Honestly, my trip was so much better because of the people of the Hotel, a lot of things occur, but the people working in the hotel help me a lot, mainly Giulia, thak you so much.

Impeccable, escaped from another hotel we go to this beautiful place: the girl of the Reception Giulia gorgeous, kind, prepared and helpful. They saved our honeymoon (they even gave us a gift). Clean and fresh room, breakfast more than abundant, possibility to make in the hotel tickets for the major attractions of Paris. Vote 5

Friendly hotel and attentive staff. At this hotel we felt at home, close to all amenities.
Eric is very professional and very friendly!
We were a family of 4 and had two adjoining rooms despite the small size of the rooms we were comfortable with.
Nevertheless, a more neat household and more varied breakfast would be a plus.

Well located hotel near the Italian square, in a quiet little street. Good reception. Bad point for the size of the room, it is difficult to go around the bed. The bathroom door opens a few millimeters from the bed. Another bad point for the bathroom to the layout little worthy of a three star: a simple curtain separates the shower from the bathroom which finds itself flooded after the first shower. A serious upgrade is required.
If the hotel is quiet during the night, it is not the same in the morning when the neighbors leave their rooms, the doors of the rooms are very noisy.
On the other hand, good breakfast with bread and fresh pastries as well as quality products.
The public areas are nice.
In short, this hotel needs a new look.

Bathroom too small. Decent housekeeping not to look at the corners. But staff very friendly and smiling excellent breakfast.

Affordable and comfortable small independent hotel. The room is small but it is ample. The staff were helpful, thanks to the reception for keeping our many luggage for the day.
The breakfast is worth the time for €10. An address I recommend.

This is my go-to Paris hotel. Great, safe area and very close to Place d'Italie, the metro which connects to many stops. The only thing is that the rooms are quite warm so we had to keep the window open at night. Really nice concierge, too!

I stayed 3 days on december. Room was small but it was very clean and tiny… staff was very polite they have smile face. İf ı go there again I can stay.

Just great! Our first contact with the city of Paris was when we arrived at the hotel as we decided, despite traveling two adults and a two year old girl, arriving in the city with a combination of train and Metro to our air and the reception was great. We were greeted by an Italian girl at the front desk (I don't remember her name) with the prettiest eyes in all of Paris and she offered us information on what to do or how to get to the sites of interest. And also in Spanish.
The neighborhood is also very good and with many restaurants close to the hotel, very well connected with Metro and bus… wow… a great stay!

Hotel close to the metro, Station Place d'italie. Friendly welcome with tea/coffee offered every day from 4pm to 6pm. Well-maintained hotel, correct soundproofing and comfortable bedding. Full breakfast and very good (especially the small hot buns! ). Only downside, the space between each breakfast table which is very restricted with difficult passage even for a person of medium build… But it's Paris… I would recommend this property.

The only downside was that the room was very very small) even after being ventilated the room for hours. They upgraded my room. Very close to Metro, Pocket Wi-Fi for €3 available, breakfast in bed available for 12 or €13. I would definitely come back.

The hotel and the rooms are nice and mostly clean.
The staff are friendly, helpful and they also speak Italian well.

This was a great choice of hotel. Very clean, nice personnel and good breakfast. Location was good, close to the metro and restaurants. Not too close to high demand attractions, but sometimes that works. I went in winter time and the temperature of the room was always good. They are very helpful if you ask for some special requirements.

Great value for money. The room was a little on the small side but no complaints for the price. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Good location as its 1 minute from the underground with direct lines to all the major attractions. I would have no hesitations in staying there again.

The staff are nice, the rooms are small but equipped with every comfort, as well as very clean.

The hotel is close to the Plaza D'Italia Metro station with access to lines 5, 6 and 7. There is also a bus stop nearby. With this you can access all the most emblematic places in the city in less than 20 minutes. Our room was small but very clean. We slept very well these days. At the reception they are very friendly and you can speak in Spanish that they understand you perfectly. We will repeat without a doubt if we return to Paris, a success.

A magnificent site, a attention very nice on the part of the staff and services unexpected are welcome on short stays.

Nice hotel with excellent location. Close to shopping, reaurants, bistros, metro and buses. Nice, clean — but small — room. But this is the way it is in Paris — rooms are a wearable thing. If you're travilling with a large suitcase it will give problems. Good breakfast and very helpful conciergies. Will recommend it for both business and lesure.

A nice Parisian hotel in a very good neighborhood. Very close to a Metro exit (line 6 & 7) that allow you to stroll around Paris quickly.

Not much impressive. Small room. Average location.

Very nice. Very Parisian. Strategically located between Orly Airport and La Citè. Very friendly and professional staff. There is also the sweet Giulia who speaks Italian. Not being able to give 4, 5 stars I have to give 4 stars. The missing half star is for the costs I just can't understand. For example 26 Euro for a breakfast (for a double room). We'il be back.

Excellent for prize/position and confortable staying. You can use the kitchen for dinner with your food if you don't want to eat out. Staff is friendly as well. Will stay here again. Recommended!

Awful. Served me old food. The worst part is the manager didn't care when I told him the bouillabaisse was too smoky and inedible. I will never come here again!

