I came back yesterday from Paris leaving this hotel at last, as soon as you enter the hotel you are enchanted, but it's just appearance! Bad service, the waiters are rude, cleaning non-existent, as soon as you approach the elevators you smell dog pee, you eat very bad and especially there were people who were gluten intolerant (of qst the hotel had been warned preemptively) but they brought food posing as celiac disease and a girl felt sick! I have traveled enough to be able to say that such a place nn I HAVE NEVER seen in my life! Assuming I'm a very tolerant and elastic person. Never more in this hotel never more with the french.

Rooms in a sorry state.
Carpet and curtains dirty and full of dust.
And better not to talk about the food.
Don't be fooled by the photos for nothing to do with what you find once you're there.

Ideal for couples, and not so far form the Metro (subway)! Loved my stay there.

Nice and creative rooms. Room enough for the number of people you reserve for and finally the staff is super kind.

Conveniently located near supermarkets. Quite far from the train station bit one can still walk going there. Good breakfast selection and helpful staff.

Good location, clean room but limited space for two people, tiny closet and no place to stow or put a suitcase! Breakfast was very good but the room was overcrowded by noisy, incorrect guests but the staff did nothing under the pretext that they are customers… But those who suffer are also customers!

Good place to stay in Paris… breakfast is great. Indoor Parking, free Wi-Fi. Rooms are small but you are in Paris so don't expect 350 sq ft…

I came to the seminary. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The organization, very professional and the staff present. I did not see the breakfast side and room.

The reception is very nice, the staff is smiling. Breakfast side nothing to complain about, there is choice and the products are fresh. The hotel is very quiet and very well maintained. And the big Plus is a Wi-Fi powered fiber optic for a quality connection.

Hotel clean, often available but soulless. We also regret the absence of small gestures of welcome like drink offered.

The room is good enough, but we got a problem. when we came in the first time, we found the fridge with drinks in, we thought that they are a part of room service, every day when we come, we drink 5 different cans such as cola and water etc. we did not eat breakfast in hotelet. when I need to check out and I would have my 200 euros as a deposit, the staff began by saying we have eaten twice breakfast at hotelets buffet. After a light discussion she agreed that I was right. so she started with saying that we have been drinking from the minibar, I knew nothing about the minibar. They have not told me anything about it, and why should I pay 140 euros for soft drinks! I was very surprised that they took the unexpected money from me, and I asked her why they did not told me about the fridge in the room is a minibar. They took me up to the room to show me a paper with minibar prices. The paper was a little one who hid from many catalogs on the fridge! I think the mini bar prices should be hung on the fridge so people can read it, and they will not pay at the end of their journey not expected a large amount. And people who come from other countries will not have to guess money for a taxi. what made me sad is that she called after security who stood beside her, like I'm doing something stupid fuss! Finally, I was lucky when I saved money in my purse, though that Paris is so expensive.
