Good location, very quiet, new room, very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small room as many hotels in Paris. Excellent bedding. I'll be back.

The Best Two star hotel I have visited in Paris! Clean, quiet, full bath, big TV, really FREE fast Wi-Fi, lovely interior of the rooms. EVERYTHING is nearby.

It should ve 5, if it was nor fir rhe xleaning staff who do not clean the room proprly. The hotel is new, cute and cozy. But because the staff do not clean. Later on it will be … awful.

Overall experience was fine. Clean, new room. Hotel is still under renovation so it is a little uncomfortable to move around. I felt the breakfast was a little overpriced. €10 for croissant, baguette, coffee and apple puree. Staff are average.

It's been several times that I go to this hotel and every time I had the right to an excellent welcome.
The quality of the rooms goes from the correct to the excellent (depends on the level of range).
Breakfast is an unbeatable value for money in the area.

The hotel is not terrible, clean but a lot of noises. That says the best rates in the neighborhood.

Small family run hotel to stay briefly is ideal. Staff very helpful open H 24.

Lousy place, very old rooms, bulbs burned, lights do not turn on, heating did not work well, we called the counter reception and the person in charge went up, no shoes (barefoot and no socks) and no desire told us that's how it works. We had a cold night, the next day we left. We had paid for the whole week, they told us it was non refundable and in the end we preferred to lose the money to spend a week in such a horrible place.

Small and quaint hotel very close to the Arc de Triomphe. Decor was faded and old fashioned but everything was scrupulously clean. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Delicious breakfasts. Very close to Courceles Metro station too. Great location — would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay, good value for cost and quality. Very close to the metro and 2 minutes from the station, for those who like to do sport you can also walk to the arc de triomphe takes about 15 minutes. The two front desk women are very friendly and willing to help!

I recently had 12 wonderful days stay! I felt all the staff sincerely cared about my comfort and well being. My room was small but clean and the bed and linens were like heaven! The lobby/breakfast area is inviting and I enjoyed my petit dejeuner daily. The 17 arr was a new and great area for me to stay. Parc Monceau and several lovely museums are within walking distance. There is also a nice selection of local ethnic restaurants and an excellent bistro across the street. Metro access is literally just around the corner.

Biggest problem was that there was no airco while it was very hot. Breakfast was nice though.

Nice hotel. Very small rooms (seems normal for Paris) but they were clean and good. I was surprised to see a sizeable bathtub on the bathroom!

The staff are really warm and helpful, the hotel is well cleaned and the location is quite excellent and how is it close to one of the major metro lines in Paris and accessible to many points of attraction.
