Location is a big plus, short metro ride from Gare du nord station and walking distance from the Sacre Coeur Montmartre. Rooms are quite small but not very clean as there was a bad smell and we had to ask for another Room. Staff could have been more friendly. Very close to metro station Cadet and there is McD & Indian hotel nearby.

Very unhelpful service, no showers and overheated rooms.

The hotel is located in a nice area of Paris. Minutes from Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge and several other places of interest. The area is full of bars, restaurants, pastry shops and good atmosphere. The room is very nice and has enough amenities for a wonderful stay. The hotel staff is the best, you are very kind and co-workers in all that we need. We would definitely go back to stay there.

In the first place, it is located in the neighborhood with the most parisian (in my opinion) of paris, has many shops, restaurants, creperías, etc… and a 5-minute walk you are in the station, Blanche and the Moulin Rouge. At night it has great atmosphere, but without the noise and souvenir shops, so that comes in handy for people taking the whole day walking and not want to move out of this Neighborhood (we would recommend the restaurant pìzzeria caratello, very good price and the quality of the food fantastic! )

As for the hotel, we stayed in room 21. From the window I saw a bit of the Moulin de Lafayette, we had a double bed and a bath, and although the rooms are not very big (typical in Paris), this room had everything required, even a few amenities of very good quality. They even provide Ipads if you need it, and have the charger of Ipad in the room itself, and fashion magazines in the hallway. A great cleaning d elas rooms. The only downside would be is that the rooms need a little more light and a heater for water or tea would not be bad, or a minibar. The hotel staff is very friendly, informed us of everything that we needed, and in Spanish! Many thanks for making our stay so enjoyable, we will definitely be back!

Horrible experience. I didn’t believe the reviews so I booked a room there, but I ended up getting in a room where the bedsheets were broken, the ventilation covered and worst of all WE HAD AN ANIMAL (we believe it was a rat) in our room. The receptionist “made sure it was gone” but after five minutes the rat came out again. We’re never stepping in that place again.

Small sweet hotel. The staff was always very polite and accommodating. As usual in Paris, the rooms are relatively small but sufficiently equipped. At the breakfast buffet, the pastry was surprisingly good, the rest okay.

The hotel is very well located. The staff are friendly and friendly. The room we had was very clean and well arranged despite its small area. A closet and a safe were present. The Wifi is free, the code is in the room, no need to ask for it at the front desk. Private parking is available a little further in the same area if you drive there. I recommend it without a problem!

I have travelled to various parts of the world in 15 years. I have not met with this kind of worst experience anywhere else. Infrastructure is secondary. The manager and helper don't even know how to response their customer. Their reply toward me was very aggressive. Moreover the stay in the hotel for hardly 4 hours was terrible. There is hotel in another location with the same name, I was suggested by my friend and wrongly booked into this hotel. I have visited 8 countries in Europe. Because of this experience I felt very bad with euro trip. I can't even imagine and compare how I were treated in other hotel in Berlin, Venice, Oslo and more. This des arts experience was f*** off.

Friendly welcome and clean hotel. However, there is lack of professionalism in the side of the woman's room. (Omission of products, talk loud in front of the rooms so that there is a sign "do not disturb", turn back on the heating as we cut to…)

Very nice hotel, 5 mn (walk) from the Sacred Heart. The team was nice. The rooms are cute (not very big but normal for Paris and the neighborhood).
Each room has an artist name on the door and the elevator is decorated too.
It's really good. The area is lively too, with a fish market next door.
And the Moulin Rouge is four minutes away on foot! The price is also reasonable (95 euros in January)!

Lovely stay at this hotel in the heart of Montmatre. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was a reasonable size (for Paris…), clean and nice decor. Based on a nice quiet street with no significant traffic noise.

The room of a very modern decor, in the courtyard, was very friendly with its whirlpool bathtub. But the breakfast room in the basement was a little less.

A great hotel with very nice staff in the middle of Montmartre. Metro Blanche around the corner, to the Moulin Rouge in 5min. Clean, nice, quiet rooms. Breakfast €12, — o. K. Coffee €3, — extra. From 15Uhr-23Uhr coffee, cola, still water, small sweet buns for free.

Super Cosy Hotel in the heart of Montmartre. Excellent transport links and great restaurants outside the door.

I have stayed at this hotel for almost a week now and I wanted to give a fair review of my experience at this hotel. My review is also based off past hotel experiences and accommodations offered. The rooms are small (it's the norm here) and there wasn't enough space to unpack my belongings but we adjusted to the small size quickly. I agree with other reviewers when they say it's very cozy here. I actually enjoyed how small and cozy everything was. The hair dryer is unpleasant to use but we're grateful the hotel offers one. We stayed during Christmas and housekeeping bought us these awesome chocolates for our room. It was a pleasant surprise to see them in our room. The hotel charges 12€ per person for breakfast (3€ if you only want coffee, tea, and patesseries). We are used to hotels offering us free breakfasts but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. During the afternoon they offer drinks and patesseries in a kitchen area. It was nice and clean. We enjoyed the area a few times. They also have a juke box in the lounge area that plays free music. The music is easy going music and very enjoyable. I really like this about the hotel. The best part of my hotel experience would have to be the staff. They made every effort to ensure that our stay was pleasant. You can tell they really care a lot for the guests here. The front desk lady (slender woman with brown hair) was very patient with me while I tried speaking French to her.

