Very comfy and well equipped room. Small pool and sauna added bonus. Nice staff, breakfast not great.

Small hotel but nice and clean. Lots of small restaurants along the same street with outside seating for nice evening meals. Supermarket a few minutes walk and a metro station 5 minutes walk away. Room was very small but ideal for short stays.

Great location, and that's about it. Didn't stay too long. Have seen much better places.

Very good service but small flaws that were not expected for a hotel at this price: some joints to redo in the bathroom, a leaky flush, impossibility to separate the note in two invoices with two names… Very nice pool.

This has been a fantastic place to stay. The staff are incredibly helpful, the location is brilliant, literally a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. The pool is lovely, perfect for cooling off and relaxing around after a day of sightseeing. The sauna is on after 6pm but if you want it before then just let them know and it's ready in 15 minutes. The hotel has a computer and printer so you can print any pre-booked tickets before you head out. Hotel provides adapters for plugs too on deposit which is great. And sweets! I cannot thank Maddy enough for his fantastic help, guidance and entertainment during our stay. Thank you Maddy, it was a pleasure meeting you, we will be back because of you! There is a lovely bakery just around the corner from the hotel, and an Italian restaurant that has delicious pizzas and great staff too, also there is a little grocery store that has everything you need just across from the bakery, and the guy who runs it is lovely! There is easy access to metro and bus too. Cannot fault this place!

Very friendly staff, loved the spa and pool after a long day around the city. Close to Arc De Triomphe, about 10 minutes walk.

The hotel is well located and a 10 minute walk from the arc de triomphe. The room was clean and the night manager was excellent. He really went above and beyond to make our stay in the hotel and our time in paris pleasant. The breakfast offered a food variety and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel and a good price, close to the Arc de Triomphe. Modern and with a small spa to relax. I would highlight the service at breakfast, quite full and served by a very nice waiter.

Attention, bed Fleas! A year ago we took a room and we brought back with us these little critters in our apartment.
So we go to the hotel the manager has us certify that the rooms have no trace and that his hotel is clean. They gave us different ways of being contaminated and then he ended up saying that he had no time to waste for young people like us.
What does that mean?!

Staff very friendly and attentive, quiet and clean room, gourmet breakfast and with all this access to a swimming pool and sauna. Third time we came.

Negatives: cold water to shower in the morning 9am.

Tiny room and bathroom no radiator in bathroom. Inefficient heating in the room. It was cold. No extra cover. The most annoying: loud noise of the VMC? All night (our room was under the rooftops). Disturbed sleep. Staff little concerned about these inconveniences mentioned the next morning.

Very good stay at the hotel, equip with pool and spa. Room clean, everything provided on site, the staff is super friendly and welcoming I recommend!

Manager listening… he did his utmost to find me a room suitable for my handicap!. In Paris it is not easy!. Thanks Laurent!, who did not give up… I even got a seat suitable for the shower! … this hotel is very quiet and comfortable… very decent and complete breakfast…

Short (10-15min) walk to Arc de Triomphe. Lots of food choices around. Hotel is good. Has a small pool, a nice bonus. Room got quite hot and aircon didn't do much to help.

Staff are very friendly. Room was quaint and compact but we never needed more. Relaxed 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe.

Great memories here, I spent my honey moon here. Is not the most luxurious hotel, but it has exactly what any tourist needs, and the space it gives you is really good comparing to any other hotel in Paris. I think I left part of my heart in this hotel.

Located in a quiet street but not too far from Arc de Triomphe and metro stations. Helpful staff and average breakfast. Wifi is reliable.

Very Nice staff. We asked for a room with Street view, after one night they gave us a new room with street view and a balkony. Would definitely Stay there again.

Such nice staff. Small cozy. Not the best pool but at least there was a pool. Close to lots of restaurants but away from the busy streets.

The manager told me that the one room that I wanted to reserve (which was available) was not reservable. He didn't care that I was looking to book for 6 nights, for my elderly mother. He arrogantly declared that he only reserves room-types, not room numbers. Great attitude for a small-time operation, with 45 rooms. Well, he helped me make my decision. This typifies Parisian customer service; if you don't get the service you hope for, you move along.

Arrival on 31/12 at 15h and departure on 01/01/2017, very good reception of the 2 Mr Receptionists, very professional. Room very clean, very good time to relax past the swimming pool Chaufee has 30 degrees, and sauna… Very satisfied with my stay at the Westside Arc de Triomphe Hotel, I will recommend it and would return from my next trip to Paris. Bravo.

Nice and friendly staff available. Room and bathroom clean, a little narrow but normal it's Paris. Lack of hooks in the bathroom. Pool and spa very clean and nice.

Fab service, lovely rooms with a wonderful boulangerie at the end of the road. Very Parisian with many concourse lady's with tiny dogs! Ultimate Paris stay — Full house from me!

I won a room at this hotel via one of the travel websites and got a fairly good price for the room here. It's not too far from the metro (a few blocks walk) and it has many little restaurants around in the neighborhood. Note: this area is definitely more residential which means it's much quieter in the area at night. The rooms and bathrooms here are definitely bigger than what you'd find in the arrondissements in the middle of Paris. Our only one issues were the safe was of minuscule proportions and we also had to get our room key card re-keyed once.

Hotel was great. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Will stay here again if we return back to Paris.

In Paris for the first time we had some misfortune shortly after arriving. We were a little overwhelmed and feeling bad. Thankfully we were staying at this wonderful hotel, with excellent staff and nice rooms. Just what we needed to get back on our feet. Not too far from the nearest metro station. Avoid the room service as prices are steep and portions small.

May 16, 2014 I made reservations for a 10 day stay for my wife and myself. The staff was helpful and cordial, but the on-site manager was not helpful. The room was very small with a brick wall courtyard view from the one window. Air conditioning was a prime criteria, when making the reservation. It seems that 7 hotel rooms are on one thermostat and management sets the thermostat until someone complains it is either too hot or too cold. When complaining to the manager, who refused to meet with us, we were not told about the 7 rooms being connected to one thermostat. Only at the end of our stay did one employee reveal this to us. Breakfast was average and moderate. Very tiny elevator to all floors. Most taxi drivers did not know the location of the hotel.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel in March of 2014. We both loved it. The staff were kind, courteous and very helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from. The hotel is on a quite street but a short walk from a small grocery store, movie theaters, restaurants, two metro stations and the Arc de Triomphe. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a small, boutique style hotel.

Good location in Paris. Friendly staff and quality service. Benefits at the level of the tariff. A hotel that is a bit older. Pool very small but enough to relax.

My stay here was very good. Rooms were clean, neat and nice. The hall reeked of cigarettes, but in the room there was no smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast Pastries were incredible! In front of the hotel there is a Bike rental station, very nice to try I recommend it. There is one very nice place to eat near by, Les Voiles, opened late, awesome french seafood, but somewhat expensive.
