Small but clean spaces, nice breakfast. A 10-minute walk to the comfy Parisian metro. Good value for money for short stays.

The room was less spacious than usual. The toilet was not very stable.
In terms of cleanliness, it was fine.
On the other hand, no insulation of the door and therefore with very noisy neighbors, it's a drawback!

The hotel is clean and modern, the neighborhood is not so much. Ideal for sleeping and leaving. Breakfast very simple, not ideal for the one who is paying attention to his line.

As an American in France, this was an excellent choice. On the bus and tram lines and they understand American culture “enough” to make it easy to stay there. ** read the pamphlet in the room to understand the differences in their ‘ways’

The shower is incredibly small, you can't crouch to clean. But very clean and the people working there super friendly.

The welcome very friendly and helpful whether it is day or night on the other hand very bad surprise when discovering the room smell of containing, mold, humidity. … horrible brief I did not sleep the night so celastic bothered me. And no wonder to find mold ds the tiles of the bathroom … luckily it was only for one night. The 3 stars of the star is that for the staff I think…

Quiet and clean hotel. The quality of the reception is to be emphasized, very good.

Excellent value for money and very welcoming and helpful staff. Perfect room and bedroom. Same for breakfast. Small downside for access to people with reduced mobility that is not really planned and the lack of parking was only for unloading. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The rooms are of good quality and the little extra possible to have a quiet room. Really quiet you can't hear the street.

Basic Hotel. Cheap. Breakfast is Ok. Room too small. Away from the center, underground not too far (Crimee). Suitable for a short stay.

Staff speaks very little English. I could easily communicate with the gentleman in the suit. The last basic cleaning from the bathroom is probably a long time ago. I am not hypersensitive, but a layer of dust on the hair dryer certainly does not belong there. Overall the rooms are okay, but you should not arrive with too much expectations there.

In its category it is a very good place. The rooms are big enough and clean. Staff members are very nice and helpful. The neighborhood seems safe. There is a supermarket and a metro station nearby. Of course, this is not a five-star hotel, but for this price it is a very good choice.

Better b-fast. Doors need maintenance. Better heating in the rooms.

The room was clean, the reception corect, the place is close to all amenities and close to the transport (Metro and bus)

The photos in internet don't match the reality. The bathroom is quite small. I will not choice this hotel once they improve it.

Good rooms (size) and new remodelt in July 2017. Good Place nur the street is Loud. You hab by Breakfrast dir 7€ but I didn't Test it.

Good, near to metropolitan Crimee. The neighborhood is not the maximum.

Good value for money, flat on the Séjeuner: choice between deli and pastries sweetened, fortunately there was cheese to catch up a little. Orange juice not pressed and no fruit. Otherwise nickel bedding, bathroom Also, however narrow but correct.

Very satisfied. Good quality for that price and good location, near metro station and near charming Basin de Villette. At the breakfast room, it took a little while til they replaced juice or bagettes. Bur overall we were very satisfied.

Single room and an outdated, but very good value for money: clean room, friendly staff. I had the chance to have a very quiet courtyard side room. For the price, it seems to me very well.

Good hotel 3 star, simple, very basic but reasonable price. THE staff gives you good and friendly attention. The only downside is the area where it is located. I recommend it for stays not longer than 4-5 days of rest.

I'm afraid the only downside to our first paris visit was this hotel. We were never expecting it to be outstanding due to the price, but we were heartily let down by the rudeness of staff, the dated decor and above all else, the noise. Our first night saw us getting approximately 2 hours sleep due to loud televisions, banging doors and the atrocious din made by groups of youths on the street corners right outside the hotel. Access to the metro was the only plus side, as this allowed an easy escape route from the area. I would not advise this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for one night for a business trip. The reception was friendly. The room was simple and clean. I found pretty good bedding.
The most interesting here is the good value for money hotel in Paris. Given the price, I repeat for a business trip.

Perfect stay! Hotel is close (5 minutes walk) from the next metro station crimee. From that station we've been able to reach all major sightseeing targets (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, L'Arc de Triomphe, Sacre Coeur) directly or by changing the metro-line only once. Hotel staff was very friendly and even tough their english was not perfect, the communication was never an issue. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. TV only had French channels and there was no fridge in the room — however for the price I'm willing to lower some expectations. A very big plus: Internet is free! Therefore I've been able to watch local TV channels in my language over the internet — speed was very good.

Checked in pretty early the day I arrived. Due to this my room as not made yet. It was done straight away and later on the manager himself apologized for that. This is the service I expect when I stay in a hotel. the room was pretty nice. Good shower facilities, nice bed and a flat screen television. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Could have easily have more stars. I stayed in worse and more run down hotel in paris that way more expensive. the location in not central. However, it is not far from the metro and with the line 7 you can get directly into town in 15 minutes. You are pretty fast at the montmatre or sacre cour (take line 7 and take the line 2 at stalingrad). It only takes like 10 minutex to go there. all in all the hotel offers a very fair value for the price with a good service.

Location is good if you want to stay there only one comes thanks to Metro (5 min walk) well back and away.
The rooms are run down something, especially the bed was totally the location, the bath partially damaged (faucets). A preoccupation with cleanliness was evident.
The room was very cold (visit in May! ).
The breakfast is included in the price, but every day comprises a Crossaint and a piece of baguette. (There are two good Boulangerien in the immediate vicinity. )
Positive side is the warm hospitality of the staff and the free Internet access via Wi-Fi.
