The staff was terrible! And the hotel is located in a horrible neighbourhood. The room are super small.

If you stay here be ready to use Uber all the time. Walking around this area can be scary. Be ready to run if someone starts walking behind you. The room has no temperature control. I have stayed at other Ibis Budget before, but by far this is the worst I have stayed in. The staff seems to be doing a favor when they are doing their job. I would not stay here again. Also don't stay at any hotel North East of this one. The area gets more dangerous as you go North East of this point.

It so happened that I went on a trip with two friends. I was looking for not expensive housing for three people, with separate beds. Yes, the rooms are not expensive. But with separate beds we were unlucky. There was a double bed with a second floor. Towels, shower gel, soap is there. The room is cleaned. We were there two nights. Air conditioning is present. The first night in the city was very stuffy and hot. The room was cool. There is a bus stop near the hotel.

As a budget hotel, good. The place is not very good and gloomy.

Ibis sucks. "Plastic room" is very small, but for that kind of money. 100 euros a night for two. I don't want the enemy to settle here.

We're back from Paris today.
In this hotel friendly staff at the reception, quickly settled, cleaning in the room was done every day.
They took a room for 3 for two people, without breakfast. It is small, however, given to sleep overnight, normal.
The washstand is in the room itself to save space.
One chair, the other was missing.
Nearby the track and very noisy if you open the window.
A microwave was found in the hall near the reception.
There is a market near the hotel on weekends. There's mud and a mess.

It's hard to say something good. Perhaps the price for that time, today without a doubt would choose an apartment. Bad area, did not inspire confidence and this caused that I could not enjoy too much of the night in Paris, also not wanted to walk around, just look for the first Metro stop and leave the neighborhood. Apart from everything, we found nothing attractive nearby. Rooms where you would hear the noise from outside that looked like there was a party, people drinking, furniture passable. The four stars have taken it out of the sleeve because we go… I don't want to imagine the two and three. Anyway, if you are lucky enough to look at reviews before booking avoid this place. There are better things and even more expensive, they come out better, for comfort and security.

Don't go there! Scary durty and pissed off staff! To flee! If small budget took the F1 at least you will know why your room, the elevator and the rest is limited clean. Not to mention the long reception without smiling with depressive and inactive receptionist. All this in a creepy environment on the edge of the periph. The subway is at least 7 minutes walking fast. The night fell you would be even quicker seen as the streets scare.

All clean and good, only microwave 1 on the hotel, kettle in general, there is still a problem-corkscrew! The whole hotel did not find a corkscrew, and so wanted French wine.

The location is 12 minutes by foot from the nearest metro station. The room isn't the cleanest you will find. However, check in and staff are great. You don't even need keys for the room, cuz everything is electronic. The Wi-Fi is high speed. And you can stream videos, no problem.

The place though is in a neighborhood a bit special we had no problems. It has 3 metro stations nearby. The room was small but clean. The only thing I put a bunk and a big bed and I had ordered 3 single beds without a bunk, which by the way didn't make it.

Breakfast is okay. The rooms are very clean and cosy. They clean every morning. The staff is very friendly. Perfect for students. Nearest metro station is just 10 minutes away by foot.

Situated in a shanty town, prostitution immigrants drugs and vagrants, too far from metro or centre, have to use Uber to go anywhere, you WILL get robbed. Rooms like plastic cells, a hard bed and plastic toilet nothing more, except dirty at that. Pay the extra go else where.

If you require a clean, safe place to stay, that's the place for us. Handy for the Metro (line 13) & a good hours walk to/from Gare De Nord. No complaints.

It's a good place to stay if you are not interested in spending a lot on what you get in a hotel. It provides a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Clean and comfortable rooms. No hassle. I read a lot of negative reviews and was scared because I had already booked, but it's not bad at all. Ofcourse it's not like the usual hotels, there are no amenities in the room. But, There is a snack dispenser and coffee machine on every floor, the staff is friendly, rooms get cleaned daily. It is somewhere between a hostel and a hotel room and is decent enough considering the price. The location is fine as well, connectivity to the metro is good. I hardly spent more than a few hours in and I recommend it to anyone who plans to do the same on a budget.

