The location is very good, located in the middle of two metro lines, line Line 4 and line Line 6. The room is small, but the price is moderate. The design and equipment of the room are new.

The rooms have had to be recently rennoves but show signs of premature wear.

For a 7-day stay they gave us a room and then at the last minute in the afternoon after the first night they email us to tell us we have to change rooms due to “construction” but they can’t say to which room and they offered no way to secure our possessions during the day. The staff were nice enough but no help at all and clearly did not communicate with each other. Also, what establishment does not have a manager available to resolve concerns. Blacklisting this place and not suggesting it to friends and colleagues.

Breakfast is quite nice. We got a room on the ground floor which for some reason was too warm and the AC wasn't really helping at all.

The good thing, is that it is very well located if you travel by TGV and also has direct enclosed metro stops to the main attractions of Paris.

The formula proposed by the hotel is very good with rooms (very small, as is common in Paris! ) recently set up and comfort you need, at an affordable price. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but alive at night, easily accessible from Charles De Gaulle airport and well connected to the Centre by public transport.

The hotel is fully renewed and the rooms are charming. It is close to Jardin de Luxembourg (5 minutes walk) and the neighborhood is fantastic. You will find nice (and also expensive) restaurants on the corner. It is close to a metro station (Vavin) and quite close to RER B (train for Paris airports). Considering quality, location and price, this hotel is an excellent offer. Breakfast is not included (and expensive). You can find somewhere else next to the hotel to buy some food and enjoy it inside the Luxembourg Garden’s.

Nice and clean room. Very helpful staff. Best breakfast in a hotel i've been to outside sweden. Very close to the Metro and If your'e not to lazy you can walk to both Notre Dame and the Eiffel tower.

Listed as 3 stars because of building limitation. It was 5 for me.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and attentive, very clean and little pretentious, economic and location, view of the Eiffel Tower from room, put a step, very nice neighborhood… Highly recommended, would warmly.

I stayed here for a week and it was honestly the best hotel I have ever been at. The staff is very nice and helpful and the hotel rooms were clean and many of them had great views! I highly recommend.
