Clean rooms, good facilities, nice location.

Overall good stay at the Fabe hotel. The soundproofing of the Windows is not terrible. Also, street noises are sometimes annoying. Same thing for the room door: the noise the neighbors make in the hallway can hinder.
Breakfast is plentiful but lots of industrial products (as in most hotels). Very friendly staff.

Very clean rooms and good facilities for the low price. The location is very good for Paris and you can sleep at night. The staff is extremely helpful and very accommodating. When I got lost in the nearby underground car park, someone immediately rushed from the reception "to the Help".
The bathroom, which is always very important to me, is particularly noteworthy. Big shower, by a big window nice bright and all very clean and tidy.

Have a good stay at the Fabe Hotel. The sound insulation of the windows is not terrible. Also, street noises are sometimes annoying. The same goes for the bedroom door: the noise that the neighbors make in the hallway can interfere.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, we live in the mini room, but also not small, two people live enough! The front desk of the French handsome man is also very enthusiastic!

Small hotel friendly, very nice, the staff is at the small care, the sauna area is available at any time. The rooms are clean and recently redone the bathroom is spacious.

Hotel itself is nice and clean. Very cozy and cute rooms. Small space but reasonable for Paris standard. The reason for the 3 stars is the area surrounding the hotel; I didn’t like it and didn’t fail very safe. If you don’t have a problem with the area, then this is a great hotel for you.

Had a great experience at this small boutique hotel. Very nice accommodations with modern decor. Really excellent service, they were very helpful in answering all our questions and made us an excellent dinner recommendation. Extremely friendly & welcoming. The fact that they had parking available was also a big plus since we were traveling with a car. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Good location and and awesome staff. An important thing to remember is that the hotel star system largely refers to amenties — in Paris it's hard to get 4 or even 5 star hotels because a certain square footage is needed to be elligible. Le Fabe outperforms it's rating and is more of a boutique type. Rooms are comfortable and clean with the things you'd expect. Our shower was good. Transport links are good with metro nearby. There are some great restaurants nearby and the staff have never steered us wrong with recommendations. Take advantage of their local knowledge (they're happy to book for you if your french isn't great) We've stayed at Le Fabe twice now and will most likely be back again.

I stayed two nights here, its not far from the metro station and a ten minute walk from gare Montparnasse. Staff were friendly, smiling, very efficient, bilingual, smart, knowledgeable and an absolute credit to the hotel and the reason I would return again.
This is a small boutique style hotel and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. I would gladly recommend you stay here and the staff are truly amazing.

The Fabe is a quiet, clean and very well located hotel.
The rooms are clean, spacious, functional and tastefully decorated and in an original way.
Breakfast is a varied buffet with quality products.
A sauna is available for free on reservation.
The Fabe is also distinguished by an excellent and exceptional quality of reception with a professional, smiling and very friendly staff.

Had a great stay here, Staff were very welcoming and happy to give recommendations for the surrounding area. Rooms were also modern and clean.

I normally stay around Montmartre but decided to give a different area of Paris a go, plus I had a train to catch from Montparnasse which was within easy walking distance, but the hotels in direct proximity of it are pretty ugly and boring so I'm glad I stayed somewhere with a bit more character! There are plenty of nice…

For the outsider to visit Paris, this lovely small hotel is a very good place. Hotel near Metro station, and around convenience stores. Staff nice and always ready to help others. Heart of the hotel is a bit far, but if you don't care to take the subway, this place is for you!

Feb the hotel staff was very friendly, and very helpful, but also understand a lot, in case you were wondering, they will tell you a lot about what to do, where to go and eat the information. Hotel is very small, but very clean, very modern. You can also enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and water. Hotel location was very good, nearby Metro station just a few minutes walk, Metro can take you to any place you want to go, staff will tell you need to ride the route, we generally sit on line Line 13, and Line 6 line.

Excellent service and an amazing place to stay. I have not experienced such a service in European Hotels, absolutely amazing.

We stayed in the Mona Lisa room, it was lovely! We meet 3 difference men at reception during our stay and all were lovely and more then helpful. Very clean! Will defiantly recommend to my friends and hopefully will get back to the amazing city of Paris soon.
