Nice appartment. We got a balcony room. The metro is just outside the appartment which was a major plus. Also the bars nearby wer much cheaper than in the centre.

Meets my expectations. Big positive on the super welcome for me and my son handicapped, accommodating staff. Just small shower thing a little small for people with high body build.

The rooms felt clean and had an ok size, and the hotel is close to the metro. The major drawback is that it takes 30 minutes with the metro to get to the heart of the city. The staff had problems with understanding english, and were not patient enough to try and understand my bad french.

The +: Functional room, enough space for two and for short stays. Close to the subway, and supermarkets. Very isolated, we did not hear either our neighbors or the outside.
The —: very unpleasant odor in the bathroom, shower lacking cleanliness, no changing rooms to lay coats on hangers.

No one sucks sal Sal Sal refuses to repay a night paid twice by the Ebookers ticket and at the reception of Lhotel! Scandal.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The room was clean and nice, everyone was kind and helpful.

High price for a fairly dilapidated apartment. The reception is very nice.

The hotel was very friendly and the hotel was very good.

The single room is cramped to store its laundry, no hangers and cupboards blocked by the water heater and the electric compartment. It's dangerous.

Place to avoid as the cholera, dirty rooms is malfunctioning, assistance of zero and for the price paid I went to the hotel. Not to mention the baths that are funerary loculi. I'm not even going back for free. I asked in vain for 4 days the TV remote control and never arrived not to mention the room cleaning totally non-existent. In a nutshell "a toilet"

Fortunately it is renovated…
First room offered dirty and uncleaned (garbage on the floor, hair, dirty towels…)
Second bedroom: Musty in the shower (absence of VMC or not functional), electrical plugs detaching from the wall or hole in the wall with apparent wires, cleanliness of the carpet that leaves to be desired, dirty dishes, window curtains too short (convenient In the morning in bed and at night…)

First room proposed sale: Housekeeping had not been done.
Second bedroom: Electrical plugs detaching from the walls, moldy all over the shower, bad odor in the entrance, uncomfortable bed, not clean dishes…

Thing is this is the last time that I come to this hotel apart city of Villette! 1 — I am at the hotel for 4 weeks is the housekeeping is done 2 times even if I have alerted several times to the reception
2 — at the household, they have taken my own towels and when I asked the Manager what we can do he was super rude in his speech and said, 'madam if you want to not use the towels of the hotel do not come to our hotel, and I can't do anything … '

Very disappointed with the hotel, I spent nine nights without having to come clean.
1 single hair dryer for the whole hotel so impossible to have it during my stay and the walls are very fine, we hear the neighbors chatting until 3 am as well as their phones vibrate, pillows of bad qualities …

With all due respect but eating it from the hotel is a racist! and I'm really sorry to see that in a developed country like France.

Cleanliness, hospitality, price, quiet. The kitchen area is significant. I love this formula apartment hotel. I have spent a pleasant stay. I recommend this establishment.

Attention Practice overbooking! Reservation paid and confirmed several days before but full hotel! Zero support! Explanation: Nil! Outrageous!

The stay could have gone better (flooding in our room, work in the upper room, lack of communication between the staff) but some gestures and sympathy of some but I do not think I will go back.

— Shower door is very small even for a 10 year old child. — Room on the 8th floor with elevator. — The reception is useless … You reserve a room with a king size bed and you get a room with two beds of 60 cm each one, and when you ask for an explanation, they say : according to availability

I will rate this as a 3 because almost everything at this hotel comes at a price plus the rooms are a bit hospital like… everything in blue and white and are a little dated.

Really poor hotel on the ground floor room with the minimum stick room not nice not spacious frankly to avoid.

Stay top. Apart-hotel, which has just been renovated, so nice.

I advised apartment ' City to my cousin coming from Marseille with are friends to spend an evening in Paris.
Having had a good experience and quality with a rental in Montélimar I thought that they shared the same type of experience on Paris. I accompanied them to the apartment to start not send access code to enter the hotel we have the remember the Paris apartment City Standard because nobody we welcome so you could enter. After thirty minutes of waiting we finally have someone who gives us the code to enter the hotel.
One enters the building rings to the home person but a mobile number display on the door we finally falls on the person and lets us know that it will be available in 10 minutes. At this point the friend of my cousin loses patience (which I understand) and asking to be repaid because you should not ignore us.
The person who greeted us said power nothing do we have to call anything that happens and a time to the standard the person who we should see this said us to call back Monday, January 25, 2016. Anyway basically paid you shut up.

Obscene, unhygienic with water from the faucet that didn't work and dripped continually busy watering holes in the ground. Mentioned this to the staff, promised to send a technician that never came! They did pay the fee to get internet and it did not work. Dangerous because all electrical outlets. Only good things about the parking space and the nearby metro station.
Never again!

I do not rate this place at all. It is disgusting. We booked 4 rooms (bad choice)! Carpets disgusting, no change of towels or beds made or cleaning done for the 4 days we were there. Walls dirty marks. Reception area gives you a hint of things to come. Staff in Reception friendly but not very clued up on stuff. English people have on average a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene so avoid this place at all costs.

Main door doesn't lock as it should so anyone in the area can enter and hangout out in the courtyard. Last night a drunk made his way in and kept us up all night. Also the fact that the door doesn't lock is a major security issue Sheets smell clean but there are black marks all over them. My friend and I were expecting to use Wi-Fi for work and school purposes but the connection doesn't reach our room. If we want a connecting that times us out after a minute we have to sit on the toilet. (Which I'm having to do right now to write this review) We decided to voice our concerns with the front desk and that got us no where. The receptionist is very nice but it's evident she is only there to smile and check people in.

Ridiculous! No aircondition in room, no knife. Apartment condition looks tired. I asked for a fan from the reception cos its 39c in summer and got turned down. Im staying for 4 nights not 1 night! Avoid. Preoare to bring your own knife, mug/cup, fan. Staff is nice but facilities is baddd.

To start us siad that they send you a message with instructions on how to do the checking as we arrived outside your hours, but that's not happened and to get there we had to call several times to a phone collection that you don't even speak Spanish. The next day, in addition to the tax of the municipal tax (which we were not given a receipt) to us they wanted to charge another euro daily per day for the use of the Wi-Fi which is advertised as free. The room uncomfortable, beds are small and with mold in shower and closets and shit everywhere: especially in the "kitchen" if you want to use any thing recommend washing it before, and of course after, because if you are not a good "pere de famille" there are to pay twenty euros for the trouble you have been taking them (and that have not been due to drink a lot after seeing it all)
