible, this was not a problem at the hotel Le Burgundy. The service was attentive and friendly.

A great classy hotel. The rooms were beautiful. The sheets and the linen of the bed make sure you have a great sleep at night. The bathroom is beautiful. All the bathroom products smell amazing. This oud-like smell is stunning. The bar is really beautiful. The drinks are very delicious. Finally the staff are really friendly and very polite. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Discovering boutique hotels can hold many surprises. Le Burgundy Paris was a definite winner among boutique hotels. The warm welcome, not always guaranteed in big cities, the efficient Concierge service, the cosy lavish velvet decorated rooms, the special scented bathroom amenities, the quiet and welcoming breakfast table and settings with fresh bread and croissants. Yes please! Not to mention the location is just perfect! Faubourg St. Honoré’s finest Parisian shopping experience and if you’re bored Café Poushkine, at a stone throw, would take the experience a notch higher.

Massage in Spa summer very light and not lasted 1h only 50 min. Too bad.

Lovely rooms. Our family of 8 stayed in 2 suites and 1 Deluxe Room. Beds were very comfortable. However the small water closet is separate from the bathroom proper and hard to move. The staff in the reception, concierge, doormen, porters were smiling and helpful. However some of the servers during breakfast were unpleasant (1 was even rude), slow and unfocused. Maybe it was because we are Asians?
Other than these would want to stay here again!

Super TeaTime in Burgundy, copious and greedy for €35. The service is very attentive and professional. The setting is modern while being chic. Ideally located a few steps from the Madeleine. A place to keep jealously!

Everything is perfect only 2 small negatives: bad odor in the shower and flushing of the living room too low. Ch 114 Menu Cocktails of the expensive bar thank you for the small attentions that have made us very happy.

My wife and I loved it. The location of the hotel is just perfect, the Louvre, the Tuileries Garden, the Champs Elysees are a stone's throw away. The staff are friendly and attentive, ready to help with any request. Great restaurant and even a small but cute spa complex. I recommend it to everyone!

We went for a tea time. Very good time in a beautiful setting. A pity we could not get the formula tea time because it is necessary to book at least the day before (despite the fact that the lounge area for tea was empty)

Everthing was superb, awesome hotel staff. Great location, especially if you have kids. Center of everything. You can walk to almost every touristic place. Rooms are not verly large but pretty good size considering Paris downtown hotels. Very clean. Highly recommended!

Everything was super good. I spent 3 days in the Burngundy Hotel and It was as to be in the heaven. I'll return in this magic place for my next visit with my girlfriend.

Our stay was delightful! The hotel staff were professional and very focused on providing a very high level of service. I cannot think of a better location in Paris and our stay in a junior suite exceeded our expectation. It was a very first class experience. Rarely does one find such a high quality boutique hotel with the perfect mix of location, guest service, amenities and quality of stay. We will return soon!

Overall stay and experience at the hotel was great except for few things lacking here and there. Check-in was swift and efficient by the hotel staff, really appreciated that the room was available for early morning check-in. Lobby smelled really lovely and relaxing, perhaps welcome drinks for checking in guests would be a nice touch to the whole cozy experience especially after the long tiring ride from the airport caught up in the morning Paris traffic! In terms of the room, quite surprised and a bit let down that the Junior Suite (311) we stayed doesn't even provide the basic tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We have stayed many hotels round the world and never came across a room without such facility. The heated towel rack installed in the bathroom doesn't seem to function, when checked with the housekeeping maid on duty, she doesn't have any idea how to operate it either so we didn't bother with it for the whole stay. Air-conditioning doesn't work as well as it should, with maximum fan blowing, the air was blowing weakly and wasn't cold enough. We resorted to opening the windows to get better air circulation and cooler air from outside. Besides that, bed was super comfortable and room beautifully presented as per advertised. Breakfast spread was not extensive but love that we could order any eggs and served hot. Only wish there's more fresh fruits available as it was always running out.

