Not worth the price. Rooms are not spacious at all. The bathroom is also very conjusted. Thomas who was at the reception was very rude and it took him 35 mins for my check out process. I would not at all recommend this hotel to anyone. I am sure you can find better hotels than this one. They lack basic hospitality attiquates as well.

At first sight the hotel looks good for the price range, and has a near by metro num 4 connecting to all major attractions. But this where everything ends, the room lacked basic 4 star amenities like ear cleaners, shower caps and liquid soap. The foot towel was not changed for 4 days straight and the sheets where changed only once during our 10 day stay. The curtains had mole holes in them, the glasses in the room were not changed and the staff was not friendly accept one guy. Breakfast was ok but not for a 4 star hotel, best case 3 star if not a 2 star. One day we found mold on our cheese (see picture), the pastries and were dry and not frash and no vegetables at all. The staff at breakfast was really slow and had to ask them at least 4 times every morning to replenish different things. Over all disappointing.

The bathroom oddly smelt like cigarette smoke but other than that we loved it!

Good hotel, we did not have breakfast so we can not pronounce the above. The staff was nice and helpful. The tram's rail-side rooms are not bruillantes (with the window closed).
The rooms were in a very good condition.

The rooms are too small. The Wi-Fi was not available on my room. The good thing is that the metro is very near and you can go to any point on Paris with a short commute!

Hotel Mercure Paris Alesia is located in the Petit Montrouge district, close to the Porte d'orléans, not far from the exhibition centre or the site of the catacombs of Paris. Public transport (tram, Metro) is 300 metres away.
This is a beautiful hotel renovated in a modern way on the theme of influences of the Italian Renaissance in France. In the lobby, a mural depicts the "wedding of Cana". The spaces are pleasant to live, at the same time cosy and imbued with a real modernity. As for a second stay, I will say that the rooms are both small but sufficient for two people, we find the services relating to the range mercury, wardrobe, safe and good bedding. In the decoration, we find the colors of the Renaissance painters, and the look of the Mona Lisa in filigree in a tiled and functional bathroom.
Breakfast is well designed. We find a choice that is both large and sufficient with a good range of products, served in different type spaces. The staff is competent and attentive, good welcome. The hotel does not have a restaurant but offers a "snack" card, perhaps it would be interesting to offer also a room service or room service as described on the site of the hotel. The experience is positive.

Really excellent this hotel in the 14th. Great rooms with new bathrooms, great linens as well as cleanliness. We paid in February a double 70 euro without breakfast. Breakfast is very expensive, but nearby there are places to taste French sweets. Staff.

Very small rooms and claustrophobic lift. The food is less than average.

I guess it was their bad day. But soft home, without goodwill. A member of staff, a young blond man arrogant host. I am sure the quality of the services of this hotel, but the manner in which that person behaved is incredible. The arrogance at its top!
For a hotel of this category I find shameful cal. I recommend to worth the hotel Design, 50 m further, redone, including location and the warmth is the appointment.

This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The walls are thin, the rooms very small, the rent is very high and the rooms definitely need a complete make-over. Additionally the rooms facing the street in front of the hotel are very very noisy day and night. Not at all worth the price.

Myself, my daughter and teen age granddaughter were there April 1 thru 4 of this year. We had a wonderful time it is perfect location close to subway, bakery, laundry mat if needed, pharmacy and fresh vegetable/fruit stand oh and a subway fast food place which one person got very frustrated with us. The hotel it self 3 twin beds very small room but cozy. The conciearge (sp) was very helpful even told us of an area for good graffiti but warned us of pick pockets which we had no issue with. Would go back to this hotel in a heart beat. Thank you to them for making our time enjoyable.

To start with we had a great price for the room we got. We got the executive room for the price of a normal room. (Room 202). The room itself was spacious and had everything you needed. Downsides: the shower curtains contained some fungus. There were too little outlets and they were all placed very far away from the bed. (No outlets next to to bed). An other pratically issue was the bed! It had to matresses and they drifted apart which would make a gap. Not very romantic. But very soft we slept like roses. They had forseen an airco aswell with a remote. But due to the shape of the room and the oddly position of where the airco was mounted it was impossible to control it from out of bed. Breakfast was great! Enough choice. Staff was friendly and in general it is very clean. The Wi-Fi for one reason or another didn't work in our room so we had to go downstairs to get it going. But we didn't came to Paris to stay in our hotel so I really liked the hotel dispite all above.

Pros: service desk exceptional. Bath and shower ; cons: thin walls, old style room, doors using keys. Wi-Fi free but only limited to Web surfing (no viber, vpn, ftp etc)
