Pleasant welcome. Large room (minuscule on the other floors) on the 6th without elevator, very dangerous staircase… Death! No door to the toilet. Re death! Frugal breakfast. No Wi-Fi… Go your way, but in the neighborhood, it may be the least worst!

No Elevator. No electrical adapters. Area of many Africans.

No private bathroom, no elevator, breakfast is 5 Euro, the showers are shared and they are on the 1st and third floor. 60 per nighy, I do not recommend. Also no air conditioning.

Excellent price / quality ratio, but… beware of the stairs, five floors without elevator!

Hotel well placed, welcome adorable, but either saying that reservation was removed by the server (… of I don't know what! ) while I show him their confirmation mail. I find myself without a room.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The guys helped us up and down free suitcases and took us to the airport for 45 euros. It's in front of a supermarket and you can walk to Montremartre.

No elevator, spiral staircase with very small steps to go up and down the suitcases. The bathroom was tiny but the mattress itself was comfortable.

One morning during the little snack, I heard you do remonstrances to two maids, please do it but not in front of the customers by respects for all, employees and customers.
I have a small bed and breakfast structure in the USA, and I would never let the mice allow themselves to visit the rooms in full nights.

Hotel de Paso… Not highly recommended away from everything in a very conflicting neighborhood.
The Room When we came in we were a joke to go to the bathroom taenias almost to go to bed (get an idea of the width of the room) The bathroom with shower in which you do not have the toilet so stuck that you can not shower without having to leave it to Enj Subscribe to… A disaster…

A hotel without an elevator with a steep and narrow staircase. Tiny (norm for Paris) dark and dirty rooms. The area is inhabited by Afro-French.

Of terror! It seemed like a loaded one. Without the elevators, the parts super girls and a bread with butter for breakfast.

Close to halal food shops and also metro station, walking distance from Gare de Nord station. Simple breakfast was provided (bread with butter and coffee /tea/milk), cheap for a short stay in Paris.

We spent two horrible nights there. The rooms smell like sewers and perspiration as there is a sink in the middle of the room, toilets without ventilation, gloomy appearance… The rooms would need a shot of paint. In addition the walls are not insulating at all, we were entitled to several concertos in stereo of the debates in love of the neighbors… View of the plumbing and bathroom of the neighbors (? Room and bathroom much too small for 2 people, no plug in the bathroom, dangerous stairs!
Not knowing very well Paris, before our arrival we did not expect that the hotel is in a neighborhood a little "hot" even dangerous for a girl. We had to take Uber to go home at night. Not top! I would definitely not go back.

Just approved. Clean. The room was very small. Breakfast is minimal. Little Safe Neighborhood.

It fulfills the promised in relation to price-quality. The location is very good (close to Paris du Norde) and has subway and avenues half a block away.
Disadvantages: The rooms are very sloppy, and are 3 or 4 floors per staircase type snail, which if you have a lot of luggage is a nightmare. The breakfast was very good.

Inexpensive but none of the lamp or electrical plug works.

VERY small rooms. Noisy, disrespectful cleaning ladies. Extremely poor 'buffet' breakfast. Dirty shower. Our window was full of cigarette butts. The bed was ok. It is located near downtown by foot and the metro. Just for sleeping.

Bien located, 2x2m rooms. Breakfast Pauperrimo and bad. Regular customer service or speak French or forget about anything you need.

Do not book this hotel i've had better quality in a hostel that I stayed in over 20 years ago. The stairway alone is a degrace the rooms need a big overhaul n breakfast is just a joke half an old banquet n tea n that's contideal. I booked for three days only stayed one cos it was around one in the morning when we arrived if it had of been daytime I would have walked straight out. Would not recommend this.

It is not bad. Affordable. Well located, close to the center and to shops and restaurants. Good service also, very friendly. On the other hand, it should be noted that the buffet breakfast offered fails in quality. The bread on the second day it tasted bad, and there was no variety from which to choose. In terms of the space, almost touches us eat standing up, having to, finally, have breakfast on the reception desk of the hotel. The hotel room was relatively good, somewhat impaired as the hotel itself, but clean and cozy. One thing to note, is that to get to your room, in my case, one of the latest, got suffocated. The stairs (on snail) were endless, and a little dangerous. Entirely inaccessible to disabled people to elderly people or even children (all of which should request one of the rooms of the ground floor). Despite this, and since the intention was not to be in the hotel but only use it for the hours of sleep, the experience was pleasant.

Bad, dirty, steep stairs to upload luggage, no elevator and the breakfast area just as dirty as the rest of the place.

The hotel room is simple but clean. Metro and train station, 5 minutes walking distance.

Hotel not very nice, employees friendly and capable, be wary from the photos of the rooms that do not reflect at all the reality, some of the rooms are 3 meters for 3 meters including bathroom cramped, uncomfortable and poorly functioning, cover, water moving, or even absent, and a shower head that does not close, shower curtains yellowed or dirty, dirty curtains, elevator absent, and the stairs are uncomfortable.

The rooms are not necessarily at the top, especially the holed curtains, but the service is top, the team is smiling and especially very affordable price.

It has No private bathroom but it is very good hotel to rest.

Rooms are very compact and there was hardly any space in the washroom. It was very difficult to take the shower.

Tiny room, they don't have elevator and they are 5 floors! However the staff is nice and the price, in comparison with other hotel, is acceptable.

The electricity was a little confusing for me to figure out, so initially I thought everything in our room was broken. However, upon figuring out that it just required a key card the room became a lot more pleasant. Great view of the street, pleasant little room. Hotel staff are nice enough.

Shared bathroom. Breakfast for 5 euros. Cancelled booking after knowing that the bathroom is shared. By phone they said that it is possible to early check in. And when I come, they said they were full. Sad experience.

Decent hotel with small bedroom and shared bathroom. Not somewhere for relaxing, but it's ok if you plan on being out of the hotel for most of the day. Wi-Fi isn't very good.

Economical, and they cater to you super well.

Very small rooms. Steep stairs. Staff was great, breakfast was included and decent. Close to the train station and grocery store.

Friendly and helpful staff and service. The room we stayed in was clean and neat. Adequate toiletry supplies. Children were happy with the room. Had the top floor room — beautiful and excellent view from the top floor. Convenient and walkable distance to train stations, bus stops and food outlets. Will recommend to others.

The hotel has been renovated with taste! The welcome is warm, the available team! A quiet and chic alcove in a rather very lively and popular area… A very good stay!

First of all there is no elevator. In my case imagine that after a long trip from Athens I had to carry all of my luggages up to the 5th floor. The stairs were so small.

Sense of service reduced to the bare minimum! Do not have any worries… it will not help you. I'm rather su satsifait sense of Accor service, but this hotel stands in a bad way.

The hotel has no frills but clean and the front desk staff is friendly.
They do not speak Spanish, but English.
The breakfast is complete and good Buffe.
The quality-price ratio is good.

Was at hotel begining of May 2010, Hotel was nice and clean, food was ok. The only grip was that if you did not speke France all you have on the TV is BBC World News. Staff were probly the best I have meet in a hotel.
