Very well presented on your site using alluring photos (flowers on bed shelves, the tapestry room appearing new to bright color, etc…), I was very disappointed in the supported of the room.
In fact, a door inside dirty, the walls at the inner entrance of the dirty room see grimy.
A bed that must grow to 20 cm from the window if you want to open the door of the bathroom otherwise the door is opens but does not open blocked by the bed.
No wardrobe but a closet furniture stuck to a heater that no longer works. Blankets of a rancid taste stacked on that closet.
A piece of furniture 'office' which the rear flange is broken and the veneer is ripped off, destroyed, broken on the fields of furniture (ditto for the closet).
An electrical outlet flanked at 50 cm from the ceiling at the top of the closet, hidden by blankets lying on that closet, on which hangs a power strip where the television plug is attached. I found no other decision than this one.
Tapestries of the protruding room, same filthy bathroom with black streaks (like on the doors).
Cobwebs in the corners of walls ceilings.
A bathroom of 2 m by 1 m, including a toilet, a shower, a bowl (dirty with hair or hair…), a grimy bowl stand with grey traces of projection of water or SOAP, and mirror. When you go to the bathroom (1 m 80), it was impossible to position myself properly, I had to stay at an angle so that my knees do not touch e wall.
All this accompanied by noise from the room beside and above (running sound and probably wooden floor), no soundproofing.
Breakfast and tourist tax.
4 breakfasts have been charged and only 2 have been consumed. (moving to PARIS alone).
I booked a double room for myself, when I arrived (alone), I had to pay a tax of stay for 2 persons 3 days and 4 lunches for one, which seemed irrational but I didn't say anything.
I asked for the refund of 2 breakfasts at my departure.
The two people at the front desk told me not being able to repay me for the following reason:
* We had to buy 2 croissants and two loaves, so as two breakfasts have not taken these 2 croissants and bread we are expensive.
If you push the reasoning more away, when the client holds no breakfast but wishes to breakfast in the morning considering purchase of goods only for scheduled lunches, this customer will not lunch?
I think that the response of the two people in the home is simplistic.
NOTE: the breakfast area is located in the same space as the output lift at 1 meter from the first tables. You " — breakfast" on the one hand with the outgoing clients of the hotel and the entrants passes, which is not very hygienic.
