I stayed in Eiffel grenelle the end of july for 3 days it was a wonderful experience except on return on our last night our safe had been opened and 400 euro taken there was no help from the management I would completely avoid for this reason there is a thief in this hotel.

Great hotel, parking space, Nice rooms and badroom.

Good location near Eiffel tower, close to bars, restaurants and metro station. Rooms were clean and tidy. Front desk staff was really helpful and courteous. We had good experience staying in this hotel.

Our home for 2 nights in Paris. Near Eiffel tower and in front of Metro Station. Surrounded with stores and restaurants, boulangère and pâtisserie.

The hotel is well located near the Eiffel Tower and across from a tram stop.
The hotel has a parking lot of 25 euros a night.
And the light wasn't working I went to ask at the front desk and it looked at me strangely but my answered that it was necessary to use the door card.

The hotel is great, is close to the Eiffel Tower, though you can't see it from the first floor room window.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, there is lots of shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The main attraction are all conveniently located, the Effiel tower is 5 minutes walk away (you can see it from the hotel). If you want to travel further the Metro station is right outside the hotel, bit you wouldn't know it for there is little to no noise. The hotel is small but has everything you need for a good stay. The rooms are small but they are impeccably clean. The beds are very comfortable. Staff have been fantastic, we are currently staying in the hotel and they have been nothing but helpful and courteous. My wife and I have been to Paris 6 times, staying in different hotels in different locations within Paris and this hotel for the price is excellent. The breakfast is very traditional bit is very nice. I recommend booking the fifth floor at the front to see the tower.

Not the friendliest staff at reception or room service. Very unfriendly overall, it appears they doing the tourist a favor to respond kindly. I will definitely not recommend the hotel to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay facing a Zen garden from my room. Bed was very comfy. Good location; you can walk to Eiffel Tower and enjoy the beautiful city views. You can find a few cafes just next to the hotel to eat or drink as well. Reception staff was very professional. And breakfast… was fantastic as I expect. Will be back soon! Merci…

The rooms are very nice, but a little small. Floors have 4 rooms per floor. It's very close to the metro station making get around pretty quick. Staff is very helpful. Overall, very positive experience.

Taverns, restaurants, McDonald's, agro-markets, Carrefour supermarkets and MRT stations are all within easy reach, while the Tower of Paris is a 6-7-minute walk away. Hotel prices are reasonable, the counter staff is also friendly.

The rooms are unequalled! The beds are very comfortable. Beware of the position of your room in relation to the street; Sometimes a little noisy by the youth; The subway is bearable as well insulated. Good products at breakfast but prefer to take it in the room to have a wider choice of products. I highly recommend!

The Conference rooms are OK. Excellent service but room a little small.

Very nice moderately priced hotel within walking distance of Eiffel Tower. No restaurant at the hotel, but plenty around the area. Rooms a good size some with view of tower (if you don't mind the noise). Friendly helpful staff and parking available, also have access to fitness centre etc.

Very well placed hotel at a competitive price. The welcome of Joachim and his team and at the height of the mercury. A smile and then a feeling of welcome. The whole staff will make you feel comfortable. From the bartender to the breakfast staff. The rooms are not as large as in the provinces but this is the case in all bets. On the other hand they are very clean and the housekeeping is meticulous. You can relax in the sauna. In the morning at breakfast the choice is quite exhaustive and should meet your expectations to start the day well. In short I recommend without hesitation. Very soon.

The rooms are so small. No sauna or restaurant or room service. Not good not pretty.

Very central with views of the Effiel Tower. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit limited due to the size of the 'bar' and there is no resteraunt. The 'bar' is really a lounge (no actual bar) where the staff will bring you a bottle of beer, glass of wine etc, no food on offer other than some complimentary crisps.

Excellent value for money for this hotel at the foot of the Dupleix resort. Ideal for an arrival/departure via Paris Montparnasse station because direct by line 6 and especially the station of this line is the closest to the trains. The rooms are spacious with an Eiffel Tower preview so we don't forget we're in Paris!

The service of this hotel is catastrophic. I booked a room in this hotel through my work's travel agency. The day of my arrival, I checked my reservation online, only to realise that it had been cancelled. After calling the hotel, they told me that my reservation had indeed been cancelled because of a supposed lack of bank guarantee, while my work's travel agency confirmed me that they indeed gave the bank guarantee. The hotel management told me the "computer system" was the one responsible for automatically cancelling my reservation, and they found normal that nobody called me to warn me that it was being cancelled. I never had such a bad service in a hotel, and I definitely don't recommend it.

In the best area of Paris. Very clean. With a professional and friendly staff highly recommend it.

Cosy, close to Eiffel Tower, good breakfast, good staff.

Location was excellent 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, we were fortunate that we could also see it from our room. Metro station is opposite so getting around is very easy. Service was great most people speak English so any questions we had were easily resolved. Overall was a great stay, would come here again.

