This hotel is near metro. Not a good hotel to be because of service. We reached Paris in the midnight and hotel management had given our room to someone else without informing us. In the midnight we had to search room in different hotel. Very pathetic management who was not even able to relocate us to different hotel of their chain.

Can't fault the staff here. Very welcoming, Made our stay the best it could be, couldn't be more helpful for our Honeymoon and first trip to Paris. Lovely clean rooms, buffet breakfast was lovely and fresh. Will definitely be back again. Thankyou.

Would have nice beer days in Paris. Hotel very well located. Room although small but very quiet ly neat and clean. Breakfast was very good and the selection was great if you came in time. We lacked eggs and fresh fruit and vegetables. Although the advertising at the reception advertises vitamin-rich fresh products, we could not discover any during our stay. We stayed two nights here. We had two rooms. Though we booked these rooms months ago via our travel agent who did it via Gta but both our rooms were not on the same floor. One on third and one on fifth. Rooms were good and hygiene was also nice.

Conveniently located just feet from the Porte de Clignancourt Metro station. Smaller, but very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly.

Room was alright and a lil small than we had imagined. Staff were friendly and good breakfast. Public transport is very close to this hotel and a lot of other shops are very close.

Very bad experience. Small rooms, toilets very uncomfortably positioned. You won't like to use them. Extremely unfriendly & unprofessional reception staff. Don't ever book this hotel.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I am satisfied. I had requested a room next to "non-noisy", and my request has been complied with. Room spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Flat screen TV large enough. Adapted bathroom. Friendly staff, smiling and available. We had our clogged sink, it has been reported the 2nd day and the same evening we were rehoused in a new room. We did not take breakfast but they offer it for 5.50€. Hotel close to metro station Porte de Clignancourt (less than 100m). Shops nearby. Good price/quality ratio. Just a little thing to say : we hear some people talking in the corridors or rooms nearby but with a pair of earplugs, you forget fast ;-) and if one is not especially sensitive to noise, there would not even pay attention. In short, a hotel to remember for a parisian stay.

No luck, we were there when the elevator was down… 6th by the stairs, we feel them passing.
The air conditioning didn't seem functional either to believe the warmth of the room! Cumulative to the 6 floors mounted on foot, nothing more pleasant than to get into an oven…
In short, forced to open the Windows side streets to refresh… let's go the fact that it is necessary to move the bed to be able to open the windows, the room being relatively small… nothing better than the silence of Parisian avenues to find sleep.
The previous comments pointing to some problems of cleanliness, I preferred to check by myself… quite a lot of hair and or hair under the sheets… The heat will have allowed me not to slip in.

Convenient because it is close to the subway. The staff is not very friendly. The bedrooms are clean but a bit small. But cozy as far as we were in the room! All right.

The service was great, staff helpful and sympathetic. The area is quiet, although not the best but once you enter the property, you forget to be in that neighborhood. Very clean and reasonably cozy rooms. Towels were changed every day. Great experience.

Room with a broken window, closed with a scotch tape, in winter! Too noisy and cold because of the broken frame. The sink without a plug, the tap is not properly fixed… Overall first impression is terrible…

Location is good (50m from Metro Port de Clignocourt). Rooms are clean. Breakfast IS OK. In buffet form but without scrambled eggs and bacon, but otherwise good (croissant, baguette, sausage, some cheese, jam). Unfortunately, they are not able to store a billing address at the front desk. You have to share your address again each time. Otherwise, as I said, good overall impression. Cost between 90 and 110 euros. The sooner you book, the cheaper.

Good hotel in bad neighborhood. But price/ quality reasonable.

We stayed 3 nights at this IBIS, from 25 to 28 September. The whole is rather correct. The bedding is very comfortable (despite a mattress topper put on the mattress which is not covered, and lets us see multiple old tasks), the bathroom is small, but ergonomic and well-thought (and modern! ). The room is also small (it would not have taken more than 2 cabin bags because we did not know already where and how you store it), but sufficient to sleep in. I very much appreciated the soundproofing and the window that gave on the courtyard. On the other hand the room was clean, even if during the passage of the service the 27, the meal tray has not been cleared. Small flat for breakfast, "the return of the market", which, despite a correct choice in the buffet, was not able to present fresh fruit and non-processed (we take our breakfast between 8: 00am and 8: 30am) or even eggs as organic or plant-based beverages. A shame, because besides that, we could still find cranberries and buns gluten-free! Finally, if we were to repeat the experience, it is with pleasure that we would have to do it again, because the staff is smiling and available!

