Central. Spotless. Rooms with spaces reduced to the bone. Of course luxury doesn't live here.

Kind and caring staff, always ready for any need. Great cleaning. Rooms very comfortable. Close to all the most beautiful places in Paris, bus stops and metro, full of shops and places to eat. Recommended for all those who want to live a nice week in the capital French.

A very beautiful hotel, nestled in two steps from the rue Poncelet market, near the Etoile and the Champs in a district pleasant and lively. A nice restoration and a fun and spirited team. Everything to spend good times.

It's a great hotel. Friendly and always ready to help the staff. Delicious, though small-variety, breakfast. I liked it. And very close to most of the attractions.

Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe — room was good, front desk staff was AMAZING! Especially Huy. It is a very good location for Metro and all site seeing.

Nice hotel, clean and staff friendly. Unfortunately the noise from the club next to the hotel from 2:00am to 4:30am makes for an unpleasant stay. New feature is the shower which is designed for short people.

Great service! Great Location! Clean and stylish! Couple of things to know, there is no iron in the room need to ask for one, AC not the greatest, elevator kinda tiny. But the service makes up for all that.

I was here alone on a business trip. The staff at the front desk was not among the most helpful and friendly, and indeed, arrived under a shower and all wet, I had to endure the inexperience of the receptionist who could not find my reservation. The rooms on the other hand are clean, modern and very cozy.

Friendly efficient staff and well located for evening eats. Paris isn't cheap these days so this place makes good value and it's spotlessly clean.

Room was nice and location was fantastic. Less than 10-minute walk from metro line 1and some other lines made it easy to get around the city. Lots of restaurant options along the street as well. Only complaint the breakfast buffet was ridiculously expensive. Bakeries across the street and around the corner were better options.

The location of the hotel is excellent, public transport is just outside the door and all the sights are within easy reach. The room is spacious and comfortably furnished. The service is friendly and in all sizes satisfactory.

Great hotel. Microwave at the ground floor is available to use! Nice quiet room. Lift was a bit small to carry the suitcase.

Very good location, 2 minutes from the Metro and well connected by several bus lines. It was a very nice Hotel.

I noticed that there are some unfinished things outside the room. Had no problems with that. The room is spacious, but it have a strange disposition with the shower in the middle of the room. Again not a problem. Staff is friendly. Metro is close. Neighborhood is ok.

Good location, silent at the night. Good service with great hospitality. It is rare to find the same level of service at Paris.

Modern, simple and a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe. Usually pretty well price for this part of town. The rooms are a decent size for Paris and have a modern interior with colour shifting LED lights.

It is a hospitable place. Breakfast is really good. The rooms are welcoming, though the bathroom is tiny.

A must! Wonderful! The stairs are killer! … lol.

Great location however double room more suitable as a child's room. Very tiny. The suitcase stayed by the shower room and had to jump over to go to the toilets. Very unpleasant room.
