The setting is beautiful, the rooms well spacious.

This is my first time in Paris; decided at the last minute to switch to this hotel from a another less expensive Marriott property and I’m very glad I did. — got upgraded to a family suite, which had an excellent view and more than enough room that I needed. — the Executive Lounge was fantastic. My compliments to the chef, the food was outstanding. The veal was my favorite but everything was good. Luis was very friendly and attentive, as were the ladies working the entrance table both in the morning and evening. — within a couple of minutes of two different metro stations so I was able to easily do all the sightseeing that I wanted to throughout the week. — Nice fitness center with up-to-date equipment. — concierge service was on the spot when I need them. I’m not sure when I’ll be back to Paris but when I am I’ll probably choose this location. Thank you!

Wonderful people at the front desk and concierge. Always ready to help. Walking distance from the metro. Pretty safe area. Our room was nice but small for American standards. Beautiful views of Paris. No English TV or subtitles. Maid wasn't friendly and didn't seem too happy to perform her job. Didn't even vaccum as soon as she was un she was out. Our safe had constant problems. Ice machines are not on every floor. Waited 2 hours in the lobby to check into our room. Toilet paper is so rough. Worse than the 99 cent store brand. They do provide toiletries so thats an added plus but hotel towels are rough and not soft. Our bed has lumps all over it. Lobby has an awful cleaner/chemical smell. Air conditioning is almost non existent, luckily it hasn't been too hot. Rooms can get a bit stuffy. Hallway is grey old and cold. Rooms look decent. Tiny toilet room. Otherwise it is decent hotel. I would stay here again.

Don’t go to this hotel! We have stayed here in the weekend of 29th of September 2018 room 1615. The service at the hotel was very pore and we got bedbugs! We complained about that and want to be compensated for the inconvienence. The first two times we didn’t get any reaction. At the third time they still didn’t take us serious and said we where lying!

Not impressed at all. I stayed last week in a suite with my wife and some friends. I am a Marriott platinum member and the hotel did not offer any of the traditional platinum benefits. I asked if they had a lounge and was told they did not have one — only to see one on my hotel room TV when I walked in my room. They did offer breakfast but only after I asked. Also, both bathrooms had toilets that had been used with "a present in them". On top of that they did not let us know at check in that the water was turned off to the building. I also noticed they did not issue any points for the stay — first time I've ever had that happen. Also, did I mention every person we talked to from the time we walked in the door was rude. I'm giving them two stars only because the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel. If you are coming from Orly airport this hotel is great for you. Its located very close of main station for Orly bus and great metro connection. The bed was super comfortable (we are coming from Canada and always staying in Marriott hotels and travel a lot), so far this Marriott is winner in great madrass. So you will get great rest and good sleep after long day visiting gorgeous Paris (too many things to see).

Decent hotel. Nice staff. The cafeteria is good and the chocolate cake it to die for at the cafeteria. It's a lovely place and not too far from the train station with a couple minutes walk. There are restaurants around it and is very easily accessible. All in all decent hotel and great service.

Beautiful hotel, great lounge amenities for rewards members with access! Delicious food served regularly. The staff has been so pleasant and helpful, even complimenting me on my broken french :) check in staff informed me that my preferences were taken into account (no feather pillows) and this is huge for me, as it's in my profile, and only about half of the Marriott properties I've been to actually take it into account when assigning my room. Restaurant food beyond breakfast is just so-so. I didn't eat there much, though. Room service items limited. But it's Paris and you shouldnt be eating in the hotel anyway!

Very good comfort especially the bedding only flat the variable temperature of the shower catering in Congress satisfactory.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was nicely sized, which was a welcome surprise. The room was also clean. Didn’t dine at the restaurant as it was a bit pricey. Hotel is close to 2 metro stops, 1 being about 1.5 blocks so we could easily access and use to see the sights. Overall it was worth the $$$ spent for the time at the hotel however I gave 3 stars because when we checked in we were told a room was not available, even though we were open to either 1 or 2 beds, yet the hour we waited we watched other people arrive and go up to their rooms. Then when I presented my Marriott rewards card to put on my reservation a room was then available.

I came not as a client but for the sound Salon.

I booked a room from 16/05 to 17/05 room 1219 but there was no hot water. The front desk answered me to go take my shower to the fitness room. I'm really disappointed. The hotel did not make any commercial gesture. I advise you now to make a reservation.

