Worst hotel we visited… On of the receptionist Sena or Cena chase us until the elevator and asked us who we are clients even after we show them our card from the hotel. And she was yelling at us like we are some kind of thief… I won't recommend this hotel to anyone…

The location is amazing, but the room smelled of mould, the A/C didn't work work despite being on full (we had to open the door just to cool down), and the noise from the square made it difficult to sleep. For the price of the room you would expect better. The staff was not nearly as friendly as we found most Parisians. When we came in to grab our luggage from the luggage room, and use the washroom one last time they were very apprehensive and treated us quite strangely. Even asking after 5 minutes if we were leaving soon. All together a distinctly poor experience.

Very very rude front desk! We are staying here for 9 nights with all payments fully paid including city tax already at check in. It’s very unfortunate that we can’t change hotel. Today is only the 3rd day and because we are taking kid to Disney to stay there for one night so in the morning we walked out with our one day luggage. (We actually have 3 big luggages still in the hotel) When we were already on the street walking over to metro, we were asked by one of the hotel cleaner to go back to the hotel. With very not friendly front desk, we were asked our room number and where we are going! This the first time I have encountered this! The hotel is assuming we are walking away without paying. That really makes us uncomfortable and rude. Perhaps it’s the way how the front approached me and how they handled the whole incident. The front desk manager even told me they are just doing what they are supposed to do. To me as a customer, I don’t feel I have the obligation to report to the hotel where I am going or what I am bringing with me! As it comes to the room itself, the room type we booked is apartment, the setting is weird and it’s bedroom door can’t even be closed. The worse thing is that the hotel can’t be reached by car! The Uber driver took forever to find this place. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

A nice hotel on a good location. The Wi-Fi is not avalible in the room unfortunatly. Otherwise an ok hotel for visiting Paris.

My daughter and I arrived two nights ago and have four more nights here. Location is great, inside of the room is well equipped, beds and pillows are very comfy, hotel amenities are very good and the staff are lovely.
My very big disappointment is the location of our room. I paid extra for a studio deluxe and yet we have no street/city view, no extra large window (as per the description) and we also hear the constant drone of the external air con system because we face a closed in space. We can't see the courtyard below unless we stand at the window so we only see other apartments in the block. Standard and deluxe are the same size and the only extra is a sofa instead of a chair.
Had I booked a standard studio I would have no complaint, but I paid a lot more for the deluxe and there is no benefit without the view.
Recommend here for location and facilities but I can't recommend paying for a deluxe room, but overall I would recommend the hotel as it as convenient, comfortable and welcoming.

Rooms are decent but small compared to US. Only thing I didn't like is that room cleaning is not default, u have to pay 28 euro per day to get it cleaned. Plus on site laundry is additional charge, as is breakfast. I would prefer a one charge thst takes care of everything.

Excellent Appart Hotel, much better than Airbnb, the 7th floor studios are beautiful. Friendly staff especially Etienne. However, it lacks better maintenance of the entrance.

Reception desk bad, I've never been made to feel uncomfortable. Two days traveling, a pregnant woman of six months and not give us the room — paid — not 10 minutes before…

Great hotel in the middle of the busy area. The rooms have great views overlook the central courtyard and the management were more than friendly. We arrived late and the service desk was superb we didn't feel like there was anything wrong although we did apologise. There are many places to eat around the hotel and there are also halaal options for those that require it. The windows are double glazed so the noise from outside is insulated.

Appartment style hotel might need a little update but overall amazing place to stay. In the heart of Paris, lots of little bistros around, a supermarket next door, gym, laundromat and business corner with printer. Walking distance to the Louvre and the Tuilerie gardens. Absolutely perfect for my business trip in Paris.

Place of impeccable cleanliness, located so as to visit Paris without having to take a metro or the RER. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are soberly decorated and offer my the necessary space to eat and sleep. Personally, I found no downside.

The location is great the staff was nice but there was something that really bothered me that I left a very important item in Citadines hotel room and after we checked out we immediately called the Hotel to inform them that and went back the other day to ask again unfortunately the item was gone and never got it back so if you visit this hotel make sure you don't forget anything because probably you won't ever get it back.

Excellent if you like to cook for yourself and clean your own room. Very convenient to Notre Dame area.

It has not covered my expectations, it does not correspond with the photos published in the websites. Very small and old rooms, the double bed attached to the wall on one side and for the other minimum space to pass, I have never seen anything like this in a hotel. The wall with Gotelé, as of the years 1980. On the other hand very well located and at reception staff who speak Spanish and very nice. We showed several rooms when we complained and they were all the same. When we showed her the pictures on the web we were told that they were from the top category apartments.

The hotel room is very large, the facilities are very good, the reception staff is very enthusiastic. The heating in the room was too hot and the dishwasher in our room was broken.

A little poorly soundproofed, some rooms are large and nice others too small. 3 stays in this hotel. Staff nice and friendly at breakfast but uneven at the reception (some cold and borderline rude but others nice and smiling). Location top, full centers, Les Halles, Chatelet, …

Citadines is a registered trademark. This establishment is a luxury, equipped with everything you need for the stay, and in. Flat centre of Paris. A little hidden the entrance, which makes it difficult to locate if you do not manage fluently.

Restaurants and bars almost opposite, subway just below, winged shopping square, Notre-Dame a few blocks away. Perfect!

Excellent location! The luxury studios have a beautiful view to the square and the fountain of the innocent. You can walk to a thousand places. Many restaurants around… a few blocks from the Seine… from the centre Pompidou… the Louvre! It was the time we most enjoyed Paris at that location! The studios are boys but they allow to prepare some simple food. The staff is friendly and has 24 hour reception. The contract cleaning aside… but you can change the towels daily. Would return without hesitation… we had been to another apart of the same chain but this one has better location.

