Nice welcome perfect room spacious bedding very good. We asked for a room on the courtyard side we received it so that my son could rest. (small bemol stain on the floor on the carpet big problem with the window that takes a very high humidity to see very quickly) that I reported well room 421 that we left on 17/01/2022.
Otherwise perfect breakfast clean setting.

Spacious room but the duvets were stained, the average room for a Mercure hotel. Bath towels at the end of their life with the smell of frying. The toilet was cracked, and what about the soundproofing. We were at the heart of the neighbors' night activities!

Great place, I went as part of a convention with families of children and association, I recommend!

Perfect situation for the Paris Philharmonie visit but also for the town visiting as the metro is very close. Nice rooms, good breakfest choice with a splendid City of Music view. Clean, nice.

Good rooms, bad room service… One morning came back from the city and found the trash from the bathroom on the table… Breakfast on the tenth floor was amazing except the "italian" host who was following us all the breakfast… a bad attitude towards its guests. Don't recommend this hotel!

Nice standard hotel room. The hotel staff are very helpful and willing to work with American tourists who do not speak French very well. Rooms are very quiet and have very effective black out curtains on the windows.

We arrived at 1:00am, we had to wait 1 hour for the man to do the check in and when he finally finished, he told us that they only had 2 single rooms and we had booked 2 family rooms. As they didn't have anything else we had to accept the room and the kids slept on the floor. They didn't even sent us the pillows and blankets that we asked for. The service was awful and they didn't show any will to help us. And finally they charged us the family rooms instead of the single rooms! THE WORST HOTEL EVER.

Great location when you’re arriving by car. Very close to the pheriperique. Parking garage available although it has a very small passage! Very close to the metro stop too albeit a less convient line so you’ll be changing trains a lot. The hotel lobby looks nice, the Wi-Fi is good, but the room was a disappointment because the ceilings were very dirty and moldy. The walls were quite dirty too. Shower in the bath tub which was old and wobbly. A refurbishment would be a good idea.

It’s Not a good hotel at all. Two of our bags got robbed and the hotel didn’t take responsibility for it. It was most likely the room service that stole our bags while we were out. When we informed the hotel that our bags were stolen they asked us to contact the police and said that they can’t to anything about it. We didn’t have time to contact the police as we had to catch a flight in 3 hours. The hotel didn’t do anything but say sorry. They did say that if they find the bag they will send it to us but they haven’t given us any news about finding our bag yet. Please don’t book this hotel because I don’t want the same thing our even something worse happening to any of y’all.

Nice location and good service. Staff is symphatic and smiley. We were parents and one child of 14 years old. But there was 2 beds of 140cm in the room and no space for a third one. Nobody asked us ıf it is proper. It should have been 200cm and 100 cm beds. In fact it is a reason of reclamation. Corridors and rooms smell humid and dust. Textiles and interior design should be reversed.

I came with two daughters. We were put in a VIP room where 2 rooms and in one of the rooms, the bed was broken. Other VIP rooms were occupied. We have been waiting for the manager for a long time to resolve this issue. All he offered us was to move to a one-room room (which doesn't suit us). My kids go to bed early, and just sitting in the dark and waiting for my sleep time to come is not an option. Then he said he would give us a discount of 20E) for a room with a broken bed and we would sleep 3 people on one bed. With this option, it charges us the cost as for a room with 2 beds. It's just outrageous! We had plans to go to the movies with the kids. But while we were deciding all this, the movie closed ( (
There is no understanding in this hotel. They pursue only their goals (making money). I strongly recommend NOT! If I had assumed that this would be the case, I would have settled in another (normal) hotel.

We stayed for two nights. The staff is not very helpful and made strange excuses. I wonder if it was because we are from India?

Hotel of few luxuries. Sober and cheap style.
They don't have a pool and the gym is very basic and small.
Obstenta 4 stars Q are not real. The breakfast is sooo good but they don't have Spanish speaking employees.

The hotel is centrally located but in the north of Paris. A fast metro connection will take you to the sights of this city very quickly.
The nearby Parc de la Vilette is definitely worth a visit. On the canal there are a few restaurants where the contemplation is worthwhile.
Unfortunately, breakfast at the hotel is not worth it, as it is not worth 20 euros per person. Prefer to drive into the city and have a bite to eat there.
Unfortunately, the rooms are not on a good foolevel either. Everything is there, but they are not in good condition. In our room, for example, were there. The ceiling panels moved, which would certainly have been noticed if the room had been removed correctly.

Small room for a family of 4, major problem with A. C. Having the need to sleep with windows opened due to extreme heat and impossibility of adjusting A. C… Not recommended and won't stay there again…

Great local Hotel for this area, the update to rooms has made a massive difference. The room staff are very efficient & pleasant. The Hotel manager is very helpful & extremel professional & makes your stay enjoyable.

I was there very good. 10 months ago. Paris beautiful.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The metro station is 50 meters and in the neighborhood you find everything, including a laundry with self-service dryers. However the location is far from the center.

I'm there regularly for Meetings, the property is great, very accessible, and above all, a superb team on the reception and availability :)

Room and comfortable bedding. The bathroom deserves a refreshing and it was really very hot in the room even with the window open. The staff are very nice.

Reception 0 (zero) parking 0 (dont have). People don't speak english.

We’re in group, asked for a 3 bed in one room but got 2 big beds for 3 people (is your prepared for it? ).
I slept with windows open coz room so hot, AC not fungtion.

The seminar was nice, the perfect organization, the place is clean, when the quality of the products for breakfast and lunch is a flawless, I recommend the restaurant: excellent home, fast service, the team is at the small care, the Chef's fish is excellent, appetizing appetizers, dessert is a treat, a must visit address for lunch or organize a seminar.