Concierge and executive lounge was excellent. Reception is ok. Building is great, room is spacious but air in the hotel was horrible. Even temperature outside was pleasant but we can’t open windows. The fan was always on but seem won’t carry out the smelly air. We got seriously sick after staying for a week. The virus is still bothering me after 2 weeks. Poisonous and dangerous air! The shower water temperature was not consistent, sometimes can burn your skin. A health hazard. The room keys were not always working. A hassle to ask front desk for help. Really not worth the money. Won’t go back. Won’t recommend to you!

Would not recommend this hotel. Pretty decor, yet very little worked. Outside temperature was very high, hotel had no working air conditioning. Even after explaining that I have a medical issue, the staff was smug and non responsive. After my third inquiry, they did change rooms — yet two hours later than promised and did not move my bags. Second room was just as hot as the first. Hotel has six elevators, yet only three were working. It took 10 — 15 minutes to get from the third floor breakfast to our room due to waiting on the elevator. Water in the shower fluctuated in temperature from cold to scalding. Beds, linens, furniture, breakfast all great, but hotel is poorly managed / maintained. Windows had all been broken in the lobby due to some demonstrations. Felt a bit dangerous.

Extremely satisfied with hotel and staff. Check-in was fast and efficient. Beautiful, large executive room and lounge. Everyone is courteous and room service is very prompt. Could not ask for more.

Between the dates 15.4 — 17.4 I attended the "Global Water Summit" conference. Since I was in the hotel the whole time, I did not use my sunglasses, which are optical thus quite expensive (almost 200 Euro), so I took them out of my bag and left them on the table at my room. I didn't realize the glasses were gone until I left the hotel. Besides the high cost, the experience of staying without such a necessary object was deeply upsetting. It has turned the nice and pleasant experience that I had in Marriot hotel to a frustrating one. I called "Lost and found" department a few times but they did not find the glasses. I feel that this distress caused to me is at the hotel responsibility. With all the appreciation, this kind of things should not happen. The guest's personal belongings should be maintained safely under all circumstances.

I have never been colder in a hotel room in all my life. It took 3 calls and my going down in person to the front desk to finally get some technician to come to my room hours later and tell me that nothing could be done. Instead, he brought a cheap space heater that rattled so loudly I could not sleep. Pathetic! I stay there because my company puts me there. For the past 4 years I have been staying at that property an average of 5-6 nights per month in the summer, 8-12night per month in the winter, so needless to say I am there more than the average person. This hotel has major A/C problems and there is seemingly nothing been done about it. Either the rooms are chokingly hot or they are frigidly cold. The windows are badly insulated and cold from the outside can be felt in the winter when one stands next to them. The housekeeping is passable at best. More than once have I had to change rooms because I found previous occupant’s hair on the bathroom floor on in the bathtub. So gross.
The hotel is centrally located next to the catacombs and right in front of metro line 6. If you are lucky to get a room on the front side, you’ll enjoy a great view of Paris. If not, you will be stuck in the back side with a not so glamorous view of the populous 1960’s suburban style building bars or the mental hospital that lays right behind the hotel.
Thank goodness, not everything at that hotel is bad.

I love this hotel the staff is human and very helpful, the rooms are clean the breakfast and the meals are varied the Metro is right in front there are small Brasserie and a very nice pizzeria. For our stays we always go down and we never was disappointed one summer the air conditioning no longer worked but good the heats in Paris are getting scarce so it was not inconvenient.

Excellent room which we got for a good price, very rich breakfast and in general the delicious meals, is close to the Metro and the restaurant La Vie d ' Ange which is delicious!

An exceptional place, it is no longer a hotel but a Palace. The price is not given but it is well worth it for those who can afford it.
A fitness room is available 24 hours a day and breakfast and meals can be served in the bed.

Nice hotel, although the former smoking rooms are to be Dodger like the plague! Well located near the metro and not too far from Notre Dame, reachable even on foot. Good breakfast.

Despite the stars this is not the most beautiful and friendliest Marriott (s). It is a hotel with no more services of course but we expect something else like Cafe corner and Breakfast.

Lovely, very clean and quiet room. No slamming doors which is a pet hate if mine. The lifts however, seemed to pose a problem for us and others. We walked up five flights as this seemed quicker than waiting. The breakfast was a bit of a mess. Two Coffee machines for seemingly 100 people which meant a long queue. Average breakfast food.

It took me 15 minutes to get out of the parking lot. 2 barrier to be crossed with zero intercom. We just have to wait for someone to spot us via the camera. Unacceptable for this channel that I appreciate a lot elsewhere.

Great hotel, good location, metro station two blocks east of hotel. Stayed on the top floor which was 18th floor. Room was good however heat/ac was not working properly in room, was a little cold due to it being winter. Offered space heater to use which helped. Overall, great hotel.