I spend there for 4 days in sep 2017. **Pros: Good location (near metro and bus station), nice staffs, good A/C, pocket Wi-fi (3€ per day which is highly-recommended to anyone without SIM Card) **Cons: Extremely dirty (no one changed our sheets), when I arrived the toilet's water was yellow (no one cleaned the room, I attached the photo), NEVER go for room number 1 (the smallest and narrowest bathroom in the world! You can not enter without touching the walls! You can see photos), spots on the sheets even in the first day, no change of shampoo and soap. Towel never was changed! We should use the same towel for 4 days! We changed our room to number 5 after one day which was more tolerable but again messy and filthy. No refrigerator, dark rooms, broken hair dryer (one minute works and one minute wait to be cooled down and work again), bad shower experience in small bathroom while water comes out to the room!, old carpet, super small rooms! (No space in the room to even leave your luggage), no ventilation in bathroom (bad smell) **Conclusion Cleanliness is very important to me so I WILL NEVER TRY IT AGAIN! It was our WORST hotel in our long journey to Milan, Rome, Venice, Paris, Brussels and bruges.

Small quiet hotel Just a few steps from the Place d'italie. Room with a stamp.

The rooms are a little small and the hallways a bit noisy. But for the price, and the location, it's really nickel. The streets are quiet at night, the breakfasts are buffets, with a little choice. The rooms are clean.

It's a very simple thing, friendly staff + quiet & clean rooms + good room rate = great stay! Stayed here a few times and never been let down, it's not right in the centre if Paris (yet not exactly far off) so it's quieter at night but right next to the metro so you're never far away & its only 1 train / 15 minutes from the eurostar terminal. I would recommend this hotel.

Good location Nice little room with balcony. Water Room a little small and that would need a little new. But for the essential very good, comfortable bed, nice neighborhood and a few steps from the Metro.

I have been 2 times in this hotel, the staff is very helpful and nice. The location is good (within walking distance there is a metro stop), the rooms instead are clean but a bit old and small.

To truly being able to evaluate a service you need to have an issue, a problem to be solved. I booked and paid for 4 nights at this hotel but 2 days before my boyfriend had a knee problem and couldn't move so no chance of going. We called to try to at least get the credit to use at another day, but they were irreducible. Either you come or you lose the full amount. I lost 400 euros but they lost a client — and hopefully many.

Well hotel is close to the metro bus lines to move around the capital, well-heated room welcome. Free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel. Small flats lack a kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea and breakfast buffet is a little expensive should be better stocked (fresh fruit, egg scrambled omelette…). But I am very satisfied with the factory hotel. I recommend it.

I stayed with my family for 4 nights in this hotel from 14 to 18 February.
The staff welcomed us with great warmth from the outset giving a lot of information for our excursions; They have also always been very helpful in trying to satisfy our requests: from that of having two rooms nearby, to the restaurant where you can enjoy special dishes, to advice on the visit of monuments and attractions. The Hotel is nice and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is basic but with good quality products.
A special thanks to Chantal who gave us a lot of information that helped make our first time special in Paris!

Brewery nestled between Place of Italy and the goblins.
A continuous service and that's good because that after 2 p. M. To eat properly in Paris that starts to become mission impossible.
The Brasserie has a pleasant enough between industrial and a little bistro campaign, with this mix of style feels immediately at ease, despite the fact that she gives in the avenue a bit noisy if we moved a little towards the back of the restaurant atmosphere is already more cool and intimate.
The food is not overly expensive, he y' has everything, the whole is varied and well balanced between meat and fish, and salads. 2-3 burgers are present on the map.
I took so input a Marine salmon salad € 8, then dish a nice slice of beef 350gr with Fries at €23, for dessert a clafouti raspberry with its ice to support choice.
The entrance was fresh, very good, no complaints salmon was good.
The meat dish was in rare mode as I had requested, the fries were by without much interest. Nice but nothing more dessert.
A good brewery that I recommend for those who want to eat at any time of the day.

Beautiful hotel and very welcoming staff. Great for a family holiday. Lots of lovely restaurants in a mostly quiet area. Very close to the shopping centre and metro station. Perfect for if you wish to walk to places like Notre-Dame and the Bastille. Would recommend to anyone.

Small hotel very well-connected with the metro and bus. We went to spend a few days and the truth that pleasantly surprised us. The girls at reception were very friendly and there was one that spoke Spanish. They have a room equipped for breakfast, very good buffet of brioches.

We were tourism and went to this hotel with something d emiedo because it was quite affordable. We arrived and it was a small, very well located and connected hotel. Do not have a restaurant but if a place pra breakfast, small but very well conditioned. The room was small and the bathroom also but it was very clean. To go sightseeing is perfect because these little in the room. It is a charming, quiet, nice, clean and very affordable hotel. The deal is very close and very friendly. They made many efforts to understand us and help us. Recommend this treatment and for the price, if you go from tourism is perfect.

Nice hotel. Its location is perfect; close to the Latin quarter and Chinatown which means: close to lots of nice restaurants & bars. Also very close (5min) to the Metro station. The room we had was a little small but clean and the personnel very friendly. I can recommend this one for a citytrip (4-5 days) and/or business visits!

Quiet, clean place. Very close to subway. A bit far from the tourist attractions. Breakfast is overpriced. There are many restaurants in vicinity that offer great meals (including way cheaper and better breakfasts).

I stayed here during a vacation which included Italy, Morocco, and France. Out of the three places, this hotel was definitely the cleanest and most hospitable. The hotel is right by the Place de Italy metro station, which is ideal for tourists who want to see the city. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but that's minor considering a typical tourist would spend most of the day touring the city than in the room, as I did. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're planning a trip to Paris!
