Nice clean hotel friendly staff. Food could of been better there was lots of options which I tried but the scrambled egg was luke warm the bacon was hard.

This hotel is in a great location not too far from the Eiffel Tower and across the street from the metro. The hotel was modern, clean and air conditioned! — this is a hot commodity in Paris during the summer. The staff were friendly as well. Loved my stay here.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. We arrived early, but were shown to our immaculate room anyway. We had a view of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower is a 15 minute walk away. The staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful and very understandingly, spoke to us in English as we are ashamed to admit it, we don't speak French. Our room was beautifully clean every day. Gwenaelle (? ) I think, was so helpful in suggesting local places to eat and visit and helping us to plan our route to Disneyland via the Metro and RER. The breakfasts were plentiful, fresh and lovely! Really difficult not to overeat each morning… On our last morning, the car we had booked to take us to the airport did not arrive, again, Gwenaelle assisted us by speaking to the hire company and advising us what to do, then arranged for a taxi to take us the CDG. We loved Paris, thank you to the staff for making it such a memorable week! Kate, Chris & Millie England.

Great hotel. Nice rooms. I definitely come here again if I'm about to visit Paris again. Still (after 2 days) my deposit money are blocked into my bank account (50 Euros per room/i booked 2). Please sort this out. Also there is no free parking. Is no such thing in Paris. Is about 32 Euros for 8 hours. Free parking is only Sundays.

We stayed for 2 nights. Very quiet and comfortable hotel. 15 walk to the eiffel tower, very helpful staff. Good but not great selection for breakfast. Nothing wrong with the fare you just get more selection from a larger hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Shower bit underpowered but more than adequate Overall would use again.

Quite expensive for the quality of the room, entrance door damaged (high) window door not closing properly, a breakfast at 12 euros but an empty tray.
The staff are very nice, listening to very pro requests.

Amazing place for a short stay in Paris. It's right next to the Metro and about a 15 minute walk away from the tower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice too! the place is a little bit small but that doesn't take away from the atmosphere it gives.

Good location Close to the Metro (1mn walk) from the RER C. Close to the Mirabels bridge so beautiful view as the Eiffel Tower. Very nice staff, warm welcome. Nice area and well equipped room. Small room for breakfast, it is in line with what the hotel of the chain Accor offers. This is my second stay and I will go back.

Location right next to a metro station and next to the Seine. Close to a small park for dog walking. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. In case of a medical emergency, the hotel director personally took care of it. The breakfast was very good. Would like to visit this hotel again.

The location is very good. It has the REC (commuter train), the Metro 20 meters from the hotel. Good Housekeeping. The breakfast service is simple but sufficient and of quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very friendly and efficient.
As a comment to improve: that the room was very small, but the bathroom was ridiculous. There was No room left between the sink and the wall so accessing the shower was a torture.
The last day, in the breakfast room, there was a family of 4 members and another one on the way, having breakfast in pajamas. No one from the hotel told them anything, but the rest of the guests looked at us hallucinating.

We booked over New Year's Eve two nights in a "privilege room" when we arrived, a small standard room on the ground floor was turned on. After a complaint, the excuse came that the hotel was overbooked. Finally, we got a slightly larger room upstairs with a river view, as we assumed that this is our booked "Privilege Room" We have not questioned anything and started the holiday. Only last night we noticed that this is a normal standard room again. After another complaint the next day, we were awarded a refund of the difference. It is an insolence already 3 months in advance booked and paid rooms to book further gesture and to the remaining "privilege-bookers" a small room on the ground floor for the price of a premium room to turn. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms was okay…, and the staff actually friendly but somewhat insidious after this action. I forgive the second star only because of the good location near the center.

Good position to visit la Ville lumiere, particularly the Tour Eiffel. Standard room is big enough and new, as week the bathroom that is of old size. The breakfast room is instead quite small and the breakfast (continental) is a bit expensive. The personnel is nice and helpful and they speak French, English and Italian, at least.

Very good hotel or I stay frequently on business trips. The rooms are clean, nice, well-equipped and functional. Breakfast and varied and improved at every pass. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary break. The room was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great with cafe's, restaurants and the metro close by. About a 15 minute walk away is the Eiffel tower and lots of shops and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Paris.

Well located hotel… Very nice room with balcony and especially clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great Weekend. A favorite for breakfast served in the room.