For a dinner with friends at the top! The products are mostly crude. The menu quite original and accessible. Very nice staff. I would recommend and go back with pleasure.

Although not as modern as other Marriott's, the stay has been quiet and the rooms have been pretty clean… The beds are comfortable and the TV has a wide range of channels. I would rate it as very good.

I am severely disappointed in this hotel. Although it was very pretty and the service was good I had 3, 000 dollars of jewelry stolen, my phone, Fitbit Blaze, clothes etc stolen from under my feet in this lobby. The lobby was packed with airline crews, tour groups etc and a man ran by grabbed my bag and ran out the side door. There was only one man at their three doors and that was a bellman. After my complaint they were great yet they almost immediately had three security people at the doors. They recognized the man on the security tape so obviously this has happened before yet little security. It was a rough morning we missed our train etc. It was my very first time in Paris which left a very sour taste in my mouth! Frustrated, Jennifer.

The rooms are cold, you can not control the temperature of each room, is centralized, plus they put the air at 8 in the morning making a lot of noise in the room without being able to turn it off.

It's great. Maybe it doesn't work. Far from the center. Lots of people.

Can I only recommend center, Metro in front of the house, everything was totally OK and friendly!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Staff is very helpful and hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Metro. The breakfast buffet is fresh and the views from the 'City View' rooms are impressive! Be aware that there is no on-site laundry room as is common in American Marriotts — you will either have to pay for premium per item cleaning or drop off/use a laundromat if you need it done.

Wi-Fi needs to pay another 15 euros a day, breakfast is not rich enough to 28 euros. The receptionist forgot to register my passport and knocked at my door in the middle of the night to register again!

I stay here about four times a month and its a perfectly upscale Marriott right off the metro line with good shopping opportunities around the area. Staff is always professional. If you don't care about your view, all rooms are consistent and well done. If you do care about your view, insist on high floor, even number rooms, or enjoyn the quiet of the odd number rooms. Gym is fine and 24h.

This hotel is a gem. The concierge and front desk staff are multilingual and very service oriented. The rooms are in great shape, and well maintained by the cleaning crew. Breakfast buffet was not included, but had a great spread of hot and cold foods, and of course great bread and cheese — it was definitely worth the money. The In room bathroom situation was interesting: a toilet room with a door, entirely separate from the main bathroom room with sink/shower. This feature was great for traveling with a friend (one person can use the toilet while the other showers, for example), but might not be great for everybody. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, about a 2 minute walk away.

Very comfortable rooms and the food of the restaurant Riquisima. The only thing that an hour before they closed the breakfast no longer wanted to make us waffles… when it is paid and there are no 10min to close…

The staff spoke good English which was a good start for me as I don't speak French. I was there for two nights while attending a professional conference. The room was amazing, very clean, comfy beds, useful desk, nice TV, everything you would expect for the price. I was a little disappointed the standard room I was in had no USB charging facility but that just shows how nice the room was if that is the only down side. As for the conference, the food was amazing and it just kept coming so I was happy. The hot water for tea however was at time barely warm, I think they could potentially benefit from upgrading those hot water dispensers. As for the coffee that was fine. The conference's rooms themselves were perfect, comfy chairs, pads and pens on every desk and even nicer, water (unopened)! Overall, very nice venue, professional staff, perfect for the occasion.

At the hotel for a conference as part of my work so not test the rooms:-) The first room where we have lunch is big, clean. The meal was excellent and the service impeccable, on the other hand no AC activated so we quickly got very hot. For the conference room, nothing to say, big enough and there to 2 giant screens, impossible to miss something.

Hotel is located conveniently to nearly everything. There are restaurants, supermarkets, two metro stations, and more nearby. The staff are amicable in general and willing to help out with anything. The only issue I have with this place is that it is under renovation and they start work at about 7am. If you happen to be next to a room they're working on… get to sleep early.

I had the opportunity to get Mario at the bar the waiting time is very long but the bartender is delicious a little pun it is very attentive I was perfectly well served the wait time.

I had a coffee there during a professional appointment. Quiet place If you climb if you are on the "mezzanine" downstairs we would not have agreed. Are very professional.

I stayed here for a conference. The facility spaces that we used were large and fit for purpose. The food served throughout my stay was adequate. I stayed in a Junior Suite on my own. But it would easily cater for a couple who share one bed, or the sofa can open up and be made into a bed if people sharing need separate sleeping arrangements. The suite has two bathrooms and two toilets. The bed was fantastically large and comfortable, with plenty of pillows. My room was situated on the tenth floor, with a view of a office block. Ice machine was situated outside in the lift lobby.

