It is quite nice, conveniently located, near 2 subway stations and grocery stores, but walking to the center is very far away. Cons are wild audibility, poor ventilation and lack of air conditioning. And every time cleaning was with a surprise) ) ) then the towels of the wrong size will put, the blanket in the duvet incorrectly refuelthat that it sticks out, then the window will leave open.

Of the flaws in the room there was no fridge and instead of an air conditioning fan.

Small hotel in a reasonable location in Paris. Fairly priced: on the cheap side but this is compensated by a lack of air conditioning, which is murder in summer, and relatively older fittings. Could do with a slight refurbishment! In particular noise can be a problem with light sleepers. Good breakfast; in comparison to the average parisian hotel one could even say excellent.

Room cramped carpet stained with very dirty and worn bleach. A lot of noise all night from the fact that the hotel is located right in front of the police station.
The elevator is between 2 floors which turns out to be impractical and then tiny

Great hotel. In s good way Very French. Good size rooms. All neatly. Bit houdt due to works on the opposit building. And tbe policeststion, But your in the big city. Not the countryside.

Very very good reception, very nice hotel, just lacks a bit of air conditioning in the rooms but they are very correct and very clean.

The wonderful people working at the hotel couldnt be more kind and generous with us. Boris and all the staff understands english or spanish very well and that makes everything easier. They were all very helpful and polite. They allowed us to heat our baby´s food in the microwave, use a plate and spoon whenever we needed it and ¨park¨ the baby stroller in the hotel´s hall. When we were leaving they gave us two botles of water for the trip as well (And many other nice details in our four night stay! )
The room was clean and comfortable. It has an electric kettle and every day the room service leaves cofee and milk for free for you to serve when you want. The location is not near to the most important places to visit in Paris but it is at only two blocks from Place de Italie, a square with several metro lines and buses that will take you everywhere. Besides, you have a supermarket down the street (Carrefour), a Mc Donald´s, KFC and many local restaurants in the sorroundings (with really good prices for a meal). A quiet neighbourhood with a police station in front of the hotel.

Rooms are small. You can hear any noise happening outside your room which is usually early morning… no real disruptions during the night. Staff are very helpful. Located in a great area, everything you need is close by.

Comfortable bedding but average room (shower column not fixed, no air conditioning,. )

You get what you pay for. It's a good place to spend a night. The service is good, the rooms are spacious, and the building is very European and old. For the cons, you can expect separate toilet room from the bathroom and squeaky floors and almost no sound proofing. Overall, we enjoyed out stay there and would recommend this place to others as an affordable hotel accommodation.

Relatively quiet location. Friendly staff, multilingual information and helpfulness. Delicious coffee free from Nespresso machine. Clean rooms with kettle. Elevator somewhat cramped but always works. Just around the corner a bakery, China restaurant, and other restaurant. 5 minutes away a shop. 10 minutes of different dining options.

Nice and quiet place if you get a room away from the street, because there is some construction going on.

The stay was perfect the staff worthy of the great hotels smiling professional I strongly advise that points good continuation.

Nice hotel as well as the welcome with good amenities safe kettle with herbal tea and coffee free and toilet products daily even a Nespresso coffeemaker available at the reception with free capsules. Well located behind the town hall of the 13th arrondissement. Crossroads City, 150 meters. Restaurants nearby as well as a bakery.

Friendly staff. The rooms are not huge but I think on holiday it is enough that they are clean… and they are. Strategic location.

I'm sorry to say this, but I strongly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately the photos do not reflect the reality. Great location, staff helpful but level of cleanliness and everything else we didn't. As soon as I entered the room I immediately checked towels and bed. Hair everywhere, I found whites and blacks, which also had been the cleaning lady (which I do not think), I wonder how many people slept on those same sheets where I slept. Towels dirty and not smelling. Even on one of these I saw a pubic hair. I mean, crazy stuff. Bathroom with uncovered pipes that exude an absurd sewer stink. Also the spaces in our bathroom were completely non-existent, for example, to sit on the toilet I was with half a bust inside the shower together even at the feet, how do you do it? Do you think it's normal? …

Advantages-clean-cheap price-staff very friendly-room was nicely furnished-bathroom nice (shower) — kettle was in room-hair dryer in bathroom cons-the hallway I found Ned beautiful, scares a bit off (renorvieren) — Breakfast expensive (12 Euro per person) — Little space in the room-small table when you are in the room (that is so because the have quite little space)

Love the place. It cosy, and the metro is easily accessible within a few minutes walk.

Near Place d'italie, the subway, the bus, many restaurants, a good walk to the island of the city via Rue Monge, and the bullring, it is very convenient. Our room was large, clean and quiet. I want to come one more time!

I do not see too much to complain in fact: breakfast was good and diversified (in a pinch, you might need to review the quality of the Thermos coffee; but I have not tasted that of the Nespresso either ^^), the bedding was comfortable and clean, the room and the hotel in general also. The room was a little small but we only stayed one night and I do not think that when you go down to a hotel in Paris it is to stay in a hotel room ^^ as for the staff, they were all smiling and very helpful! Anyway, frankly nothing to complain about! Even the rate was more than OK for a 3 * in Paris!

Nice place to stay very close to metro station and touristic sites by short walk. The people in the hotel is very attentive, the rooms are a bit small but comfy and clean. Very good for business and even leisure.

Arriving around 22:00, a very nice gentleman greeted us and offered to print us a plan in case our laptops would have no battery to go home!
The next day a nicely presented breakfast was waiting for us with a very nice staff, listening to the slightest remark.
Finally, and it was on leaving the next day that we had the right to have a coffee and an orange juice even if we had exceeded the time of the official PTI, and a very charming lady has cashed us with the smile and the real-concern of the customer!

Pleasantly surprised, good hotel in quiet, 2 steps from the metro station Place d'italie. Clean, very nice home and lovely staff. Breakfast is good for 8 euros. The breakfast room is small but functional and always clean. The standard room is not very large but the essential is there, good bedding, everything is clean, ditto for the shower room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This quaint out of the way hotel was cosy and clean. The front desk was helpful and friendly. They went out of the way to make us feel welcome and helped us get our bearings. The rooms are fairly small but good enough for sleeping. The breakfast was fantastic. Loved it.

The service is very good! The room is very clean, 100 meters outside the hotel police station, good law and order.

Rooms on the top floor, room and bathroom were very clean.

We have been here for over 9 years, on 5 visits to Paris. The staff has always been friendly an very helpful. The rooms have heen modernized, are clean and comfy. We'll be back!

Good hotel, friendly staff. The room was too hot though, missing an air conditioning system.

Terrible service. Very unhelpful. We had asked for an early check in, but they were unable. Okay, no problem. However, then they were late having it ready according to their own 2pm schedule. There was an error in our booking, so instead of a two night stay, we only had one. The three person room we were in was booked the following day, so we couldn't rebook. No other three-person rooms available, and they wouldn't allow us to book a double for three. Instead, they wanted us to pay for two rooms for the following day, which would also mean checking out of our first room and then having to wait for check in for the next room. We decided to book down the street for the next night.

This was a really small hotel but in a good part of Paris and recently remodeled. The rooms were tiny but we expected this as most Paris rooms are. The hotel unfortunately did not let us check-in early. The staff wasn't too sure on recommendations to eat, especially since we had a vegetarian with us on the trip. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price and would definitely stay again if I am on a budget.

Perfectly connected near the Place d'Italie metro stop, great for tourism then, small rooms, but bed was comfortable and room was clean, shower was very small as well, typical of Paris I would say… free Wi-Fi and good front desk service/attitude.
