Nice and spacious room small over the ground floor the small table and 2 chairs that allow to be outside good reception very clean.

For our part in view of the reviews we had a great night small room and bathroom on the third floor very flirtatious. Quiet with rooftop view. I recommend it if available (11).
The area around is very anime nothing to complain about value for money.

Last minute reserve cause Air France strike. The small room with a rooftop view was a nice surprise. Very clean linen. Small bathroom with maybe the shower side at refresh but it is also what makes the charm of all these buildings in Paris we went very well for the value for money. Very very correct. Double glazing very quiet night. And especially a top location just a few steps from the Rue de la Gaiety, from the Rue Montparnasse. If we were to come back to the neighborhood we would return. I recommend room 11.

Very good location no need to walk a lot to go visit the different tourist places of the capital in contrast bedding: rather comfortable nothing to say nor very clean room: the room How to say full of bad if you wish Optionally charge your phone at the same time as your companion prefer a multitake because of the lack of plug in the room except the one for the TV and the bathroom radiator: I expect anyway something correct with a Shower head filled with tartar not there I say no no shower mat so the water offshore forced to put a towel to the floor not very practical possibly a room almost not insulated from the fresh air that comes out of the Windows brief if you want to find a hotel Close to range just to visit and not get sick and not go to the hotel tipi but if not to avoid.

Quality price to be Paris is very good. The room and bathroom although small, are very clean and change towels and replenish soap and gel. Very well connected to metro station and train. The street is lovely, you have typical restaurants and very good neighborhood shops. If we ever come back, this will be the hotel.

Nice little hotel in an alley with ideal extra shops when you didn't have the breakfast formula! All the comfortmatched the description.

Clean hotel. Certe with some details to redo as the soundproofing. Perfect welcome from all the people at the reception. We will come back with pleasure.

No understanding on a cancellation for major weather cause, still bill the room full pot, no commercial gesture proposed, Berk… to avoid so!

Friendly is a rather commercial place with close and very rich cafeterias, close to a market, without danger.

Room was clean if a little tired. Bathroom is very small. Whole place could do with a coat of paint. There are NO tea or coffee facilities in the room. Other than that, it was OK for a short stay. Located in a really nice street for shops and eateries.

It is in a good location, lots of small shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries all in walking distance. Clean and quiet.

Check-in is only procured say the name can stay, any information will not be sure, is not safe. There is a musty smell in the room, and the floor is dirty, the bed is not clean, the bathroom is humid and small, sound insulation is poor, if only simple short temporary foot mian strong can, but a night of 1500 of the money is really not worth.

Cheap rooms, but there is no parking space reserved for customers, otherwise, is a decent location.

The hotel is very well located, close to Montparnasse and Daguerre Street is very nice. The reception of the hotel was OK. The room is clean (not nickel, but clean), but quite cramped. And the bathroom is even more so, but it remains usable without worries. Bedding, sheets, all right. On the other hand, no air conditioning and suddenly it is very hot… Only (big) problem are the rooms located on the ground floor, which overlook a small driveway that allows access to the rooms. Suddenly: Impossible to leave the window and the curtain open under penalty of being seen by all customers. And at the noise level, the customers and women of rooms who chat in this alley do not encourage either to leave the windows open. In short, very correct for one night but no more.

Room request in the floors impossible apparently. Cramped room. Few catches. Flushing of the wall. Good TV. Comfortable bed.

Nice and cozy room with an unbeatable price, couple of blocks away from the subway. Stayed for two nights, no problems. The elevator is quite small, if you come with someone else and big bags you might need to take two trips.

Cheap hotel, nice service, nice personnel, very small rooms, terrible loud, could hear next door neighbors having sex and even going to the toilet, but for the price it was ok.

We booked a night for Saturday, nov 14, 2015. Following the attacks occurred on Friday evening in Paris, we had hoped to cancel our reservation and the hotel manager refused the refund. I am so very disappointed!

Dark and uncomfortable room (2nd floor), and better to take the breakfast outside.

Pour un weekend en couple c'était parfait, tres bien situé, pres des metros et de la gare Montparnasse, presque au centre de Paris. On avait pas beaucoup a voyager pour se rendre la ou on voulait aller. Le trajet le plus long qu'on ai fait dans le metro était de 15 minutes. Pas tres bien isoler on entend les gens dans les chambres a coté mais la nuit ca va. C'était assez calme et on a quand meme bien dormi mais tot le matin vous pourriez etre reveiller par les gens a coté si vous avez le sommeil leger. Mais je recommande quand meme cette hotel et je pense le reprendre si jamais j'ai encore l'occasion.

We took a room in this hotel, December 31, 2009; and, although time spent therein was very short, we would abstain from sleep, and pull an all-nighter. That we would be cheaper, and at least we would have not suffered all night, odors, mites, cold, of the poor general condition of the House.
In short, I do not recommend this hotel, and also sometimes be careful of presentations made on the net.
