We had a wonderful stay … Perfect location, beautiful room and excellent service. I had the opportunity to use the gym twice and it was very well equipped.

Wow! it was our first time at this hotel, and it was extraordinary in every way. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, from the door person who called for taxis to the reception staff. The room was spotless upon our return and everything was in order. The location was simply fantastic, with cafes, restaurants, bistros, and lounges of different cuisines within easy walks of 5 to 10 minutes. The Trocadero metro station was a 5 minute walk. Getting to the Eiffel tower was just 15 minutes away — and my wife and I are in our 70s in age; younger folks could probably do it in 10 minutes. The sitting area around from the reception desk was beautiful, quiet with a pretty garden on one side. And if that was not enough, the Seine and its promenade was at most 7 to 8 minutes away. We anticipate going to Paris next year, and the Le Clef Eiffel will be our first and only choice.

Very clean. Large bathroom. Fridge with freezer very good. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. All staff made us welcome. Excellent location near Eiffel Tower, transport and good cafes. Really good gym with lots of equipment and up to date. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, this modern hotel offers clean and attractively designed spacious rooms, with great polite staff, and great accommodation with a good breakfast buffet. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there is something for everyone for lunch and dinner right in the surrounding area. Always happy to return.

Calming and relaxing hotel. Definitely a go-back-to hotel! Their rooms is an apartment-like, so there’s all that you need.

The hotel are very clean, with nice room and a perfect service. Only a small problem of heating system in the bathroom tarnished the picture. I will come back with pleausure.

Beautiful hotel and near by Eiffel Tower only 5 munites walking to the Tower. The hotel is excellent.

This location of the apartment is so close to Trocadéro where you can see the view of the wonderful Eiffel Tower. It's also close to metro, bus stop, shops and cafes. We stayed there for 4 nights and got ourself a studio apartment. The room is really nice, with all amenities like kitchen, big wardrobe, nice comfortable bed, dining table and relaxing sofa. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. All in all it's a wonderful experience staying at La Clef and be back again if we visit Paris in the future.

The service is super friendly staff which is also good about 900 meters from the Eiffel Tower.
Which was also good you could use the bar for free.

Five stars in Paris seemed solid four. But not 5!

The housekeeping was horrible. Floors werent cleaned, dishes werent removed, toilet paper wasnt replaced, toiletries werent replenished. After expressing these issues with the receptionist nothing changed. 5 star look, 2 star service. I will not be returning, niether will the other 5 people that came with me.

A pleasant hotel well located at the southern end of Avenue Kléber close to Place du Trocadéro. Our room was large with a small terrace and partial view of the Eiffel Tower. No actual bar but there is an honesty bar. Would stay again due to it being modern, clean and well located.

The location is very central. The Eiffel Tower is a 5-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some nice restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Those who don't speak French do nothing, people often speak English too. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel residence in a luxurious neighborhood. The apartments are elegant and very functional. Very professional staff.

Fabulous hotel, staff are attentive and polite a real credit to this place, can’t remember specific names but staff need all commending on their excellent attitude and professionalism. Gym and steam room better than average. Close to all amenities and services. Downside breakfast is expensive optional extra.

Compared to LA Clef Louvre this La Clef is fabulous. Large room with big windows. Though they do not open. Comfy beds, nice bathroom though shower is tiny great closet space and a helpful combination concierge. Tea time at both places between 3-5 is a nice plus to stave off hunger for a few hours. Tour Eiffel around the corner and near many attractions.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel… perfect spot, turn the corner and there is the Eiffel Tower Great breakfast and very helpful service. I think I'll always stay here when back in Paris. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. In a great location close to both the Eiffel tower and the arc de triomphe with plenty of cafes around and places to eat.

Worth every penny literally an amazing hotel and staff are so friendly, rooms are big and beautiful decoration.