This hotel was a bad experience but not all their fault. We were booked at this hotel when the hotel we booked had overbooked themselves, and the price for those rooms were higher and we didn't get any refund or effort to fix the situation, instead we got booked at the Ibis courtesy of the last hotel without getting a choice. So no fault of Ibis. The rooms were so tiny, even for paris standards, the showers were itty bitty, it was incredibly loud and the walls were paper thin, the service was okay but not great, we only got two pillows and when I asked for extras they said they had none so they gave us an extra blanket instead. For the price you pay it's a decent place, but we didn't pay that price so it was frustrating. If someone was traveling on a tight budget I would say it's a decent place but know that you get what you pay for.

Hotel is in an awful area. My room was cramped and the bathroom was made for midgets. Breakfast was dire. The only bright point was the reception staff who were pleasant and helpful. Don't waste your money on this awful place, I wish I hadn't!

A comfortable hotel in a great location close to the motorway from UK and not too far from the centre of town. Could do with tea and coffee in the room but otherwise all provided.

The room as well as the bathroom are tiny just enough for a single person. The breakfasts are plentiful and there are frozen dishes available to the clientele. The staff are nice and professional.

For the price I paid it was good. The staff​ was kind. The only thing, heated the shampoo — soap all in one. Also I asked for extra pillow (there was one extra in the room for my wife needed one more for me) they denied to give. The room was OK, no coffe machine, but good TV. Near a subway station the neighbourhood was so so at night. But OK in the day and you get a street market on Saturday.

Quiet hotel with good breakfast. Easy transport with metro and close to the Montmartre neighbourhood.

Clean rooms and comfortable bed. The whole structure is furnished and designed according to clean and modern lines. The staff was very helpful Also the location is very good and the airport is very close to the metro station.

I payed 189.50 for two nights as a walk-in guess. I expect same like picture in website but what I get is a small square room with barely fit two of us with luggage inside. No decor same like the website picture it is basic white at its best & no coffee maker. I have to get it by myself down at the lobby. Luckily I have the top floor what nice about the room is nice old rustic charm decorative gate on the window & its a clean room.

The staff is the flagship of this property. The convenient location and a few steps from the subway make it very convenient for trips. Breakfast at will. Punctual cleaning.

I walked in to be confronted by a very abrupt and frankly rude man behind the front desk, failing to say anything about the hotel or Wi-Fi access or even welcome me — I had never received a welcome like that from any Accor property in my life. He also failed to provide a welcome drink as I am a silver rewards member — this is the first time this has happened. The man in the evening politely provided it to me when I asked. It was at this point I asked for a later check out due to a late flight and he offered 4pm after looking at his computer (this is also a benefit of silver rewards and had never been an issue before today). No payment was mentioned at this stage. At 12.50pm I had a lady come into my room and leave straightaway without saying anything. 20 minutes later two people were waiting at by door. One came in saying I had to leave, given his lack of English he called front desk and I spoke to the same man as when I checked in. He said very rudely that you need to 'get out' as you haven't paid. I was very shocked by his tone and real coldness — he really made me feel like a squatter and a criminal. When I came down to checkout I approached him politely however he gave me the coldest look and said to leave. I told him how terrible I thought this was — not even a courtesy call to remind me that it was time to check out. He then started saying how terrible I was in front of other guests. I am really very shocked by the whole situation.

The rooms are small but clean. Alan greeted us warmly at the front desk and worked hard to accommodate all our needs.

Here we go with problenas that they said that parking and had to pay €40 for 2 days in a nearby parking lot.

Quoted in several hotels, in may 2015 and I chose this Hotel it is good, nice and cheap, is steps from the metro and local food, definitely recommend it.

My favourite hotel for the last weekend of Le Tour. Easy to access from the motorway, handy for the Metro and easy to cycle anywhere in Paris from here. Also Montmartre within walking distance as well as many quality bars and restaurants.

The location is convenient for visiting Montmartre, but price is not justified for the service that it provides. It is not undesirable, but it is possible to find something better in Paris with other accommodation alternatives.

I have been to this hotel with my husband and a couple of friends. The intention was to spend a long weekend in Paris without spending a fortune.
This responded perfectly to our expectations: a stone's throw from the metro, in a district already nice to her, with smallish rooms but not stuffy and equipped with every comfort and a continental breakfast quite good, allows you to enjoy the city of light with no permanent damage to my wallet.
Highly recommended for both business and with friends of the couple.

We stopped in the Ibis Ornano from 24 to 30 November. Very comfortable, the rooms are small but have everything needed. Very clean. The metro is 50 m which can be reached in minutes to any point of Paris. The attention very good. Reception Celine is a charm and is always willing to help in whatever one needs, speaks Spanish important thing. We felt very comfortable.

It is a pleasant and comfortable place to rest, in the reception there is a young man who speaks English and helped us with everything during our stay, highly recommended.

Hotel location (subway, fast food, tourist place nearby), very clean, quiet, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast or for those who prefer ham and cheese in the morning. ), possibility to eat in the room (ask for the list of restaurants by the hotel), I couldn't test it having had knowledge of the end of the stay. The only downside if one comes by car: the lack of parking.
