Central location very friendly staff the Wi-Fi goes super fast, the apartment meets the expectations in general very well.

We stayed in one of the apartments with the family for a long weekend away. There were 5 of us, but it was comfortable, and the location is fantastic, very close to Denfert Rochereau metro station. The apartment is well equipped and has a small kitchen and espresso machine. What really grates though is they charge you (extortionately) for the coffee pods, so on departure, I had to pay €45 for coffee pods, when I could have bought my own for €5. Shame, as it left a slightly bitter taste after an otherwise pleasant stay. I would recommend this place, but make sure you pack your coffee pods ☺️

The rooms were very small but the area is really good.

Booking via booking, the hotel cancels the reservation the day before at 20h. Immediate call, the person on the phone pretexts a CB problem… and tries to sell me the same room €35 more.
I finally get a room.
On the spot, the reception is done in a tiny gate on the forecourt, no commercial gesture.
The room: large but in bad condition… Dirty floor, disassembled furniture, switch not working, Wi-Fi unusable.
Unacceptable for a 4 * claimed… And one night at €251.
No service, no commercial contact. This is the last time I put my feet in it.

Very nice room
The only small snag was the noise of the neighbors on Sunday morning. We had the impression on several occasions that they were going to go back to our room (their door was concomitant with ours).

The room was clean. Floor covering it's time to change.

Not very pleasant place, narrow corridors with a bad odor. It is an 8-minute walk from the Gaitè Metro.

Very bad service, especially the administration and the organisation. Difficulties to receive a proper business receipt. Clearly will not recommend it for business travellers.

A bit dissapointed. Room too cramped. One toilet out of order. Water not hot enough to shower. But it is clean and cozy with a good central location.

It is very nice and clean and nice staffs, perfect for a family with kids 5 minutes walk to metro station.

The rooms are small but very adequate. The entrance is by key code and opens up into an enclosed courtyard, across which the rooms are located. My room was small but very adequate, clean, and well furnished. This hotel has a private, off the street, almost sanctuary like feel. It is located a short walk from gare montparnasse and the catacombs. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The first three nights we were assigned to a room which is much smaller than the one I reserved (Deluxe Suite 1 Bedroom), we have been told that the apartment I booked was occupied by others and we didn't get to move in to the right one until the fourth day. I booked the apartment and paid in full amount but ended up not getting what I have paid for, this is extremely inappropriate and unacceptable, I am very disappointed to the hotel management in this aspect. For the Deluxe Suite apartment, the size and layout is good, but the room cleanliness needs to be improved. Ants were found crawling on the bed and blood stain were found on the bedroom blanket. Throughout the seven nights stay, Wifi connection was pretty unstable and frequently disconnecting. Until the last two days it became more stable and working normally. At last, I would like to give compliment to the reception staffs. They have all been very nice and helpful in a professional manner. Frankly, my rating to the hotel will be even lower if it wasn't because of them.

Spacious room, clean. Deco cool. Quiet.

C is extremely well-positioned. The room is nickel. A damper on the noise, therefore, the insulation of the room. The breakfast is very good. Attention to the remarks unpleasant between colleagues at this time. Even if it can be justified, the customer intends to… The operation of the lifts is not optimal!

Good clean hotel with well appointed rooms. Staff was a bit short but not unhelpful. Good location near the train station and city center, within walking distance too many tourist attractions.

We looked it via travel agent for our honeymoon. If I had known it was this I would definitely not book it. We didn't enjoy the experience at this hotel at all. Very small room amd the staff were so stuck up and not friendly. Worst hotel experience let alone one for our honeymoon so regretful that we booked here. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We enjoyed the service that is of high quality, the meals also. Hotel is very accessible and close to public transport, address to recommend the organization of meetings.

Regarding the room, the welcome and cleanliness, think of anything to say. On the other hand, having forgotten my phone charger on one of the outlets, I have never been able to recover… Especially do not forget anything there, because you can then be regarded as lost for good…

Frenchement big liars false advertising I had to rent a junior suite, I found myself in a hole rat, even my dog will not there will sleep no more hyper-invasive the big asshole of mr who had Me on the phone luckily you had me to repay and I had taken no fee band of degeulasse you gave me taste of Paris I put a star pck jai no choice but earn not even a quarter of the star, very very disappointed.

Staff was attentive and the room was very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast is an option, and was a delicious assortment. Would definitely stay here again.