Nice Hotel but Middle Class Americans May Not Like It Stayed here 2 nights!. Nice, clean hotel but very French. We found the staff nice, the building clean and very convenient to the Eiffel Tower. Americans (like me) won't like the twin beds instead of full size or the separate water closet. They also won't like that you must go to the third floor for an ironing room or ice machine. The gym room has several machines but no pool or sauna. The lobby bar is nice but be aware that Paris is very expensive; regular can of Coke was about $5+ in all restaurants (no kidding). This hotel is also very convenient for two separate subway/rail stops. We liked it and would stay there again. For a more American hotel stay at the Hilton next to this hotel; but more expensive. We got this hotel for $125 on Priceline whice we thought was a great price.

Good location (metro in the same door of the hotel and a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower). Well isolated from outside noise and small rooms but fully equipped and very comfortable (perfect for lounging).

Fantastic location. The staff are excellent. We have breakfast included and that has also been bery good. Very comfortable bed. Room and bathroom are maintained to a high standard. The only criticism I could level is that the cups in the room are cardboard and the glasses are plastic. It just takes the shine ofg what is a lovely hotel experience.

Elevators did not work for three days. Had to take my suitcase to floor five. Slow checkout process. Do not recommend.

The hotel is really really nice, clean and fashionable. The stuff is smiling and really nice people. When we come for check in. They upgraded our standart room to luxury for free… and this made my day! The breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Plenty of food and drinks…! Definitely we will come back again next time when. We are in Paris! I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Perfectly fine for a quick weekend stay. The room was clean and quiet, away from the main road.

Small, but to the side is a bistro. The duck is the best in the world.

Overrated. Expensive price only attributable to the area (in fact, its location is very good). I come regularly for work and I've only been able to use the room service once, the other times was not available (about 6-7). Rooms very nicely refurbished and although some is small it has almost all the services. The breakfast buffet is not worth.

Good place & walking distance to the Tower. The staff are excellent, they went way above there normal duties to assist us. Will recommend this hotel to friends.

Very disappointed with the reception. We get in line at the Check-In and it is do back in a nice little way to Priority Check because we are Platinum.
We had a clean room but with strong smell of foot (not clean carpet), almost empty shower, electrical outlets down gel.
Finally, the restaurant in the evening in summer more than complicated at the level of service and friendliness of some servers. No complaints about the food. Perfect.
However, superb breakfast, nothing to complain about. Ditto for the bar.
In short, a mercury which ought not to be a mercury. Many things to review at the level of the training of personnel, including when we their fact notice should at least to pretend to not care. I think the staff comes to him even, or that he is a franchisee…

After a long trip and without reservation I had a lot of refusal because I was alone with my 2 children and j had the balls and arriving to the hotel all the pressure fell thanks to the kindness of all the team of the hotel they are nice for their client and with a smile c not that I recommend c sleep inevitably.

Hello, I was assaulted yesterday morning by an employee of reception of hotel. I was waiting for a customer to a business meetings, but I didn't have the family name, only the name of the company and surname. The employee, (a certain Kenza) I was told bluntly that she would put me out without having the name. I thought not to my ears, this was done in front of other foreign customers, I was very embarrassed and upset. I told him that the person was coming down but it had no impact. The employee told me that she was there to prevent the public to go and sit down read newspapers in the lobby. Another used, fortunately took the time to listen to me (as if I had to justify myself to pick up a client of school! ) but she was polite and she has informed me. It turns out that there is an another mercury Eiffel Tower at a metro station more far. I found my contact without problem. I however am writing a mail to management (Madam Asselineau) to complain. I think it's very poor, I hope that the employee in question will be corrected.

It was kind of my last hope, as my other hotel reservation didn't went through and so I had to desperatly find another hotel room at 9 pm in the evening. The rate was at 255 Euro per night. Here my experience in order of appearance: 1. I have non-smoking room, apparently it has just been rendered this way without renovation (it smells like hell). 2. The bathroom is not 100% clean, I saw several hair on the floor and on the wall of the shower 3. The bath tub has a big stain. 4. The furniture is worn down — decor is missing on some furniture. 5. The water from the tap smells badly (don't want to drink it, also wanted to do a coffee with the supplied instant coffee with it) 6. The water pressure is pretty low 7. The Wallpaper has holes and is coming of on the jointing spots I would say it's time to renovate at least the room I stayed in. I can't comment on the breakfast, as I'm not the big breakfast guy and 19 Euro seemed to much for me in this case.

I spent half a week at the Mercure for business. The hotel is literally across the street from the Metro, a few blocks walk away from the Eiffel Tower, and in close proximity to several restaurants and a pharmacy. The facilities are clean and well-kept, although the air conditioning was not working in my room during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were 3 days in the hotel. Very high prices and the hotel is equivalent to & E. Not a 4 star comfort. Room Cabinet was still with clothing and paper waste by ago visitors, remote control for TV had to be replaced 2 x, some mold in the bathroom (edge of the tub). Breakfast is very expensive for a whopping €19. Air conditioning 1 day broken, a. D. Other two days a fan would bring more. After all, it was better, whopping 30 degrees in Paris which taste croissants at our bakery. Etc.
