We enjoyed our short stay very much. Very friendly and efficient home, very easy car access from the Orleans Gate, possibility of having a private garage wide enough to accommodate a vehicle Long space, lively and interesting neighborhood. I recommend it.

Excellent location in central Paris, and particularly for the Congress hall. Very friendly staff. Cosy atmosphere of a well maintained small hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly welcome, by cons impossible to get an invoice because I booked on the Internet. I spend the night at the hotel for business reasons, I need an invoice. The Organization on the Web does not respond. It's ruining the stay.

Small hotel with a lot of charm, well located (15min walk to Denfert), very spacious and clean room, wonderful bedding and superb staff! They advise their restaurants and local entertainment. Lots of greenery, plants, floral decoration. Full breakfast and water coffee available throughout the day. Thanks for everything and see you soon in the 14th!

Clean, good rooms and nice crew. First morning chaos during breakfast. (To busy, no space, empty foods&drinks) but day 2 & 3 were great.

The perfect hotel comfy and near the metro. At the neighbourhood there many restaurants and cafes for breakfast and dinner and the prices are really good. Very near the Orly airport.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights. The hotel was easy to find and in a good location, as there was a bus stop right outside and a metro a couple of minutes away. There were many restaurants, cafes and shops around which were great. When we arrived we were given a key to a room that had not been cleaned or prepared, with dirty coffee mugs in the sink. We told the receptionist of this and he was very apologetic and put us in a different room. The room itself was nice and cosy, with a small bathroom on the side of it. There was a large window with a view of the street. The lift in the hotel was not working on the first day but it did the other two days, and it was a nice antique looking elevator which I liked. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, but this was the only problem with the room. The second issue with the hotel was that they offer tickets for local attractions, like the Louvre and the Musee D'orsay. We bought tickets for the Musee D'orsay, which equated to €26 for both of us. Upon arrival at the D'orsay, we were informed our tickets were expired, as on the back of the tickets it was stated they ran out on the 27th of March. Luckily, the assistant at the D'orsay told us that as we were both under 25 and EU nationals, we could get in for free anyway.

Very clean and fresh. Frette quality sheets and good bedding. Very quiet room with a view to nearby buildings. Cute tinny lift fits only me and my luggage (and another skinny mate perhaps) which didn't work for a day. I didn't mind to walk the stairs because the carpet and the staircase looks so beautiful to walk on. The receptionists were very friendly. True the room and the bathroom is very small but it has a safety box, table & chairs & a fridge & a flat TV & wardrobe plus aircon all at a good price. Nearby has supermarkets (all types of champagne and alcohol on offers), bakeries, cafes etc. Also metros and bus stops are just less than few minutes walk. Highly recommend this place to stay.

We stayed three nights. The room was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they help you in everything that is within your reach, both offering tickets for the monuments, ordering a taxi, recommendations, …
As for the location, there are several restaurants, supermarkets and transport very close to the hotel.

If you were planning to stay at this hotel think twice about it. If you want to have to deal with honest people who are not only interested in your money, flee quickly. The hotel manager is an absolutely miserable, soulless person who should seriously not work in the hospitality industry. Having made a mistake booking, she gave me no scruples but with a lot of arrogance, took all the money while the reservation was a month in advance. Having done this before, I have never had any problem with the agency or the hotel kindly accepting to cancel the reservation without charge, or even with a fee, but much less. His answer as shocking as a businesswoman can be scrupulous should tell you enough about the really mediocre atmosphere that reigns in this hotel. Having tried to contact her several times by email, by phone, she is never available for her "guests", but responds as an automatic messaging. I confess, really more than frustrating. I'm really disgusted that there are people like this on this earth. As for the hotel, it is old, really no charm and without anything to offer. You're in Paris. The other options are not missing, do not stop at this address.

My dad and I loved this hotel! It was in such a cute area — the buildings around it were beautiful! There's a bus stop about a block down from the hotel but around the corner, there are a bunch of other buses, as well as the metro! There are lots of food places in that area as well. It was very easy for us to get into Paris using either the metro or the bus, which was awesome. The hotel is a little small but I think that adds to its charm. We didn't try their breakfast but it always made the lobby not smell too great. However, the elevator taking you up to your room is so cute! It's super old-fashioned but I loved it. Our room was small but it was exactly what we needed and perfect! It was clean, as was our bathroom. The staff was also very kind. I asked for a pillow and the front desk person got me one from another room. Overall loved it!

Very welcoming and caring staff. We were upgraded. The room is very nice, very clean. The bedding is excellent. The equipment (lights, nightlights, lamps, etc. ) is well thought out. Bathroom very clean, very well equipped with very good quality equipment.
The hotel is at the corner of 2 very quiet little streets and has a lot of charm.

The breakfast of the hotel is fantastic, coffee, chocolate, juices, milk, espresso, infusions… what do you want? Cereals, croissant, neapolitans, eggs, bread, toast, baguettes, yogurt, cheese, crepes… Choose what you want, everything is delicious ^^ the hotel is very well connected as I said before, is next to the 28/38/68 stops that will be very useful, is next to the tram and different mouths of Metro, line 4 is perfect to connect with different areas, probably the first thing you want to see is the Eiffel Tower, just take the line 4 to Raspail, change to line 6 to get off at Bir-Hakeim — Tour Eiffel, you will love the magnificent view.

Very nice surprise. I stayed there during a trip. It was perfect. Staff nice and available. Simple but very good breakfast (Baker's bread and pastries). If I have the opportunity, I renew the family experience.

Highly recommended hotel, building refurbished to hotel, clean and cozy rooms, lovely staff and helpful. If I went back to Paris I would definitely go back to the, very good value for money.

Go will not regret, beautiful hotel and breakfast is the best, Jose is the best gives you all the necessary indications to move in Paris, plus you have half a block the subway stop with which you move around the city, the tower, the Arch of Triumph, the Louvre, the infants, Latin Quarter, etc.

No frills hotel located near the university. Within walking distance of several eateries. Reliable Wi-Fi, clean room, reasonably priced, modest sound proofing, and the tiniest elevator I've ever seen.

C'était fantastique! Amazing place to stay, the location was prefect with the large Franprix a few doors down and Port d'Orleans Metro stop just around the corner. The staff was always cheery and helpful, 2 thumbs way up for the hospitality! Continental breakfast was amazing! Can't fault this place really!

The staff are polite and helpful and the room is very pleasant (if slightly small) with good facilities. Transport links are excellent with a metro station, buses and trams within walking distance of the hotel.

Would go again as it's good for the price. My only thing would be that the rooms are far smaller than they appear. Much smaller than your average camera angle creativity. Won't put me off staying again though.

Service was great as was the breakfast. Stayed in a double room with my girlfriend and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is a little small for a large guy like myself, but not too much of an issue. One thing I found strange is you have to leave your keys with them when you go out. I guess it's because people have lost the keys in the past, but I think they should just have an additional fee if you lose your key. The hotel is open 24/7 and has someone at reception at all times so it's fine though. The area seems like it could be dodgy but we had no issues (aside from a pick pocket on the metro, be careful when you visit! ). It's quite out the way from a lot of the sights so expect to travel on the metro for around 30 minutes. There's 2 stores just down the same road and a great big lidl nearby too. If you intend on shopping late, make sure you check the closing times! Overall a good experience. I'd recommend it!