In a nice little place, the rooms are not so bad but you will hear out the door all over the hallway. The surroundings don't give you much confidence.
The tactile panel of the light did not work. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of noise and the doors to the rooms are poorly soundproofed, which provoked an uneasiness and led to a bad break. In addition, the cleaning service was left the door open of the room, being able to have produced theft of belongings and possessions.
In part it is worth 8 euros to leave the bags in a uarto before leaving.

The bathroom's a joke. Seriously… They throw €30 and improve the WC and the shower an awful lot! The beds… regular. The sheets, dirty. The environment is a neighborhood of prostitution.

Room clean, small, but functional and a very good price. I walked at night on several occasions by the sector of Mont Marte, even after midnight and never had any problems, however the look of the neighborhood is a bit dreary due to its location. A few blocks from the subway.

A decent hotel for a night on a professional trip or a tourist weekend. Underground Parking accessible from outside and paying. Adjacent Street a little odd (clandestine market) and that can disturb some people. Subway a 10-minute walk.

The name already says that it is intended for saving and therefore it is not necessary to have high demands in terms of position or elegance. It's in peripheral position but the Metro is really close. It's not fancy though it's very clean. If you have to turn to Paris and you just have to sleep there okay, otherwise look at something else.

I'm going to start with the good. Breakfast was reasonable you paid six euros per head and it was Buffet free. The bad. It is located in a place of bad death, if you take room for three ay a double bed and above a litter that. They don't make it for when you go to sleep you have to make it. The garbage doesn't pick it up.

Great chain hotel Affordable. Cleanliness of the rooms very average, some are dilapidated rooms. Good exterior insulation This said but very blurring hotel! Clientele often unrespectful, fire alarm in the middle of the night triggers by a smoker. Certainly suffers from its accessibility.

Good value for money, nice staff, clean room and good bedding, full breakfast lacking can be a bit of salty, small flat for soundproofing but we can change the disrespectful behavior of people, I recommend the restaurant in Low, correct price and good welcome.

1st night: Woke up in the morning as there was only one door between my room and the neighbouring rooms and you could hear everything.
2nd night: Kept awake by school class.
Besides: The ventilation in the shower and in the toilet — which by the way has no toilet seat — was completely moldy.

I was on a school trip and stayed at this hotel starting from what surrounds it, I think it is one of the most infamous neighborhoods of Paris the night is chock full of prostitutes and people who beat you, unlivable species if you are not in group the hotel is always open, anyone can enter it and this is not good because we have often had meetings at how much unpleasant rooms to say the least shabby, mine was among the most decent and was still of an awesome filthy many of my companions found hairs in the bed, blood on the ground and Mac On the blankets I think it is not necessary to say anything else, I strongly recommend!

So we're not going to stay here again! There is a certain repair jam in our opinion! When we drove into the underground garage and just about our car a part of the automatic gate a 3-4 meter long sheet flew by! Then there were cars in the underground garage which were completely destroyed no more tires/rims and lamps and more which were stolen. The room was ok so ibis usual. The location of the hotel was very good and the staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable. That was our last and some visit there!

Decent stay. Good for couples. No kitchen facilities.

Having spent a few days for a training, my stay went well. The hotel is "basic" but functional. The staff met is nice and professional. I will come back with pleasure.
Positives: Access to the rooms by code, functional and clean room, hotel staff friendly and benevolent (for my case), relatively near Metro (10 min walk from the subway Porte de Saint Ouen), the microwave in the lobby of the entrance.
Negatives: broken wooden furniture, shower hose To change, soundproofing of the rooms.

Rooms similar to train wagons, rude staff, cleaning summary room. We repeatedly asked to clean the floor full of black spots but no outcome. Place degraded and out of hand. View Clochard from the window.

A lot of noise, the volume of ads in the elevator is just infernal! Room 361 at the entrance of the hallway a horror.
No outlets near the beds of toilet towels as a shower towel.
A sink in the room the toilets look like those of a camping car experience not to be renewed.

Good break fast at cheaper rates. Good management. However room size is little small.

It's a budget style of Ibis so don't expect first class service, everything must be asked at the reception… for a reasonable stay it's nice a quite.

Location on the main road, if you are in the middle of the city then need to walk between small lanes a lot to reach to the hotel. Check-in was no problem. Rooms are small, although all amenities as shown on the website, but still only below satisfactory level. Small bathroom with only shower jel, toilet, washbasin in the room, close to bed, TV, heating. No storage or closet provided. Lots of vending machines in the reception area. Nothing to eat in nearby 1-2 kilometre. Toilet was very dirty, bed linens were clean but room was not so clean. People in the surroundings were not sober, all types of goons and pick pocketers. Not safe to roam late at night outside hotel with a lady or baby or expensive belongings. Overall fine as a bed and breakfast. Or as a place to spend the night.

