Nice comfortable little hotel.

Dark room made worse because lights are out or in need of bulbs; few electrical outlets; housekeeping left someone else’s half-used bottle of body lotion with display of toiletries (which was disgusting) ; hair products but no shampoo. No real staff on duty. One — man staff at front desk was concerned and apologetic but couldn’t leave his post so nothing was fixed. Ample noise from rooms and creaky floors around us.

Great neighborhood location with metro stop a block away. The staff people were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was of adequate size but several of he rooms are really small. All of the rooms are attractive and comfortable, though. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Paris.

Each and every staff member was super-friendly. Our room was in big contrast to that. The shower was filthy, full of lime scale, the rack and the shower head both hung out of the wall. One light above the bed also hung half out of the wall. One of the pegs of the closet was also broken and our bedspread had yellow stains. Above all that our hotelroom door was very thin and there was a gap of 1, 5 cm trough which light shone but also we could hear noise coming trough all night and all morning long.

Great experience. Rooms are a bit small but very clean, modern and well priced. Location is good as well — central and walkable to many places including Eiffel tower.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small but tasteful and comfortable room. Near Metro stops and nice cafes. A good base to explore Paris and surrounding attractions. Buy a Monday to Sunday rail pass at the airport and a map of rail and train stations, then you'll be on your way! We loved L'Hotel Fred and will be back!

We appreciated the comfort, the quality, the cleanliness of the room and very high availability of all the staff and especially the reception.

Lovely hotel in local area, not much tourist, a bit far from tourist spots but you can feel how local people live, close by nice restaurants. Supermarket is just right the corner. Friendly staff, too tiny bathroom for me, once I shower all area get wet.

Excellent quality, impeccable cleanliness. Beautiful decoration simple and modern. The staff is friendly and kind. Little more friendly : a coffee machine and a few capsules available.

Great solution for a Parisian weekend. Cheaper than many downtown, modern and clean hotels, it is a 2-minute walk from the metro station which in 20/25 minutes takes you downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, offers nothing particularly interesting but is a good place to support for those arriving by car and need parking.

Quiet, helpful staff if needed, great breakfast. It is missing 1 star because the cleaning of the dust could be a little more meticulous in the recesses of lamp, decorative objects and cushions. Great stay for 3 nights despite everything, easy parking.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything clean. This hotel don't have own parking, you have to go to Saint Joseph Hospital. It's something about 400 metres. People there are helpful too, if you don't know something they help you. When you park there you get ticket, hold this ticket all time because when you leaving from hotel you have to ask for stamp and then you have discount for parking. I am sure I come back there.

Great modern and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A few steps from Plaisance Metro station. Quiet area, no traffic noise except sometimes ambulances. Great location, lots of shops, bakeries and cafés/restaurants in the area.

My parents stayed there for 2semaines. Were very pleased with the welcome and the morning buffet. Ideal location not far from the shops and in a quiet area. On things to improve some paint shots to do due to wear.

Hello, I booked a room at the Fred Hotel to free for lunch the next day. Being very tired, I put the sign do not disturb. It did not stop the staff from knocking 3 times at the door from 8:30 am…

Truly an excellent place to stay. The district/area was perfect if you still wanted to be in central Paris but away from the masses and crowds. The staff was wonderful, very kind and helpful, even during late/early times of the day (one helped me with the public transportation to the CDG airport when one of the major train routes was out). The room was very nice and the shower was amazing! If I ever end up in Paris again, I would stay here 10/10 times. Thank you for such a great stay and making my trip memorable. :)

We spent three nights at the Freds hotel and had a great stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are decorated very nicely, the bathrooms are rather spacious. The breakfast is very good for the price.

My husband and I spent 6 days in Paris, late March. One of the highlights was our stay at Fred Hotel. Not only was the location perfect, it gave us the sense a real neighborhood of Paris. The staff was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. The staff was available for assistance, done with such warmth and hospitality. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms offered, but this certainly met our needs. The breakfast buffet was very generous and the setting delightful. We would certainly look forward to staying there again. Merci!

Clean and new. Bathroom is too small. You won't get in without bang yourself into the doors. Staff is always nice. It close to the subway stop Plaisance. Metro in Paris will take you anywhere you want to go. Courtesy coffee on the room was a nice touch for a coffee addicted as I am.

Small, chic hotel. Good selection of furniture and fittings, what for the eye. In the room very well thought-out light ambience. Showers: Super shower, rain shower and second brewing head. Hot and with pressure. Bit small for my thick belly. Sleep: Top mattress, comfortable, long enough (I'm 1, 85). Very quiet, no neighbors included, no road traffic (3rd floor at the weekend). Darkening sufficient. Parking: Special for Hotel 15, — a day at Interparking at Interparking Saint-Joseph. Important: Clarify details with concierge details beforehand!

Couldn't imagine a more pleasant experience than at the Fred Hotel! Stayed here for 2 nights last week and we felt very welcomed and comfortable from the moment we stepped in. The room was very cozy, clean, and modern just as shown in the pictures. It wasn't a very large room, but was not too small either. It was just the right size. The only complication that we had was our safe not working the day we got there, but after notifying the staff, our safe was replaced with a new one shortly. At all times of the day and night there is always someone at the front desk which also made us feel very safe. This hotel also is a 2 minute walk from the metro which takes you anywhere and everywhere in Paris. I loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is going to Paris and doesn't need a hotel near the Eiffel Tower or near the tourist attractions in town. Thank you Fred Hotel for making my Paris experience perfect!

I spent two days in this hotel very nice, very quiet, bedding is very comfortable including the pillows! the breakfast is excellent and really lovely staff. I could even benefit from a view of internet promotion by calling the hotel directly
to advise.

A really nice hotel, quiet, peaceful even. The room was perfect and the breakfast excellent. Only downside, the quality of the proposed tea isn't really up to the standard of this place where I would stay again.

Stayed here for 2 days while I was in Paris and it was amazing. The room is just like it shows in the pictures. Everything was clean. I didn't have any problem. Will definitely be back.

The stay at Fred Hotel was appreciated, being a couple of kids enjoyed it very much. The staff is totally available, rooms very clean, although small and with bathroom separated by a glass panel. Despite that we had a great time, especially because the metro station was on the doorstep and, in addition, in 5 steps there was a well-stocked supermarket. Holiday that would do it with my eyes closed.

Recently stayed here for two nights. Room was lovely, just like the pictures. It's not big but not small (superior room). Employees are lovely, you can ask them anything, from borrowing a pen to recommended restaurants. Location of the hotel is less than a two minute walk from the metro station and supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel. It's perfect! Improvements ; room was 25 degrees, it was a little too hot. And the bathtub is a little bit too small but that's not a big issue. Only thing is that you have to hold the shower because it's too low, and because of it's position the floor gets really wet. Maybe move the shower to the other side of the bathtub and place a bigger glasswall?

This business trip became a pleasure trip thanks to stay at this delightful hotel. Staff are, including the cleaners who have been respectful and not at all noisy; the hall, small and cozy, spotless as the room, besides being a jewel, was complete with all the comforts. The location of the hotel (but still typically Parisian residential quarter say) promises a silence that is hard to find in a big city that helps, then, a night's rest, delicious breakfasts and good boulangeries for a metro on the doorstep, with which you can easily reach the attractions nearby. Recommended!

Friendly and clean. Can't comment on food as we elected to eat breakfast at surrounding bars/restaurants — just a sort walk to them.
