A shame, the hotel is disgusting. Dirt is ubiquitous. The air conditioner (present in the hotel description) does not work and the fridge is broken. This facility should be closed by the health services.

Zero stars. The staff is extremely rude. Rooms are extremely small. Breakfast is pathetic. Make sure to adjust to everything and everyone, if at all you a ever land here.

Pitiful room unsanitary unpleasant reception that takes us high. I do not recommend!

Close to metro stop 'Conversion' which would have been ideal to know before hand. Dust dirty, lots of construction in Paris but it sat across surfaces and mirrors. Our room had some form of food/drink sprayed across the ceiling. Furniture in bad repair. Maids left door unlocked.

The room was not like the pictures. It was small and dated especially the bathroom. There is an air con in the room but we can not turn it on! The cleanliness needs to be improved. It is absolutely not a 3 stars hotel as they claimed. What a shame that this room was chosen by myself!

The bathroom was redone but the room and the hotel are so dilated and poorly maintained… The price is absolutely not justified.

This place dont value guest at all. We had to wait for 15 mins while checking out. The receptionist is sleeping. ☹️

Not sure what a 3 star in Paris looks like but I would say this is not one. It seemed like other rooms were kept up but the 3 bed room we reserved looked like something out of a sketchy movie. Stained walls, creaky floor, tiles broken or missing in the bathroom you name it it was either broken or looked unkempt. However the bed was white so it appeared clean and I'm not itchy so it very well may have been. If youre looking to save money I would keep looking!

A bit run down hotel but very clean laundry. OK service, breakfast and to eat, it's just across the street, a small bar/brasserie with a staff smiling and especially, we eat very, very well. If there is a rognions of veal, it is superb.

We have booked this hotel, 3 stars, but after check-in receptionist moved us to the other hotel Printania, across the road, 2 stairs, BUT WE HAVE PAID FOR 3! OK, let`s pretend that it is OK for 2 nights when you are attending exhibition during the day, bed linen and furniture are in black spots, bathroom is old and needs renovation. BUT IN THE NIGNHT YOU REALIZE THAT YOUR ROOM IS ABOVE THE BAR! Music, noise all the night, people are screaming till 6am, your floor and bed are vibrating cuz of music… And if you will finally decide to stop it at 2am — you are going to their reception across the road (because it was always nobody at our reception) and IT IS NOBODY at the other reception too, even in 10 mins of waiting. The only thing why this hotel could be useful — FOR SLEEPING — AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. PLEASE AVOID, there are many other hotels around!
