The room is small and doesn't have air-conditioning, but it is worth the price. The receptionist is quite friendly, knowing that we would arrive late in the night due to bus shortage (OrlyBus) at the airport, the receptionist accelerated our check-in process and was waiting for us when we got there.

All right. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was ok. English was a problem despite the fact that they speak English.

Extremely friendly staff, very cozy place and an unrealistically good quality of both the rooms and the bathroom, and the design was fantastic. It honestly felt more like much more like a 4-star hotel than a 2-star hotel when you were in the room. Great location near a large park and a train station and great value for money as well. Nice little breakfast which is open for practically the whole of morning, and Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and had a really strong signal. Only one problem: it's very noisy. People are shouting as they pass by during the night, and sound insulation is somewhat poor. Other than though, this is a definite 'recommend'.

Very cold in the room. For the first time in my life I had to sleep in my coat and hat. The door to the room is right off the street, the walls are icy, the bed too. Even with the battery turned on, the room did not heat up and the battery was switched off after a couple of hours. In the morning I understood the reason: when in a room nobody lives, it is necessary for an opening and simply lays out in a frost. When I complained about the cold, I was offered another room, slightly less but cold.
If you are not a fan of coolness, do not choose this hotel in the winter.

Everything was just excellent for the price we've paid (EUR 55) : 1) Location is not exactly central, but very convenient: metro station Alesia is within 5-minute walk (line 4 goes directly to Saint-Germain des-Pres, Notre-Dame de Paris, Sacre-Coeur and flea market, and also intersects with all other metro lines) and RER B / OrlyBus station is within 10-minute walk (direct connection to Orly and CDG airports), several groceries are just around the corner. Importantly, the neighborhood is calm and safe, nice Montparnasse cemetery and Park Montsouris are nearby (10 to 15-minute walk). 2) The hotel staff were welcome and allowed an early check-in at no cost (we arrived at 7 am). 3) Rooms were good: clean and with all most necessary stuff (hairdryer, plenty of sockets, TV where we watched EURO 2016 when we didn't want to go somewhere, enough space for baggage and clothes). So, a very solid option for a sightseeing visit to Paris! What could be better: — Wi-Fi signal was weak on our third floor (but excellent on ground floor) ; — sound insulation in the bathroom could be better; — no elevator and quite narrow staircase — not an issue for us, just be aware.

The hotel's location is very good, in the 14th district, in a quiet side street. Hotel staff very good, breakfast is also very good. Reception is open 24 hours, and at the end of the street there is a supermarket, which is very convenient. But on the other hand you have a little problem, that is the room and the bathroom were a bit small, and there is no elevator. However, the hotel was also very good, hope to continue this valuable quality.

Bedroom cramped under the stairs, space reduced to a strict minimum. For one night only, it goes.
