Bervic Montmartre Hotel

Small room. Very small almost unusable bathroom with a broken shower holder. The bed has BED BUGS! Absolutely avoid this place.

To flee. I left the hotel with buttons on the arms, back and face… deplorable hygiene. I can't put less than one star unfortunately.

Okay hotel. However, there seemed to be a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom. After each use, a foul smell would arise long after flushing.

Room small, stuffy, not dirty but not clean either, impossible to sleep properly due to shouting and slamming the door all night. On the other hand, €60 a night in Paris… you see.

A very bad experience the one lived in that hotel. We were given a room on the 5th floor and had no elevator. The bathroom was very small and comfortable. On the second day of being there my friend was bitten by bedbugs leaving hives all over the body. And to complete the last day to go the guy who attended the night shift treated us very badly. Very annoying just because you woke him up.

Pay no mine from the outside but super cute and from the inside. Quiet and nice staff. Next to the Metro and bus by cons that 1 electrical outlet DS The room not possible that everyone charges his laptop at night.

Before I mention the experience that my family and I had in April 2017, here are just a few comments that I found here on “Google Maps” under reviews, about Hotel Bervic Montmartre… Approximately 13 months ago: “Smoke free… is a joke! The room smells like hell. There were even holes in the sheet, made by cigarettes. The Wi-Fi… excuse me, is there really Wi-Fi? No! The Wi-Fi only worked at the first floor. Oh my… and the noise keep me awake at night after a tiring day. I will recommend this hotel to my enemy. Approximately 17 months ago: “Just awful and I will never recommend! The bathroom was filthy as though the dirt was from several months as well as all the black long hair even in the bed! The toilet barely flushed and barely any paper. The shower was a rollercoaster between hot and freezing water, towels were not replaced and sometimes were dirty when replaced! The neighbors were so disrespectful. A toddler, 4-5 years old, crying at 2am, loud music and drunk people that think that they can sing.

The rooms are very small and the Wi-Fi is terrible. But it is also clean and cheap.

Hotel quiet, not luxurious but suitable for a few nights in Paris. Good heating in the winter.

Definitely not very modern, but we had a good time, it is a hotel that allows you to spend decently three/four days in Paris. Honest prices, courtesy and cleanliness, not to mention that it is 50m from the metro and ten minutes walk from Montmartre and Sacré Coeur. Really did from a hotel that the name is still it is a shame really for the profession … I never leave an opinion but there just to make services to future customers … you have to pass its route … I booked for two nights, in the morning I left it was impossibl me E to spend a second in this place … no hot water ds a pseudo dirty water, deplorable shower curtain, sheets, stinking towels, crazy heat, no hair dryer, very very noisy I felt like sleeping in the hallway with TT the world … pr Fifty euros a night in breakfast believed me that there is better bcp!

They did not provide towels immediately. The rooms are small. The shower is communal and the holder on the sixth floor is broken. There is not long term parking outside but they will help you to a car park nearby.

Wifi works only on reception. Too much noise at night from the other guests. The location is excellent. Very close to metro station and you can go on foot to Sacre Coeur.

Good hotel conveniently located in the city and next to the Metro. The clean and comfortable room with sink included. The only downside is that our room was on the 6th floor and there was no elevator.

Bad thing about this hotel, I had to travel yesterday to paris, by reason of the attacks of the day friday my flight was suspended and we were allowed the reprogramming of the same, I changed the trip to 3 months to wait for everything to be more calm. Staff is very friendly. I do not regret.

Staff were great. Really good people at the hotel. But taking showers was impossible — water shifted repeatedly from scalding hot to cold. No elevator, so getting suitcases up to the 4th (US would be 5th) floor was tough. Neighborhood was really rough — did not feel safe walking down the street, and people kept catcalling my daughter. Also, the fistfights on the street kept us awake, and the sirens didn't help, either. If this was a 50 euro a night place, fine, but we were charged nearly 200 euros a night. Not a nice place.

If you want to live like an animal, like people in Africa, you should choose this hotel. Heater that warms as the frost minus 20 and you can not turn it off, the smell of the kitchen so the puke you want, pathology in the neighboring house, which hums to 6 in the morning, slamming doors and sinks in the rooms, which are leaking and flooding the room with washing hands is the best thing that can happen wanting to explore Paris.

Nice small hotel. Don't expect a luxe room, it is only to the sleep alright. Most of the rooms have a toilet and shower, and they're just like the rest of the room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the fright Coeur with its small streets with shops. The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dam and Louvre are all within walking distance.

This place was really bad the room was just tiny and hadn't been properly cleaned. Looks like they even had bed bugs as I had some strange bite marks and swelling on my skin when I woke up. Couldn't access the internet unless you were downstairs or 1st floor. No lift so you have to carry your stuff up (I was on the 4th floor). Left before the end of my stay and went to another cleaner (but cheaper! ) hotel down the road. Don't waste your time with this place.

The hotel is very well located in Paris, because it is next to the District of Montmartre (10 minute walk) where you can visit the basilica of the sacred heart; and is also within walking distance of a metro station called Barbès — Rochechouart, where two metro lines, cross 2 (blue) and 4 (Pink). With line 2 you can go towards the western part of the city, to see the Tower eiffel, plaza de Charles de Galle, the Champs Elysees, etc. With line 4 you can download towards the river heading south until the square of Saint Michael, to see the Cathedral of Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter and the Centre Georges Pompidou.
Why the relationship money situation is very good, although the hotel is the location (very bad cleaning, rooms and small bathroom, very old windows). You don't expect to find a luxury hotel, but receptionists are nice people (even if they don't speak Spanish xD) and the hotel is quite well to spend a few days at economical price. Not suitable for scrupulous.

We have just returned from Paris. Eight days in this hotel. Excellent value for money, very large room, clean, staff very friendly, would definitely recommend. The metro is 50 meters. Better than that.
