The room was OK. We were able to get a room on the high floors, as requested.

However we arrived at 5pm and the room was not ready. We waited an hour to get it. Hence the note.

Otherwise the room is rather comfortable. The shower a little weak. The price is average.

It was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The basement was a little unusual for the parking… insufficient markings and directions. The room was cosy and neat.

Rooms not very big, we were in 3 it was a nightmare, but perfect in cleaning. Great location near metro Number 6 which in an instant takes you everywhere. In the evenings near them there is an avenue that offers different types of restaurants. Recommended.

Rooms are practically new, not very large but to sleep they go more than good, clean.
Good and plentiful international breakfast.
Friendly staff, also speaks Italian.

Nice and professional staff. The rooms are very clean and the room is very nice. About 20 meters from the Metro. In front of a bar for breakfast at 6, 5 euros great. I highly recommend it.

Location was great! I gave them 3 stars because they only changed the sheets once in 6 days. Also, on the first day I had the do not disturb and housekeeping still came in.

Of this hotel I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the proximity to the subway.
The area is well served. In front of the hotel there are fastfood like KFC and Mc Donald is a huge shopping centre with 138 shops.
Negative notes: — The staff has not proved competent and/or willing to help us in booking an excursion through the totem in their reception — bathroom and rather small room — the property is 7/8 stops from the centre (about 20 minutes Metro.

Nice hotel with nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast is very good. The only thing is that the room is a bit fair.

Near the Gate of Italy. Good welcome. Cleansing is beyond reproach. Breakfast quite expensive at 15 but that can easily make you wait until the evening.

A nice hotel within walking distance of the metro. There are a lot of cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch.

Modern hotel for a short stay in Paris. The rooms are modern but quite small. The 140 cm bed was equipped with a very hard mattress. Unfortunately the room was very noisy, we heard everything that was going on in the room next door. The breakfast buffet is nice and offers a good choice of food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Okay place. Very close to the metro. They only have one elevator servicing multiple floors. 2 points during their stay the elevator was not working. Good morning breakfast with fresh baked croissants and other pastries in addition to eggs and some type of meat. Rooms were clean and modern looking.

Finally find a hotel exactly like London ibis wembley. Finally find a hotel with kettle in France. Decent relatively big clean room. Nice design. But a bit pricy though. The area is safe and nice. Get to Paris city center is quite convenient as well.

Very disappointed with the staff of this hotel, we were talking as less than nothing! The lady of the reception want us to pay a mistake from her colleague from the previous day, finally brief big scandal the police had to move it and we were gone while we were planning to spend one more night. I strongly advise against I have never seen this.

Hi I gave the maximum stars because although it is not central as a location, it served well. From the Metro that is a few meters and is in over close to many tourist attractions the rooms are small but new and clean. Nearby there are many places to eat so if in the evening after a day spent in Paris you are tired you can go down eat and return immediately to the room.

It is now part of the local chain TimHotel (which has facilities only in and around Paris) ; It's all about discreet, but nothing special… you can see that he's recently undergone a refresh… Brand new bathroom, but rooms and hallways with carpeting and dirty, scratched walls… Furniture "poor" but suitable for a 3-star hotel.
Beware of multiple rooms (which are just for them) because they peddle double rooms with 2 beds for triple rooms, tucking a bed into impossible spaces and making the room unlivable… The beauty is that they insist that for them the room is triple even when in the sign on the door is written room for 2 people!
Breakfast just enough, which is not worth the 15 euros required, with frozen croissants and not fresh.
From 10 and praises the location, just 50 meters from Place d'Italy with the metro stop (3 lines).

The rooms are very small. The reception is very average. The trade report is bad. On 22/12/2017 in the morning, we were charged three breakfasts for two consumed. The gentleman at the reception is almost upset. Dismal!

Well placed (literally one minute from the exit of the Metro place D'italie) but without charm. That's probably not what we're asking. We can have breakfast there. There are also conference rooms Downstairs. The neighborhood makes it easy to eat.

Very comfortable, clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room & also with the fact that they provided a kettle which we weren't expecting. The location is only 100 metres from the Metro in a vibrant, clean and safe area with a wide range of restaurants, shops, bank etc on the doorstep. We'll happily go back to this hotel again. Magnifique!

Hotel very close to Metro stop Line 6 and 7 a few stops from the Louvre. They would like more assistants in Italian language to the welcome customers.

The hotel in general is good… but there is a detail that I did not like anything and that throws all the good things that the establishment has. I asked for a taxi to the hotel receptionist, thinking that the prices would be normal to go to the airport. Apparently I was asked to get one from UBER, driven by an Asian. The price I asked for doing the service was 90 euros to go to Orly. The normal prices of taxis from this origin are 30 euros (fixed price to this airport). At the end I grabbed one that was at the door and paid that amount. Try to ask for explanations from the hotel reception staff, for being they who managed the taxi, and tried to convince me that the price I asked the UBER was good, they tried to convince me that it was to have many suitcases… etc. What is it? What do the hotel commissions have for UBER taxis? Very ugly this matter.

Pretty decent hotel. Our room was small but we weren't planning on spending too much time in the room, a little upset that they did not provide water bottles and the air con was not functioning well. Breakfast options were good, they had variety and was all fresh. Staff were helpful and always available.

Very good hotel, good design and nice, except the lack of mini fridge, a TV that can be plugged in a USB, otherwise all good, I recommend it as this in a very good leisure place and is in front of the Metro stop.

Ctrip said from the Gare de Lyon 700 m, completely lie, take the subway or to transfer at least thousands of meters. To the hotel said there were technical problems, to not come out of the room, also with the same cost we set next to the Ibis. Small room no, obviously less serious doubts: joint Ibis lie, especially foreign tourists, anyway, you have no other way but to accept the recommendations. So at first don't.

Overall, very good value for money.

Boca de metro and bus stop to 50 meters. Line 6 is an important artery of metro with their transfers.
Department stores in the same square. Kentacky, Mac. Donalds… etc

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the Place D'Italie Metro station, just ten minutes from the Louvre Museum. The room decoration was stylish and very clean, very good Wi-Fi signal. Hotel has its own garage (but you need to pay) and the rate is pretty much like other parts of Paris. There are many restaurants nearby there is also a large shopping centre. Breakfast is very expensive (15 €), but you don't have to eat here, because the attachment is really a lot of bakery/coffee shop/fast food restaurants,

My visit was in 2011 when it was managed as a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is great, just meters away from fast food, stores and public transport stations. They gave us free Wi-Fi and stored our luggage after check-out so that we could explore the area for a bit before leaving. Nice hotel overall, hopefully the fact that is now owned by other chain doesn't affect its status.

Staff thief … to them was a night while I had booked x 2 nights … thinking that I was already party when I got back to the room I found empty suitcases and all my stuff stolen … plus I had to pay for my stay in a bland and miserable.

I had a very pleasant time here. Perfect location. It takes about 2 min to the nearest metro station at which u can go to all the main attractions by subways. Very good enviroment. Nice facilities in the room. Clean and tidy. And kind and friendly staff.

Great location. Neat environment. Kind staff and modern facilities. Continental breakfast is delicious and buffet. It would be better if the food could be replenished.

Great hotel, rooms are modern and recently updated. Staff were pleasent and happy to help. (All spoke good english) free Wi-Fi was fast. 2 min walk to metro and can get to every place of interest very quickly. Area felt very safe and plenty of cafes, restraunts and other shops you might need. Only negatives are a slow elevator and poor hair dryer but I think you will survive! I would stay again next time in Paris. Recommend to all Australians.