Perfect location, lots of shopping and nice restaurant. It’s work like residence, not hotel so they will clean your room every 2-3 days depend on your stays. Easy to access train. Only one thing to improve is so noisy in the nighttime (some night). And great Wi-Fi.

Great place to stay — good location with plenty of restaurants, shopping centre and public transport. Love the atmosphere of this whole area. Room was nice and spacious, plenty of TV channels and great Wi-Fi available. Staff were helpful and dealt with an issue we had quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an apartment type hotel. I would say it's comparable to a 2.5 to 3 star hotel you would find in Canada or the state's. The location is good as it's close to the metro which makes it easy to get around. The gym only has 2 treadmill, 1 bike, a bench and up to 10kg dumb bells. So if your into working out and don't want to do cardio, it is very limited.

Hotel kamer is netjes, maar aan de kleine kant. Is gelegen in het centrum en om de hoek van het station en ongeveer 15 min met het openbaar vervoer naar de Eiffeltower. Was een prettig verblijf. Moesten alleen lang wachten tot we konden inchecken.

The hotel is situated in the very nice location, among the shopping mall, good restaurants and right at the center of the train station where many lines stop here. The hotel is kitchenette so we can cook simple meal. There are groceries available around the area. The small one is right next to the hotel entrance. The bedroom is a bit small.

Good hotel apartment. Walking distance for shopping and eating. Friendly staff. Good place for long staying. You can cook if u r bored eating outside, you can even do ur own laundry.

Good location Next to a shopping and close to all major tourist attractions. Large and clean rooms. The bad thing they didn't have big beds for the single rooms. The Wi-Fi was not perfect, it was disconnected often. Breakfast is excellent but costs €16

Very well located hotel: A 10 munutos walk from Notre Dame and 15 from the Louvre. Ideal to stay with children.

This hotel deserves its 6 stars. For its service, the cleanliness and tranquility of its rooms. Its proximity to the Louvre Museum and the River Seine. Its varied and exquisite morning buffet.

A nice hotel in the heart of Paris, within walking distance of many points of interest, starting from Le Centre Pompidou. It was a very nice place.

I was with my family in a triple apartment and we loved the experience. The location is excellent, next to the Metro and RER de les Halles. Walk in a few minutes the Marais and the Louvre. Comfortable and friendly staff. Very complete kitchen. 'll.

After spending the last 3 weeks else where over Europe to spend our last few days in Paris we could have not found a better spot we did not expect what we opened our door to perfect as we also had our two teenage children with us the location so easy to use the public transport or walk and the amazing cafes and restaurants to music in the square what an absolute beautiful finish to our holiday.

Great location. Self contained kitchen is well equipped with kitchen items. We loved the view over the square. Would definitely recommend this place. It is really nice to have a small kitchen.

It's a clean place. It is nice looking. A big problem though is that there is no direct acces by road. Staff is friendly. Overall it's fine, except for the price maybe.

Great place to stay. Right across the from several cafes with out door dinning. Convenient store right next door. A shopping mall right behind it gives access to the metro lines. The Fountain Innocent becomes a lively place of people hanging out, playing music, eating, chatting, shopping.

Perfect location, clean, cosy and excellent staff. Totally recomendable, most places are just a walk away.

The Hotel is very nice and clean, located right in the middle of paris but it is very loud from the outside, a bit thin window.

Very well located holiday tourist. To the side of a shopping center and close to all tourist attractions, important. Rooms large and clean. The bad things that had no beds for the individual rooms. The Wi-Fi was not perfect, he disconnected himself followed.

Perfect place for those who only need a place to stay whilst sightseeing around Paris. Very close to transport and shopping amenities, cafes, bistros and souvenir shops. Staff courteous and friendly and self-contained apartments homely and functional. A home away from home. Will be back, definitely!

Structure of optimal level and in a more strategic, central but also close to one of the movide paris, Les Halles-le Marais. The room proved comfortable and quiet and really a strategic need for the small, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave and dishwasher. This has allowed us to save a little and avoid the usual (and expensive) local and tourist restaurants and eat better. In 5 minutes walk you arrive at Night and the cathedral and 10 to the Louvre, and the metro is less than 100 metres. Very nice, the lobby with comfortable seating and a lovely airy design with also the machine for coffee and tea, and water dispenser available for the guests. Great the Wi-Fi. We will be back.

Perfect location to explore Paris on foot… that said, a few small problems: there is no oven in our apartment. The microwave does not have to compensate… really not up to standard for a hotel where we should be able to cook. And since when does pay to make the cleaning of the room? We were there for 11 days and we had right to a free household… others are 15 euros each! Absolutely disgusting! It's never happened to stay in a hotel where you have to pay for what you do… unthinkable household in Quebec… the french are the Kings of "ancillary" fees!

Nice hotel and centrally located. Stay away, though, from the small food store next door; their sky high prices go higher at the payment counter so stay alert to the posted price of each item you plan to purchase.

Paid 2000 Australian dollars for 3 nights, definitely not worth $2000. I would say perhaps $250 per night. It is quite central, but rather small rooms. The kitchenette it terribly outdated and the rooms need a paint. We were also woken up one morning at 7am as the guests opposite us were locked in their apartment as their door wouldn't open. There was a technician drilling through the door to get them out! What the hell! The receptionists were a tad 'unhelpful' at times, not what I would expect. Also, the rooms overlook drunken arguments and loudness EVERY night. You also cannot drive to this hotel, you have to walk a certain distance, as there are no cars allowed. We disliked it — and will never be back.

Excellent location, even side of the RER Châtelet that goes direct from the airport, the rooms are comfortable and have of all as for be comfortably in Paris during a week! Although the room not includes cleaning daily all the service of the Aparthotel are excellent!