It is not bad if it is only for sleep. Comfortable bed, not very clean (only towel change and bathroom with a distinct smell of urine). The neighborhood is remote and does not convey confidence at night. The attention at the reception leaves to be desired as they only know how to babble in English.

The first room we had stank of cigarettes while the rooms are non smoking.
The second room we had felt a little less but I felt that the whole ventilation system in the hotel smelled of tobacco in fact.
The duvet we had to unpack ourselves for the bed 2 person was way too small.
Parking in the basement paying even if you have booked in the hotel. To calculate in your expenses before booking in this area which is poorly fâmé.

It is a good option when travelling with a budget, and looking to stay in a comfortable place, clean and with a good bed. Excellent idea of hosting, despite being small rooms, which are comfortable and well-arranged spaces.

Not recommended! Rooms are not as clean as you would expect from an ibis! Also the friendliness of the reception was left to be desired. English was spoken reluctantly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The distance to the Metro takes about 10 minutes on foot and is acceptable. The breakfast was OK, pastries fresh, coffee also fine.

Large, cheap, centrally located on the a 86, the outer ring of Paris. Friendly staff. Easy to clean. Breakfast costs 6, €15. Not recommended, as bakery and confectionery is nearby. 5 minutes Walk is a Lidl, butcher's shop, various snacks and petrol stations.

Basic room, with local bathroom, shower room and bedroom. Contained size, no bidet, TV present. Not too attentive to details but more than acceptable as a passing support.

The bedroom is too small, and the toilets stinks with smell of piss. The employee are rude and the service is bad. The breakfast is not bad for the price.

The hotel is quiet, nothing special, a little out of the way but easily accessible by Metro, both from the Garibaldi exit and from the Porte de Saint Ouen exit. The cleanliness of the rooms is relatively relative is also the rooms themselves are a bit relative compared to the images that are on their site; But even here Tuttosommato are liveable and they are fine.

Absolute horror. Even at a cheap price, so little comfort really does not have to be. The place is rocked off and is dingy. The area of the naked horror and in front of the window rustles the highway day and night. The staff is also as unmotivated as likely to be underpaid.

Quartier Mal Notorious, hotel that looks more like a dormitory than anything else, housekeeper who allows herself to knock three times and open the bedroom door in the morning between 9am and 11am while we sleep… And I'm on it. I don't advise. We had no desire to return in the evening after our days. It is better to put more money and feel better during your stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The people at the front desk are helpful and nice. A bit far out and the area is a bit scary in the dark. Otherwise, price performance is great.

The hotel is just as you might expect for the price. Breakfast not recommended. All plastic cutlery etc. Not sometimes plates. Baking buns u crossaints must be placed directly on tray. Rooms are quite ok. Old and something taken with you but clean. But the toilet is … not unclean but just not good.

The room was good but not budget hotel. It was expensive for the quality and the service I was provided. Anything less than €50 will be good for this hotel.

Very basic Hotel, in a dirty area that can strike some fear initially. The Staff is very friendly and not very professional. The rooms are spartan, floor ruined by cigarette burns (seen in more rooms), lack the comforts and spaces where to arrange suitcases and clothing for a longer stay. The sink is in the bedroom, the bathroom is divided into two separate rooms: a shower cabin and a toilet cabin. A single towel is provided per person, medium size and insufficient for shower, no hair dryer. Icing on the cake in our stay the central air vent that in those days where temperatures were lowered a lot kept refreshing the environment as it was summer. Unsuitable and not recommended to spend more than a night especially if on holiday, is sufficient as an intermediate stage for business of another kind. It certainly lowers the level of the Ibis that I knew over the years.

Sadly I dislike this hotel and can't recommend it for anyone : — (Especially it's worst service on reception. They have a very budget hotel and don't have even hair dryer (we asked few days for it, but they told that they don't have enough hair dryers for all rooms and can't even tell me when they will have at least one). Man on reception is a person who "don't care about clients", as he told me. I can't believe that this "man on reception" can't even invite his manager, because "he don't know when his manager is on work". Personal of this hotel did their work to remain very bad impression about this hotel and Paris. P. S. Location of this hotel is very far away from the city center, and bad service is a thing that crosses everything. Budget — means really budget choice.