Large busy hotel set up for Tourist great links to transport network Metro and Trams just outside the hotel.

Hotel that needs to be refreshed. Heating in the rooms impossible to settle (28 and despite our request nothing has changed), Room service Phantom: We ask for a fresh drink at 11pm you are told that the bar is closed and that the room service does not do this service! To finish the reception at the front desk arriving in the morning was ill amiable. Bad experience for hosting. It is far from being a 4 stars hence the note.

Its advantage is its address opposite the Parc de la Villette, its proximity to the metro, its parking. Very good friendly.

I did not test the hotel, the restaurant is not bad, very nice view of the Villette. Some details to review, for example the awning of the rear terrace pierced by cigarettes thrown by customers who smoke at the window of their rooms…

Good hotel overall but a big downside the size for the height in the bathtub being a man of 1.80m the ceiling stick me to the head and it was not pleasant at all.

I put a star because we can't put zero.
Far from meeting the expectations that one has by going to a hotel "Mercure", which has of this type of hotel only the name…
Is it normal to have to make a bed? The mattress did not have a sheet house when going back into the bed, the shower bar was enchanting, suspicious tasks on the pillow, sugar pods behind the coffee cabinet, and most importantly, no reaction on the part of the team if not brief Apologies.
I strongly advise against.

The hotel Mercure Paris 19 Philharmonie La Villette enjoys an interesting position opposite the Parc de La Villette and thus the attractions such as the Grande Halle, the Philharmonie, the zenith, further the city of sciences and industry. The transport is a few meters away and you can easily find something to eat.
The hotel is a modern building, the spaces are pleasant to live in. The room, on the "privilege" floor, is a spacious room decorated with the theme of music. It is a comfort room in which there is a very large desk and an office chair, a small table surrounded by two armchairs and a space with a fridge and teas and coffees. The wardrobe is very large but it remains open on the room, which creates an impression of "non-finished".
The reception is nice, smiling and professional. In this respect there is a real consideration of the client. On the other hand it is regrettable that the water from the shower is not hot enough. Likewise, the replenishment of free drinks is not done from one day to the next. Finally, the doors of the rooms are closed from the outside only to the extent that they are violently pulled.
The hotel Mercure Paris 19 Philharmonie La Villette is a beautiful hotel that deserves to be better valued. Mixed experience.

Good location, buffet breakfast and very close to the Metro stop!

Hotel quite marked years 90 which is not very good sign.
Positive: Efficient reception, competitive rate, breakfast on the 10th floor (Products OK, nice view), comfortable bedding, proximity to the cultural facilities, room service (a priori not guaranteed permanently) rapid negative: traces of infiltration at Ceiling, soundproofing of doors, corridors really sinister, meutrières as windows, carpet stained, deco patched, lifts ageing, map of the brewery pretty basic, welcome drink for 1 Pax only.

Upon check-in, room was not ready. Room did not have heat 3of the 4 nights I stayed. The restraunt service is very slow. It took 3 hours for dinner the first night I was there. This was work sponsored or I would never had stayed there.

Broke lifts and smelly corridors… guess it's Paris. Super breakfast lounge on 10 floor.

Hotel was handy for the metro and the concert venue over the road so was perfect for my stay.

For me mercury means quality, but it is far away.
I have a moldy picture in the bathroom. We were a group and DS the other rooms C was the same… in the. Our Plus, as soon as we lit the. Light, that was one. Loud noise pretty painful. I therefore bait a commercial gesture for these disagreements thank you cordially.

Nice location. Doesn't deserve 4 stars though. I had to complain 3 times before they replaced the fault light. Hot water in the shower covert to cold as if the water have their own decision… Breakfast is reasonable, but that's it.

Does do quadruple rooms which was a bonus. Clean and relatively spacious but not a great view.

Nice, big rooms which are comfortable. A very generous and tasty breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for guests, extremely helpful staff. It's not necessarily city-centre, but it was perfect for our stay.

Basically not a bad Hotel. Breakfast was very good, the room big enough. But it had a very strong smell, we believe it was an ancient smoking room, which was pimped with Parfums to become a non-smoking room. The Hotel has seen its best days several years ago. Many things were broken (e. G. Doors from elevator, a cupboard in our room etc. ) or dirty. So it is an acceptable Hotel, but not the level of other Mercure Hotels.

Very close to the metro and the zenith, quite comfortable and clean room also staff was very friendly with me.

Modern hotel in the North of Paris. Ideally located for visiting the new Philharmonie de Paris (200 m walk). Metro (line 5) at the door. Modern functional rooms with good sound insulation. Room service is very irregular (between 9 and 17: 00) and works on the surface. Better breakfast at one of the nearby cafés.
Perfect for visiting the Philharmonie, otherwise you will find better in Paris.

on January 16, 2016 at about 6:30 I was at the front desk of the hotel. The two employees who were not opened to me. Thinking that they had not noticed my presence I knocked on the window. One of them looked at me and continued what he was doing without taking the trouble to respond. What professionalism!

Leads the super booking confirmed, because if they have uncompromiso more important to your tea stopped on the street as I did to me, despite the transfer of the agency.

Teams tuned, refurbished rooms, 5 minutes from the Zenith and 15 minutes from the centre, I highly recommend!

Modern and spacious room. 5 minutes from the center of Paris. Easy access and all the benefits 4 *-good value for money.

Breakfast is very bad ; noisy place far away from center of paris. Rate is very expensive. Not recommended for stay.

Bit dirty, bit old. Terrible breakfast.

Definitely not worth the price. Attached restaurant is terrible (rubber steak, cold food, flies literally buzzing me as I at) and the internet was so slow it was unusable. Better value lay elsewhere.