Very bad customer service one of the worst I have ever seen rude dishonest receptionists and unapologetic hypocrites! I came here at 12ish pm and asked to be able to do an early check in since it says on my reservation that I have an early check in, so the receptionist assumes that we don't speak French and started mocking us in French to the other receptionist, so rude Then she tells us plz have a seat the people already left and they are currently cleaning the room, and we waited and waited and at 1:50 pm we come and ask if they finished cleaning the same lady says let me check, and picks up the phone talks for about 15 minutes then she says that sorry we still have people in your room?! We needed to access our luggages so we can get Diaper change for the baby so she says " wait the bell man is not available! " Finally the customer service called the manager and when she came things were resolved and that's why I updated the rating from one star to 3 stars, she's genuinely a good person she listened and gave me a chance to explain what happened and said " plz have a seat and let me first fix this" and that's exactly what she did and then she came to me and said " I'll investigate and retrain my employees" which in my opinion is very professional so thank you manager. My Tip is: if the employee ignore you ask for the manager right away.

Very impressed with this pretty, large and comfortable hotel with quite a luxury/upscale feel located a stone's throw away from Trocadero. Having only paid around EUR250 for a room in Paris in the middle of summer, I didn't have high expectations but was blown away on arrival. The lobby area is quite spectacular, there are plenty of staff and the rooms were very generously sized. L'Occitane amenities a bonus!

Clean, great location and bigger rooms. Beautiful environment and helpful staffs. Passport must for check in and make sure your name is matching from your passport to your hotel reservation. Eiffel Tower is 10 minutes walk and if you go early you can take some amazing pictures. Steps away from hotel you can find many restaurants, grocery and wine stores.

Wonderful staff and great customer service. The lounge area was a great option when you just wanted to get out of the room and have a cup of coffee or tea.

Great location and a very nice contemporary looking hotel. Check in was very quick and the staff were first class. Our room was fantastic with every convenience needed. Valet parking was quick and hassle free.

Just home from an amazing stay, staff were so helpful and friendly — nothing was too much to ask for. Lady who checked us in at reception was brilliant, told us of local places to eat and supplied us with a map of the city. Room was gorgeous and everything was up to an impeccable standard. Hotel location was a 3 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and 5 minuets from the Arc de Triomphe. We will most definitely be returning soon.

And it has lots of good bars, cafes and restaurants and enjoy Paris, it was great!

What a great place to stay in Paris! Our room was large, new, and clean. We stayed for 1 week and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is located just 5 minutes walking distance from the Trocadero and the Metro, and only 10 minutes walking to the Eiffel Tower.

Everything about this hotel is great. Just apart from the don't-know-what-she's-thinking housecleaning lady throws my dental plates away. And the hotel doesn't seem to do anything to help me or even give me some compensation. And now I need to pay more 300€ to make a new one. Hope the insurance helps tho. And plus the housecleaning never restocked the coffee capsules. Just… I don't know. Surprised me in a few ways.

Cost well over £200 per night. I paid this because I wanted to "guarantee" a pleasant stay in Paris for me and my girlfriend. We asked for a double room ("superior") and got two single beds pushed together. The air conditioning was non functioning and could not be fixed. On the plus side the staff mostly had smiles and there was free fresh ground coffee. I will avoid all citadines "residences" from now on.

Stayed twice now but on seperate dates, hotel is modern and roomy, downstairs has a well kitted out gym with pool. Rooms are a nice and roomy, bathroom is a bath with a shower head in one corner so it's not a seperate bath and shower like other places. Rooms are very warm, too warm for me, so had to keep the aircon on very low before switching off for sleep. Didn't bother with the breakfast which is a waste of money, instead come out of the hotel, turn left and the restuarants at the end of the road Av Kleber offer decent food at a resonable price. Staff ok, some friendly some not, but that doesn't me. If work didn't pay for this hotel, then I would says 200 EURO is a lot of money per night! but have stayed at Renaisance and this one is much nicer.

It is here that my husband is is paid a mistress in a suite at 550 euros the night.