It is quite creepy walk around this location late at night. Rooms are small. Just two power outlets per room. Rooms are small and the cleaning can be improved. The rooms require more isolation to reduce the noise coming from your neighbor rooms. I won't come back or recommend this place to a friend.

It has the basic services. The Wi-Fi is good and the bed comfortable. A pity that the sink was clogged. The sink is outside the bathroom, the toilet and the shower are in separated rooms. Is out of the ordinary, but it can be functional. I forgot to a cross of wood in the bathroom and not returned. The way from the subway to the hotel is a bit long and seems risk, but you never perceive any incident.

It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station Porte de Saint-Ouen. Finding a hotel in principle is simple. The district is really connection, sporadically working on a flea market that I didn't want to go on Saturdays on the nearby street of cheap clothing. The reception English staff, they explain and advise. The room was very small and very clean. There's only one stool in the room. It was my first residence in Ibis Budget and the normal Ibis, be close, was the palace:) Especially surprising the toilet stall, as like a plastic capsule. On the ground floor, there's a microwave oven in which you can heat up products purchased at a supermarket on the corner. No breakfast, so I can't appreciate it. If you're limited in Money, 2-3 nights will work.

Located in peripheral area of Momtmartre with not much to visit but close to one of the world's biggest markets very interesting! I stayed a few days with the family for leisure, comfortable room with very comfortable beds (pillows aside) but a note of merit I give to the cleanliness of the room and to the scordialità of the reception!

Cheap but Spartan place. If you only need sleep um sleeping goes more than okay.

Positive:
-The staff are friendly
Room was clean and everything worked
-For 6:50 you got to eat euro in the morning and you could enjoy again and again
-There were Internet
Negative:
-The area was very shabby and all full of garbage, homeless, and in the evening there were prostitutes
-The Eiffel Tower is far away
Conclusion:
-The hotel is super, only the area it makes bad.

Awful location. Don't mix it up with other Ibis hotel in Montmartre like we did. OK room. Breakfast not included but wasn't worth paying for anyway. Reception staff abrupt and unhelpful. Avoid here at all costs.

To open the window? NEEIIIN, hair everywhere? Yep, hot water? NEEIIIN, TV? I think NEEIIIN that says everything. I had no expectations wg of the price but this is still… in particular in terms of hygiene.

A disaster!
Nice welcomes but different than the pictures. A very nice staff.
Arrived in the room big disappointment:
-holes in the lino
-noisy due to the device despite the "double glazing"
-toilet very dirty
-idme for shower + rust
-not at all comfortable mattress
1 night noisy, small lunch not at height (because the products are not fresh)
We had the impression to disturb the staff by asking questions
2nd and last night works in the street of the hotel around midnight, we are down to ask the receptionist what is past it we to clearly send shit.
To finish the hotel is located in a neighborhood a little warm attention at night.

So I get in the direction of the receipt for my booking and the I'm challenged by the cleaning man who cleans the soil in a way very aggressive asks me to do all around I want to clarify that it and 16 h and cleaning and brief good hours I keep it appeals to me a second time by talking to me in a way as if I was there worst of shit where we fell!. Since when men of services lack of respect the customer! Such a shame for a hotel I get in lasenceur and the another man of services rises with me in lacensueur… arivais in the room of all cigarette burns with view on the floor of the Romanian market. A shame to flee! And the neighborhood pretty cool for camer them!

This is a typical low cost hotel. The staff is not that welcoming or friendly. It has free Wi-Fi but breakfast is not included.

We stayed in these days there, as availability are not friendly. The rooms are small, the sink to brush attached to the bed, the shower is detached from the toilet area, the deterioration that there is outside the hotel is indescribable. In mondizzia mountains, in the street is all life, the fear of putting off foot is immense, you don't know if you'll come back alive to that road, but luckily the vacation is over in time. People sleeping in the car, prostitution and drug dealers, deterioration and retrogression for a hotel that from the pictures provided good service for how cheap it was. I love Paris and I will be back, but I'm so sorry but in that area in that hotel again.

Hotel very nice, quiet and clean… continental breakfast.

