We stayed at the hotel on the night of July 7and a disaster. The room smelled like a drug that pulled back, the service was impossible to pull the chain, the TV command without working and the funny thing is that the reception person passed everything and knew how to give no solution to anything.
A disaster. Find another hotel.

How come you advertise with low prices and when is it time to book you changed right away?

Until 16 o'clock the room was not ready! Isolation is no. The breakfast is very difficult.

Great location large room, couple of small niggles like water not be replenished everyday, but on Valentine's put rose petals in the shape of a heart on our bed which was a nice touch. Would stay again.

Very nice Hotel with every comfort in the center of Paris. Near the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe etc… Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast I think it's coming back! Satisfied in everything.

This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating I travel between 5 different countries and basically lived in 5 different hotels from 3 to 5 stars and this "4" star hotel was not reaching its standards, the breakfast bar was chaos there was no starting point and no ending point every 2 steps I had to say pardon to prevent bumping in to someone, also there was no dishes left when I gone to dish witch was + — 8:00 — 8:30 a. M. And they had a poor yogurt selection, the walls of the room isn't sound proof at all! So if you have noisy neighbour's do not expect any sleep for that night! But the positive was the staff was very friendly at least and they gave good service but the building was bad quality the hall way had a trolley with boxes in the way the whole night so maybe I had to high standards or I am use to better (witch I dought) I comes down to bad management!

Great location, quiet, very nice personnel, room very small but large bathroom.

Expensive. Not with so many stars. Ikea style wardrobes. Poor night service, bar very boring. More like a three stars hotel.

Great place, near the must famous areas of Paris. And great place for small meetings.

Kind and helpful staff, central location, close to metro stations, tour eiffel and the arc, good breakfast. I would like to thank Jasmine, one of the front desk staff, for the free room upgrading.

Very nice hotel but a strong smell of tubes and other unpleasant smells in the room.

Worst hotel experience, the rooms were way below average, they lacked light, electricity plugs, and they come without a refrigerator. Also the air conditioning was very bad, it was barely working on my first night and stopped working the other nights, the hotel's solution to that issue was to give us fans. But fans don't do much when its 32 degrees outside. Note that we had switched to a second room during our stay, and it kept getting worse. As to the hotel itself, there is only one elevator which takes ages to arrive and the Wi-Fi is terrible. The only good thing in this hotel are the receptionist they are kind.

Nice, clean hotel near the Arc de Triumph and a 20 minute walk to views of the Eiffel tower.

The location is perfect and the rooms are spacious.

Spent One night and was upgraded to a suite room that was great, but of course no idea about standard rooms. Breakfast was okay and personnel very nice.
