Aging Hotel. No reception. Room in bad condition. Little Clean.

Dedicated staff, generous breakfast, clean room and hotel near near immediate of the park of the expos… it was all I needed for my business trip running smoothly.

Beds were clean. Water was hot. What more do you want?

A lot of noise from the elevator attached to the room and that obviously has a problem. A lot of noise coming from the street with people talking loudly from the block of adjoining apartment buildings. Lots of noise from the coffee machine and cutlery used by other guests in the breakfast room just outside the room at the DRC. The room is not in good condition and deserves a refreshing. The location is very nice and the hotel is very good.

Good value for money at 10 MN walk from the fairgrounds. The reception is very friendly.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Small room with bathroom shower large enough. On the other hand soundproofing is deplorable especially when you have neighbors from the top room 305 night from February 27th to February 28th that have no respect for others. Obliged to rouspéter to finally have some peace. Not to mention the neighbor of the same floor that we type in the wall thinking that the noises came from us. Anyway, one night ruin.

Nice little hotel for an economical night.
However, partitions and carpentry are not effective in terms of soundproofing. If you do not have a heavy sleep refrain.
Otherwise the reception is nice. I recommend for one night.

The rooms are clean and tidy, but sometimes the stuff on the bed will be put on the net, it's really bad, but it's not going to work, or the signal's bad. It's not convenient. The reception counter said check out and pay, but the next day, we're going to have to start with the city after taxes. The third day requires We pay before we get out of the door.

One of the conditions of our choice of hotel was the availability of Wi-Fi. However. Alas, the internet was Not. Fixed the line three (! ) days. But on the third day we were leaving. Just like that. Everything else is perfectly suitable for overnight. Metro Nearby. Only a very noisy street. The window had to be closed in the Morning.

The staying was find because the room was not too bad. It was really big because we shared a room for two people but the washroom was clean and kind of comfortable. Beds were find as well. I stayed 4 night during the end of September.

Internet connection is veryyyy slow, staff is nice but very small room and washroom.

Avoid the rooms on the street side. They are very poorly soundproofed.

If you are an insomniac, who likes to live on the edge and fancy a ghetto tour, getting high and enjoy gang warfare to a soundtrack of drum and bass, this is your place! This was booked as an anniversary treat, it turned into a horror story The area is a ghetto for Nigerian and African people, they shout at each other through out the day and night. They must be very hard of hearing as they could only listen to drum and bass at top volume, so much so the windows of our room vibrated! I'm 6ft 3 with a rugby build, I felt intimidated in the area, hoards of young men crowd the streets yelling at each other. Not a single day went by without us being offered drugs from random strangers. There is bugger all to do in the area, the nearest bar is two blocks away and the nearest cafe is a kebab place. The local tram stop is opposite and goes frequently, however it seems to house the local homeless that just ride up and down, as well as the women who have no control over their children. Not once did we not use the tram without a urine smelling homeless person and a couple of screaming children. The police are armed and seem to patrol the place in packs. Anyway, back to the hotel, it's dated but clean (ish), they forgot to service the room a couple of times. The hotel apologised and gave us replacement towels. Towards the end of our stay there, when things had got really bad (no air conditioning, open windows and screaming youth along with drum and bass playing until 4am!

Beautiful and cozy place. The best staff ever! I stayed with my boyfriend and we loved it. Hope to come back soon. <3 Thank you guys.

Reasonable price and clean rooms, although the drains smelled a bit.

First booking of 4 nights, 1 double room and a triple (with one double bed) hotel with reserved parking place. Arrival 8: 00. If you have a size greater than cars cheerleader car, no need to book parking (parking; get out of car before be parked to be able to park. ) Rooms just clean with broken tap (the receptionist takes the Cork out of sink with a knife…), room size barbie, lift one person without luggage (we were 5 with luggage). The only friendly night receptionist sends us a walk when asked another room with threat that our vehicle was taken by the pound if it is not in the right place. The next day, after our decision to leave the hotel at the time of the note we had the pleasant surprise to pay 2 nights (hotel booking policy: 48 h in advance in case of renunciation), it's a night in Paris that costs dear and what image of France for our American friends who accompanied us… I would absolutely not recommend this yet well located hotel to visit Paris.

Had a few great days. Room and facilities clean and comfy. Friendly multilangual staff. Parking underground and public transport few steps away.

I would not come back to this hotel. My bathroom drain was not working and the hot water was below luke warm in the cold winter. All I wanted was a hot shower at the end of the day, and I had to splash in the bathtub while the cool water ran since the drain wasn't working. The rooms are incredibly small and the beds were uncomfortable. The elevator only went up to a "1/2" floor, so I had to pull my luggage up the rest of the way. The breakfast was a hard roll and butter with some juice. I traveled on an extensive tour through Europe and this was the worst of the hotels I stayed in. On the positive side, the bus and metro are close by, as well as a local park a couple of blocks from the hotel.