Can't see why people complain, its a 2 star hotel. What do people expect, gold plated taps and caviar? For the price it was great. Staff were friendly and helpfull on the desk. Everything seemed very clean. The odd maintenance issue but nothing to ruin your stay. One piece of advice, write your door code down on a peice of paper. We put it in our phones and our battery's died. Luckily theres a charge point in the reception for a small fee and the guys on the desk can help if you have id. Room: Double bed, power shower (better than mine at home), usb port on television to charge things if no euro adaptor. Shower gel provoded, couple of small towels, disposable (sealed) plastic cups, small bar of soap. A gret view from our room. Area: Yes as people have said it's in the seedy part of town but if you did your homework before hand you would know this. Trip advisor quite clearly states there are alot of shops around not suitable for children! There was the odd prostirute on street corners but norhing. Loke other cities to I've bewn to. Transport: This was easy, metro is a 10min walk up the road. Be warned the metro was very smelly (applies to all stations), very cramped and damn hot! Overall, very good. Obviously I cant give it 5 stars as its only a 2 star hotel but still excellent for the price.

Okay so. With school we had to stay 3 whole days and 4 nights here. A handle was missing from my window, so I couldn't open it. When asked if they wanted to take a look, they said they would come by but didn't. So my window can't open. Some people don't speak English, which irritates me. Expensive water, because you can't drink the water, too much chloride (idk if I spelled it correctly). Really weird shower, because the door is glass with a few stripes so they can't see you, when leaving the shower extremely hot. Then we got the fact that you can't lock the toilet door. And uhmm not a nice bed, it's hard. And for someone who quickly has a sore back, like me, don't. Got to admit, everything is clean. Some friends got insects in their rooms, but the open window is probably the cause. Neighborhood sucks really bad. But I have to admit I expected way worse.

The worst hotel that I saw! lunch infect! noise in the hallway all night without any intervention from the security.

No help at all from the staff. One of them even show annoyance when asked for help!. I know it's a cheap hotel, but it is fair enough to ask for what you where promised and to be answered with a glimpse of a fake smile at least.

You should definitely avoid this hotel. Besides the bearish staff you stay in an abominable location with thuggish residents. The rooms may be tiny but you don't want to spend much time there anyway so it's endurable to sleep in them. You may think my rating is a little severe but here comes the worst part: As you may know it from other low budget hotels the charwomen try to steal your money inconspicious. When I noticed that my money was gone I could already assume who took it. In addition there had been several burglaries in the past days. My friends also lost about 300 Euros in the hotel so it was obvious who to blame. When I accused the cleaning lady she immediately panicked and nervously denied her crime act. As expected the manager didn't believe what I told him. Since it wasn't the first time this happened he already knew how to evade a discussion with me. When I called the police in order to press charges against the woman they told me that this incident wouldn't be important enough as I had no concrete evidence. I hope I could give you a revealing impression of what this accommodation is like and wish you a great stay in a better one.

Great And good price hotel.

I stayed with a friend in July 2014. We'd booked some time before and got 2 nights for just under € 100. For so little I wasn't expecting much but to my surprise I found the room to be way above expectations. It was clean, clean floors, clean sheets and clean everywhere I looked. The beds were comfortably firm and the layout of the room appeared to be well thought out. The on suite shower was gushy rather than wishy washy and there was a separate loo. The TV was small and the wash basin was next to the beds rather than where you might expect it next to the loo but otherwise I couldn't fault it. The breakfasts are a bit hectic and there wasn't much on offer that was good for you but for about € 10 for all you can eat it had to be the cheapest option around. It's located in a poor area next to the peripherique but the double glazing kept out most of the noise. If you are of a nervous disposition you may find the area intimidating or be put off by the pavement markets but it made me think of George Orwell's Down and out in Paris and London so I loved it.

Disgusting. Currently in the shit hole. In a horrible horrible part of town. Id feel more comfortable sleeping in the car park of the Peckham multiplex in London. The car park underneath the hotel €20 euro for 24hrs. You would expect it to be secure. As we were parking a man got out of a bashed up van and into a car which door was open and drove off. The car park smells worse than any other car park I've ever been in. There are homeless people walking around, sat at the corner of the hotel the edge of the building. The toilet seat in the room has shit around it. The shower is in a separate room. There's a stall in the room with some unknown red substance on it.

Drecks hotel everything is too small is not a good area very much garbage on the streets and prostitutes.
