Warm welcome, spacious and well equipped apartment.
Organic crossroads in front of the hotel and metro station nearby.
An excellent address.

Not a bad place at all. It’s nice to be in a neighbourhood where there are more locals and fewer tourists. Lots of grocery stores and little spots to eat. The rooms were neat and clean, although the bedding was a tad musty. Someone else on our floor smoked cigarettes for two days when we were there and the staff didn’t do anything about it, which was a bummer. Assuming that doesn’t happen all the time…

The apartments are pretty well located with good cleanliness and correct equipment perfect for a visit to the City. Value for money super acceptable.

I can't wait to be out of here. Peace and quiet? FORGET IT! In the room above mine, someone has been moving furniture for the past 2 hours. It's driving me crazy. I didn't sleep much last night either, because this place is full of heavy electronic doors that just bang every time you open them and leave them to "close". So, the doors just kept banging throughout the night, following the different schedules and whims of the very different people who stay here. Honestly, for 100€ a night, I expected better. Never again…

It’s a bit far from down town… but very good located and communicated by Metro. In 25 minutes you can be at any important place in Paris.

We're having spectacular days. The attention is çordial and the advice unsurpassed. Antuan. Guillermo Geniuses! The apartment is comfortable in space and utilities. Close to every meter. The 5 floor refurbished. Absolutely recommended!

The Laundry room only opens until 6pm. Usually, on a vacation, people will spend less time in the hotel. Hopefully in the future, this hotel will consider the laundry room opens until midnight. I was staying for 6 nights and got 1 time for cleaning service (you have to ask or pay more if you want the room to be cleaned every day), but it wasn't clean enough. They didn't wash dirty plates I put in the sink, maybe I also have to ask them or put a note. Very close to subway station. No AC.

Easy to reach. Metro 3min walk. Generally clean. Staff are very helpful!

Nice rooms with cooking facilities. Staff are only available between 6 am and 10 pm.

Not the greatest neighborhood, although there is a grocery store down the street which works well for cooking in the room and saving money. It is also fairly close to the subway station. The room was really dirty and not well taken care of. I remember feeling really grossed out. Pretty expensive for what you actually get.

We stayed there in 1994. Very clean, orderly, close to food shopping.

For the same price of a hotel room an apartment to two Street no place of Italy in a quiet and well connected (metro lines 5, 6 and 7 within 5 minutes) and several noctiliens.

It was ok for what I paid was a bit shocked I had to sleep on a fold out couch for 5 nights. Never got new fresh towels during my stay. Was very good with the kitchen and certain things available.