I didn't know there were regular sized hotels in Paris. Most are boutiques. The rooms here would be normal sized in other cities, but they're massive by paid standards. Clean and nice decor. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in my stay and the food was good! About a 5 minute walk to the Catacombs and a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame but also right next to a metro stop so exciting is pretty much accessible. Highly recommended.

Pleasant and genteel a few steps from the Metro.

Disappointed the first time by an old and borderline room. Delighted the second time from a renovated room. Very nice staff and extra breakfast. A nice restaurant or the staff is top. Very disappointed however by the mojito or the we had 15 degrees of crushed ice. I still recommend this establishment. And I'm going back to congress again next year.

As long as you don't get a room with an 04 or an 05 number which means you're next to the elevator that the house cleaning department uses, you'll be fine.
I highly recommend breakfast at the second floor restaurant. There's nothing like having breakfast sitting by the window and watching Paris wake up and go to work.

Great place for a conference.

It is in the middle of the summer with nice temperature outside. But the hotel itself is cold with a noisy air-conditional system. I was freezing all the time.

The elite line is a joke. I was stuck on that line once for checkin. Once for checkout. Twice for bad room keys. As a gold member I see non elite get served firSt and line is not in order. I was going to be late for an appointment and so I had to call and request an invoice by email. This is not how gold members should be treated. I spent over 30 thousand dollar on Marriott over the past yer but now cancelled every single one of my reservations and switching to the star woods preferred guest program. I feel this branch of Marriott do not know how to treat gold member well.

Stinking lair for airline personnel.

Lovely hotel but quite expensive at the bar. Nice people and friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Didn't have any food myself so can't comment on that, but would stay there again.

My girlfriend arrived a day earlier than me. She had very little experience with getting around Paris. The Staff was a phenomenal help to her! They made her stay spectacular and easy. The hotel is located well. Very easy to get around town. Restaurant is very good. Coffee was exceptional. Even the gym offers a great workout! Highly Recommend.

Very professional staff, sometimes insolent, especially at the restaurant. A luxury hospitality training is not to be avoided to learn what we can say or not say to the customer. Otherwise the rooms were clean room excellent service.

I’ve stayed in the hotel for 2 days and I can say it wasn’t the experience I expected to be. The prices are not so reasonable, I think. The staff was polite and helpful but it can’t compensate the ambiance. Sorry, guys but your hotel needs renovation.

I think the only good thing was its internet and the lobby because the rest of it leaves much of that talk, such as despintadas and broken walls, my room was dirty and not to mention bathroom that the Ducharme me di account that the entire wall was full of rust a bit disgusted me bathe hoping they cleaned it well the next day, which not occurred at all, the next day at breakfast the perfect attendance but the food really bad.

Whenever I eat at the restaurant bar, happens to me in trouble with the staff. Today, while I was quietly asking what I wanted to eat, the gentleman who was at the cash register asked me twice if I wanted a menu, interrupting me in my orders (I could not answer him, not knowing if what I'd order would correspond to a menu, and more, this was me indifferent or not to take a menu) nonosbtant the price difference). I really took this for harassment, this insistence. But that's not all: a guardian (I guess that's his job, at least it wasn't a server) crashed behind me, forcing me to say whether I wanted a menu (sic! ) because I needed advice (! ), I replied that it bored me but he insisted heavily, so I ended up ask him to leave what he has not wanted to do. I told him that if he continued I warn the direction, he then made a smirk of a look like he cared. Finally I managed to order what I wanted (which was also not a menu), but I was so disturbed that I forgot to ask for bread (they don't also even not offered me) as well as the addition (not has not given me either).

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's very standard Marriott hotel, everything was provided and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is not in the city centre but it's close to the metro. The hotel don't have free in room Wi-Fi so have to go down to the lobby to get free Wi-Fi. You will see a lot of guests in the lobby late at night checking emails.

I have never stayed at a hotel that was more professional, friendly and comfortable. The location is perfect, with the Metro and bus stop right across the street. They also had a few restaurants on the same street. From the moment I walked in on the first day, they were very friendly, and went above and beyond to make my week vacation in Paris one to remember. They offered assistance in all the tourists stuff, from locating sights on their maps, finding the fastest or cheapest way to get somewhere, and what sights were "must see". And, they were spot on every time.

Don't miss this opportunity! Amazing staff, even when really needy Americans are holding up the lines with stupid questions, this hotel and staff are great. Mr. Phillip at the concierge desk made my little girl's 10th birthday so special, I hope they pay this man well! Same goes for the other staff. I have a Marriott credit card and rewards account, I will always use both. Thanks for a great stay.
