Hôtel du Pont Neuf Hotel

I was disappointed. I expected a lot more. I don't recommend it.

Only great excellent location. The rest, everything, to throw.

Lack of elevator and handicapped access. But the attention is excellent and the location also.

Unsanitary hotel, foul smell, existing but impractical bathroom, undone cleaning, used sheets, broken furniture, dated, breakfast room in the cellar. Horrible bedding.
Only positive point the location.

Very Small Hotel, with a very convenient location. The Elevator is the size of a closet, you have to try it!

Lovely staff! Unfortunately the room and breakfast was below standard. Noise from the restaurants around, but still good value for money.

I made contact and it's immediately obvious that the staff are extremely helpful. Multilingual and extremely polite. I plan to stay here soon. I stayed here for a total of 5 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facilities are what you pay for, cheap. The location is great. This is a good place to stay if you are alone and are not concerned with the hotel because you plan to take tours of Paris. I think someone died in the top level and they forgot the body hidden somewhere because it just smelt like something died. Refrain from sleeping in the higher levels if you have a suitcase because it is unbearable to carry the suitcase up the vicious staircase. The higher up you go, the more you will regret it.

I love Hotel du Pont Neuf! Crazy plumbing, and decor for 70's nostalgia seekers, but friendly, straight forward and central location, great for an authentic Paris experience!

Quite expensive. Service is ok. Bathroom is very small.

Bathroom is too small to take a shower. Wè couldn't sleep from noise come from pipes. Location is perfect.

We stayed here in August 2010. The customer service is good considering this is a "no star" hotel. It is quite pricey for what you get. Its in a great location but the rooms are shabby to say the least. The bedding is old and tattered. They only gave us 1.5 towels, a teeny tiny bar of soap. And Wi-Fi is not free and very difficult to access.