Worst experience and customer service at a hotel. Arrived at the hotel and was informed within 5 minutes that, despite having a paid reservation, they did not have a room for me. They called another Mercure hotel to have me accommodated there, but when I arrived at the hotel I realized it was considerably further out of the city centre, and I declined to be moved there as I was planning on walking everywhere. Transported back to the hotel, only to find out this was also happening to a second guest; hotel rep calls another Mercure hotel and sends us to hotel Waiting at hotel for approximately 30 minutes, when the Manager comes up to us to say that Mirabeau had sent us to the incorrect location. We are then transported to hotel Upon arriving at hotel the managers do not have any details regarding our stay, room reservations, etc. Upon calling the original hotel to send over the prepaid money, or to acknowledge that the funds will be transferred (Mercure is a franchise model), Mirabeau said they would not do so. I was left to have family overseas call and find a last minute hotel I could stay at. While I have not yet received reimbursement for the charges, when I sent an email the night of the booking to management, I received no reply. When the booking company contacted the hotel, the hotel tried o make it out as if they did everything they could to re accommodate, thereby fulfilling their obligation, which is simply not true.

We checked in to the hotel on the 29th July till 5th August (room no 404). We were told by the hotel receptionist that we can check out at 17:00pm on the 5th, however we received a call from the receptionist that morning at 11am saying that we have to check out by 12 noon as the hotel was fully booked. The hotel cleaners were rude because even though we would a leave a sign on the door saying do not disturb they would come in anyway and clean the room with us inside. The breakfast was not cooked properly and was even served to us burned and that's not what we expect from a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing hotel.

I really liked it and the service very good and always with a smile! A 5-Minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and the centre beaugrenelle! I would recommend and come back!

Room clean, big enough for a night in business in Paris. Good Service including Nespresso in Privilege room.

The staff are very welcoming and smiling. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom. Only fault the breakfast which is not up to the height of a mercury and the 17 euros!

Our room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the Metro and a 20+ minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. One morning there was no hot water for the shower but it was late morning so suggest showering early. Nice places to eat within a 10+ minute walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Refurbished rooms with modern style furniture, acceptable size, so minimalist that there are missing drawers where to store your things. The reception of the hotel and the breakfast area are very small in size. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel was OK. Not 4star. Our room (701) was very small and cramped. No room to lay out our bags and sit at the table to have a coffee or a drink. Definitely not a double room. My suggestion is to turn it into a single room. Bathroom was good size. The breakfast was not worth the 13.90 (over £10) euros each we paid. The eating area was very small & cramped & on the first morning, most of the breakfast was finished before we even got down. However, the scene from the room was good and the location was good too. Very easy to commute from CDG via RER B & RER C. Eiffel Tower is very close and we found some good Indian, Italian and Thai restaurants very nearby. Being a business traveler and my normal choice being a IHG hotel, I am used to the spacious rooms and very hearty cooked breakfast's which normally sets you up for the day.

Clean hotel, convenient location close to a metro station. Room was supposed to be for 3 people but was in fact smaller than expected, bathroom was small as well — but it is quite normal for Paris. Free drinking water in rooms, we also had a Keurig coffee machine in ours. There is a corner store next door that's open late and a supermarket across the street.

Forget about sleeping in. The housekeeping staff were banging around in the rooms beside ours; for HOURS. Had to switch rooms four times, because of various reasons… TV didn't work, one room's 'view' was a brick wall, etc. The walk to the Eiffel Tower is at least a mile, probably longer. Definitely cannot see it from the hotel. Every few hours, you'll hear sirens. … all day and night. Wth? very disappointed.

Wanted to go all out and got a four star hotel because. Well. C'est Paris! Can't see Eiffel Tower. First morning, there was no coffee in the room. Told that same evening there was no room service and I should go to the pizza place next door. Kept getting kicked off Wi-Fi. Decor was four star but the experience definitely wasn't. I had better service and experience at Ibis hotels (an affordable alternative that's owned by the same company: Accor).

Fantastic stay loved it. We were in a privledge room but couldnt see eiffell tower at all. 2mins from station and small shops. Eiffell tower 15-20min walk. Overall was a great comfortable stay.

The location is very nice and ckose to many restaurants, cafés and a supermarket. However, I didn't like the shower in my room.

Breakfast very French. I Net in the room is free. Is centrally located. Train station outside the door. Breakfast room is quite small. Sat 1 can be seen in the room.