We went as a family to have dinner at Le Baudelaire restaurant in the hotel. The decor and ambiance were very upscale. The service was impeccable; the food was avant garde and a delight to the senses.

I liked breakfast in the room! Nice location, friendly staff! Internet was poor! Room was nice and clean, sometimes noisy from the next building which was under construction!

Lost our luggage on check out; missed our train to Geneva. The hotel use to be much better during our last stay in 2014. A couple of friends and family told us we should try some where else because it wasn't as good as before, I guess this will be our last stay given that other hotels in the area could provide a better service.

We are spending a week here. So far, it has been amazing. We have one of the junior suites. We always look forward to breakfast. Our 14 month old roams around the restaurant and everybody is cool about it. Not to mention that the breakfast is great. The concierge team is great as well. Always there to solve our problems. From finding a doctor when we suspected an ear infection with baby girl. To taking care of the car. Plus the room is cozy. This has felt like vacation!

Beautiful hotel located just a stone's throw from the street in the suburb of Saint Honoré. Ideal for shopping. A spa at the top. Staff with care and very nice. Everything is done to have a very nice stay. Address to remember. One thing is for sure: I will go back.

Great! The hotel is a small gem in the heart of Paris. The reception is warm, the suite that we had perfectly equipped.
We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was a great experience with a surprise menu that did not fail to amaze us by its refinement and elegance. The food/wine deal was also perfect.

Hotel perfectly placed on the line 1 of the metro so few stations and minutes from all the main monuments of Paris. Very quiet area just beside the Madeleine and close to the avenue St Honoré perfect for shopping.

Room was clean and nice but the staff have no interest for that customer stayed 2 nights. A very rude awakening on Monday morning at 7: 00 by a biting hammer just behind our wall! Since d weeks work dc he could have put us ds one room further than the common wall to work knowing that we were there during the week and that the hotel was not full. When I do part of this annoyance a short answer: sorry Ma'am, at 7: 00 Yes it's early. C all. Highly recommend!

Hotel is located in the Centre of Paris, near the Madeleine Church and the Opera House, is a near-perfect hotel in beautiful and delicate. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Spacious rooms and bathrooms are equipped with adequate facilities. Breakfast is very good. I'll be a repeat customer.

My second time in here and hopefully not the last! lovely hotel with large rooms, beautiful spa and pool, lovely and tasty restaurant! very good location, excellent for shopping lovers and minutes away from place de la concorde and madeleine (fauchon… yummi! ) on the negative side — the gym is very small and limited with equipment, the lobby bar has a poor service, sometime you wait long before being served, but all in all an excellent place to be, i'll be back again!

The room was impeccable and everyone was very polite, professional, and cordial. I had everything I needed and more. Le Burgundy is also in a wonderful location very close to the Tuileries gardens and the Place de la Concorde and multiple metro stations.

Excellent Hotel. We stayed for three nights. The staff are very professional and proud of the hotel's reputation. We will try to book this hotel again when we are in Paris.

I wasn't there to spend a cosy night or have a romantic dinner but yet, how magic! The dinner room looked dashing from where I was standing, the cocktail bar. Evening light, dark and intimate, a pianist put us in the mood while knowing how to stay discreet. A few pieces of contemporary art, there but melting with the interior design as if they were home. You are certainly in a very luxury place but you feel at your size, warm and at ease to share your adventures. Go try it yourself one evening, with a dear friend and a cocktail. Or two.

No other place in Paris is so perfect for the person who wishes to be French while in France. The location is so perfectly situated within beauty and quintessental French neighborhood things, ie: fresh veg. Market, bakery, perfumes, and even just a few blocks from the river. I was torn between staying in my French room. Or going out and being French for a week! The desk staff arranged for my tour by boat up the Seine, with dinner and wines at each course. For this small town girl it was the real thing. And my home in Paris will always be Hotel Burgundy.
