Hotel is clean but tiny and the staff are very friendly and informative however the area is a bit dodgy but no more so than the rest of Paris to be honest because of the lads hassling you to buy stuff from all of the entrances and exits of the main tourist attractions, they truly spoilt my honeymoon. Very disrespectful towards me and my wife during our visit. But this is not a reflection on the hotel itself more so the people around the area. *Tips* it's located on the metro line port de clignancourt it's only €1.80 PP.

Great hotel very clean and staff are excellent they always willing to help Jacque was very helpful with ideas of where we could go alwell as making us feel very welcome.

Small rooms, expensive breakfast, really really small showers. Beware of housekeeping. I left my wallet in the room for 10 minutes and a cleaning lady copied my credit card number and robbed me for 300 dollars. Management did nothing. Won't recommend this place.

Near Metro 4 and very pleasant Experiencein satisfied. Breakfast baguette Sausage coffee juice everything perfect and okay. Shopping facilities all within walking distance. Rooms and WLAN Top.

This hotel is not 4 star hotel, smallest room I ever seen in best western hotels and two people cannot even fit in bathroom sametime, if you have car forget it you will be in trouble we parked our car far away and we had to pay 30 euro for parking and walk back to hotel Stay away.

The hotel is not that bad is like in the middle of pantelimone in Romania :) ) ) ) but the mr Jacques makes the best breakfast in the world and its starting at 4 am heheh I never get up to eat breakfast usually but here I don't need to I just come out of the club and enjoying the nice warm breakfast… big thanks for Mr. Jacques.

Great hotel. Modern equipped with small cosy rooms.
The metro station is close by and the price is perfect.
Minus point: The small bathroom, unfortunately without heating.

Nice hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. Nice staff too.

More than 2 star than 4. Can’t swing a cat in the toilet. Shower room room too cramped. Eating your meals in the poky corridor. No no again not for that money.

Small. No AC after the first night, had to open the window. The smell of burning garbage and cigarette smoke, noise all night, construction a few doors down. Breakfast was plentiful and a bargain with a full and small option. Staff was helpful, kind, and courteous.

The hotel is reasonably priced especially if you are two people. However, the bathroom is TINY and if you are slightly on the larger size, it's almost impossible to have a shower. The neighborhood isn't the best, and I would not recommend a late night stroll.

So cramped that we barely fit in the shower cleanliness average soundproofing. Bad is not worth 4 but 3 stars.

Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast, loved the nutella, croissants and coffee. Staff were friendly. Small room but spotless, happy to have a fridge and nice toiletries. Random but liked the carpet.

Lovely hotel, clean tidy small rooms (by Parisian tradition). Service was great, breakfast could be more diverse — same thing was served every morning, but it was ok. The area is alright as long as you head south, where you'll find many cafes and restaurants, and there's a nice bar 50 meters away. Small groceries store next to the hotel. Good Wi-Fi and espresso coffee available 24/7. Thank you for the service.

Small Hotel, but at the same time cozy, comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and ready to meet any need. Good location at 160 meters from Metro line 4 stop.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff who were always on hand for anything we needed. The rooms are small but exceptionally stylish, modern and clean, with a beautiful view. A very abundant, high quality breakfast is included. The hotel is detached from the busteling center but also just a short walk from the stunning Sacre Cœur and in the middle of a lovely area with shops, restaurants and bars. Really would recommend!

Had a marvellous time in Paris. Hotel was excellent, nice & tidy rooms & staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel only Stones throw from Metro Wer u can get to all the tourist places with relative ease. A few nice Brassiere's near hotel for food & a beer. Wud defo recommend it & wud certainly come back here again.
