Ottima posizione dell'hotel, vicinissimo alla stazione di S. M. Novella e a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche della città. La struttura si trova all'interno un antico palazzo fiorentino, con tutti I disagi che ne conseguono: infissi datati e poco isolanti, struttura su piani diversi e tubature poco efficienti. Di contro è degni di nota: l'empatia del personale e la possibilità di depositare gratuitamente I bagagli sia prima di occupare la stanza che a seguito del check out.

Great, small bathroom and shower for very thin, very spacious room clean all, without car parking, although on booking signals that there is, it is better to go by public transport because you risk paying more parking than stay.

Room service is not available every day. There is no reception for the hotel itself as it is part of another hotel. The location is very good specially if you travel with train. The elevator is so old and a bit scary. The washroom is also small but the room is big though.