Very quaint Hotel cared for the smallest details, spacious rooms by the Parisian standards of the category, extremely clean and personal at the height and very helpful.

Highly recommended this place. Perfectly located, restaurants around. Easy to get access everywhere in Paris even by bus. Friendly staff, clean, free drink from 3 pm …

Stayed for one night only but our room was comfortable by French standards (rooms are small city wide) on the fourth floor were had roof top views. Close walking to bar restaurants metro sacred coeur and around Montmartre. If back n Paris I would definitely return. Staff were friendly and most helpful.

Well but the water rooms a little bit small.

It's a wonderful little boutique hotel in Paris. The staff is amazing, especially Maud who will go out of her way to get things done for you. I would have given it 5 stars because it did not have air conditioning… especially if you are visiting there in warmer weather. I will stay there again!

Lovely hotel in montmartre. Great location and exceptionally friendly/helpful staff.

This is a lovely little hotel close to the Sacre Cœur and right down the road from the Moulin Rouge. We stayed for a few nights and had a twin room. It was very clean and well maintained with comfortable but very short beds. If you're over 1.80m, you might have trouble sleeping in the twin beds! Breakfast is quite expensive but optional, we opted to eat elsewhere. They do have free drinks downstairs in the afternoon though and you can relax in the little breakfast room. Very friendly staff, it was an overall very pleasant experience.

A lovely hotel with lots of nice touches and which was spotless throughout. The room we stayed in, while simple, had everything needed and was very good value for money. All in all a perfectly nice place to stay. What sets it apart is it's staff, who were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been friendlier. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome indeed. We will definitely visit again and we would happily recommend the Hotel Des Arts to anyone looking for a charming and friendly hotel in a great part of Paris.

The place and its location are lovely, the rooms are very cozy and nice, but what surely makes the difference is the warmth and efficiency in the attention of staff in Reception (especially Maude and Michael). Hardly able to beat their Price/Quality ratio.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast Olala Well typical standard in packaged Portions. Those who are not afraid of it will be fed up. The hotel is perfectly located to the Blancé Metro station (5 min). Recommended for short Trips.

In the heart of Montmartre: Beautiful stay.

It should be a romantic weekend with my wife. The hotel has kept everything, what it promised. Friendly and competent staff, room although small but intimate, bathroom as well room spick and span, breakfast good and no problem Metro stations, Park underground or even Sacre coir or Moulin Rouge on foot to reach. The noise level was absolutely tolerable despite an open window. Priceless the "Romance package" and the small balcony, a glass of champagne at 2:00 am on the balcony in a bathrobe while decadent, but priceless.

I am staying in europe for about 10days (London, Barcelona, roma, Firenze, paris) and this hotel is 7th now. I've never seen this much great hotel in this price in europe. And also good for budget.

My girlfriend and I booked a very romantic suite which came with champagne, rose flavoured items and bathtub.

Although small, this charming little hotel in the heart of Montmartre had friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location. Within 5 minutes of the subway and 10 minutes of Sacre Coeur, it was the perfect location for my sister and I to vacation in Paris. Additionally, there are lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shoppes nearby. Would definitely recommend!

NO AIr conditioning! The worst hotel I have stayed. We visited Paris in August. I kept sweating during night. Bathroom is too small. You have to sit very straight to use toilet.

I stayed at this place in August, it was my first time in Paris. This made a perfect place to stay, whilst I roamed the streets of Monmartre. The best part of the service, was the maids, who gave us a perfect room to return to every evening. The breakfast buffet was great for a morning snack before I got going. If you stay on the tip floor you will be welcomed with an awe-inspiring view of the Paris skyline. Main negative was the lack of shower in my room, I had to run a bath instead. The receptionists provided a good service, but were not massively welcoming.

We were four of us at the hotel for a week and actually we would have to get 2 times 2 beds — at once, just more double beds were free and we were no longer confined to! The rooms are small and not very nice — cleanliness was ok — the room on the side of the road were either (and it was extremely noisy) or the rooms were in the 2-square-meter courtyard — where then to point 5: 00 early, they were torn from sleep, because below was so gescheppert with the dishes and were also the Müller buckets and the flushed — out so sleep until 5 was ok then not Street, but not good — because we had double beds we wanted wenigestens 2 separate ceiling — which was of course not possible — thus we have taken just one of the cart of the cleaning lady.
The breakfast selection is very small — usually the milk or coffee was out — and if you wanted to sit alone at a table, it was after a long sit verscheucht almost from square — because the course was simply too little for all guests.
There are Coissants, Café and milk — small jam and toast — and occasionally yogurt — well this is it. So the selection is extremely limited. The water which is offered below is tap water — so's alignment slightly to the chlorine then — not is suitable also for all stomachs.

English speaking and polite staff. Characterful surroundings with art on the walls. Not too expensive. Can walk to it from Gard Du Nord. Right in the centre of Montmartre. Not noisy. Clean. Comfy.
