Small but well appointed. Staff is ready to assist with any need. Extremely comfortable bed and quiet. Great location. Definitely will stay here again on my next visit to Paris. Breakfast bar very good!

One line review: small rooms, price on the higher side but bed and shower are really good! Stayed in this hotel for a night, I chose the hotel mainly for its location and proximity to metro stations! Campo Formio and Les Gobelins Metro stations are pretty close! Reception open 24x7 and they are friendly! The cramped staircase and entering into a room smaller than I expected almost put me off, given the price! Then came the surprises in the form of a very good and comfy bed and a great shower! Somehow the hotel had the knack of putting the things the guests need in that small space! If not for the price, I would have given 5-⭐️ rating, but missed by 1!

Unser Zimmer war super sauber und frisch renoviert. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert und auch das Badezimmer war top. Die Betten waren super und wir haben gut geschlafen, auch wenn wir uns eine Decke teilen mussten. Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr sehr klein. Die Zimmertür ging grad so auf und man musste schon schauen wo man hintritt mit zwei Leuten. Auch die Fenster war nur mittelmäßig. Also wer einen seichten Schlaf hat, sollte sich vielleicht Ohropax mitnehmen. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir waren zufrieden.

Very special place because of its courteous and very professional staff. The cleanliness and comfort are also ensured throughout the stay. The hotel Saint Marcel remains an ideal setting for relaxing the couple in a loss of speed. Its proximity to large restaurants and shopping malls allows you to dine and shop without using the means of transportation. Usual. Welcome to the Hotel! You won't come back by chance!

Stay Pro. Comfortable rooms, good bedding, shower in rain with a lot of pressure. Very friendly staff. Quality breakfast (with half salt butter! ). Only downside: tiny elevator so complicated with big luggage.

I love this Hotel it provides a different aspect of Paris and a chance to explore. The staff again at this hotel were fantastic. In France rooms are small but all the comfort you need are there. Its just a place to sleep whilst you explore Paris. I received help with maps, advice, great service and I highly recommend this hotel for nomads like me who prefer to explore than waste money on hotels. French people find this hotel perfect (Ils connaissent la maison) for that purpose its unpretentious and you feel like family. Across the road are buses, banks and metro around the corner. See you again soon!

Excellent budget-level hotel. The owner of the hotel takes the guests. A very good and kind man. There is parking (paid 20 euro per day). Close to Metro. Across the road is a bakery and a nice restaurant. Good breakfast.

The Hotel is very nice and very clean and close to all services.
Bemol the standard presees 11.5 m2 for a single room while they are barely 8m2. For 117 euros C is very (too) expensive.

Very good establishment.
A bit far from the metro station if you are travelling with children.

I've got a single room, so far have only spent one night (a Wednesday). The room is right next to the tiny elevator and stairs, but the soundproofing is actually great so I slept very soundly. The room is small compared to hotels in other countries but it's really all I need. Very new, modern and comfortable. I can't speak for the breakfast as I don't need it. Am in Paris for a conference and Hotel Saint Marcel is certainly a good, comfortable, clean and modern hotel for that. So far so good :)

This is a hotel very quiet, clean and not expensive, which it situated in the centre of Paris and is close to tt tourist site, this really is a hotel to recommend.

The four of us stayed here for 2 nights (2 rooms) in mid march 2016, whilst the rugby world cup was on, but thats not why we were there. Its tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city but there is a bus stop litterally right on your door step or there's a 4min walk to the metro. Reception greeted us very pleasantly and answered best they could to our questions. Notre Dame cathedral is a good 30/40min walk from hotel and the Louvre probably 1-1/30 mins but what lovely architecture you take in on your walk. The rooms were of adequate size, although we did have the corner rooms which I've heard are slightly bigger than the others, very clean and the bathroom was modern and again very clean. We didnt eat at the hotel and to be honest there wasnt much to choose from on the boulevard its situated on but like I said the metro isn't too far but maybe it was 'out of season' that there wasnt much choice around? I would go if I were to visit paris again. We got a taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport, cost €50 between us and it was a fixed rate so even though we got stuck in traffic we knew it wouldnt cost us a penny more. Enjoy your stay.

Warm welcome, very comfortable room, perfect stay.

Stayed here for one night, the hotel was recently renovated (paint not dry! ), and The room was small but for Paris that is also normal. Here, location good and very close to the train station. Staff was very friendly, the price is worth it.

Welcoming hotel, where comfortable rooms combine the tip to the chic. Bath and shower in a minimum space of high efficiency.

Fantantic! Is all brand new, nice matress, the shower is show! And we where in family so a our room was much larger than would expect from Paris. The breakfast was very good, and the staff very friendly! I recommend!
