The hotel is well located next to two metro lines, friendly staff, breakfasts included in accommodation, the room has a kettle, tea with cups, room stock requires repair, plumbing is not very.

No clean, no ac, just close to metro.

Unfortunately I have to give zero stars. I was severely bitten by bed bugs. No toiletries at all, room dirty and falling apart. I can handle the dirty room, but bed bug is just unacceptable. Beware of bed bugs!

The hotel was liked, greeted well, the place is calm, clean, not far from the subway, for breakfast fresh pastries. Day travel, night a normal sleep.

Good location. Very good breakfast and good price. I found the bed very uncomfortable. I recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel, but it's hard to talk with people working in there due to the lack of English language in their repertoire.

Three nights spent in an unsanitary room, foul smells of sewer in the bathroom, only one small plaid on the bed, a day without housekeeping done, a broken power socket = potential danger. Only positive, the breakfast room, we would have liked the room to be of this quality. If, two other positives, the price and location in Paris.

To avoid absolutely, not lovable owner at all. The rooms located at the back are unsanitary and icing on the cake the heating is at least when Paris shivers with negative temperatures and under the snow. January 2018 Unacceptable.

It's good for the price, rich breakfast. Not recommended for very elderly people or with disabilities because it has no elevator.

Very nice hotel! I liked for family is good, personal free breakfast, close to subway and bus stop.

Poor. Fortunately a price of 60 euros per Booking breakfast included car at 93 EUR to flee. Go for one night. Smells like toilets and old room. Finally this price in 14th in Paris is correct.

Smell of sewer in the room, very fine and questionable blankets, liquid soap cut with water, and most importantly, bedbugs running and tangy all night. I highly recommend.

A small hotel in a very nice quarter. Regarding the price tag, I couldn't expect more. The personal was very helpful.

A noisy hotel is dirty. The shower knob and the mixer are broken. The rooms are humid. It is not accessible to PMR people.

Minimum of comfort. Lingering sewer odor. Made for young people…

To my neighborhood was great, very neat and quiet. Unbeatable if you are going to visit Paris and you don't want to overdo in budget. Close to metro and area surrounded of many restaurants.

Rooms small but comfortable all round. Inadequate cleaning in different areas like bathroom, floor and ceiling.
Small bathroom and shower with defective closure and poor cleaning. Carpet ripped and cut to match the room as even the carpet, cut badly in several places. After all, the bed is comfortable, and the hotel is located right in the Center with access to public transport and metro within walking distance. He faced a pastry very good. It's passable for one night but not more. The bed is super soft, the wallpaper is torn, you hear everything (pipes, voices, television, not on the stairs, in short everything). The only positive point is the location: carrefour market in front, close to the metro and shops.

Good T for one to two nights. Shower a bit noisy. No hook in the bathroom for hanging towels. Otherwise nice c.

ONLY for very low budget travellers and light&small suitcases. The have very steep and narrow stairs, no help at all, extremely small rooms. The toilet was in a closet, which isn't suitable for large persons. Nice people at the reception, but not 24 hrs. Good neighbourhood and connections (Metro, bus).

The room was very small and not so clean, but cheap and close to the metro station and in a nice neighbourhood. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 nights.
