Very warm welcome, absolute cleanliness, very quiet courtyard side, room staff with little care, really very happy.

The wi fi password they gave me didn't work, the service is poor, the atention is really bad I called like three Times to the reception and nobody answer, the bathroom is ugly se did not like the atention, besides, there wasnt anybody in the reception all the time.

Nice experience. Three-person stay in a studio with mezzanine in March 2018. Cleanliness: Nothing to complain about. Sympathy and staff availability: 10/10. Excellent location
Rate my 5 stars because: — furniture that accuses the weight of years to refresh or to replace.
— Studio for 4 people but only one TV in the mezzanine. TV kids are supposed to sleep downstairs!
— High-end Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Clean, quite, nice appart hotel and smiley people. We spent a very nice week there. Price is OK and the location is in the middle of China town.

The studios are practical, functional and very well maintained.

The young woman at the reception is obviously not understood in this profession: rude, impertinent, inefficient. It took him almost an hour to find a sponge. We were on the ground floor (room 2). Despite the sprayed air freshener recently, the smell in the room is unpleasant. It comes, in part, pestilent kitchen smells coming from the small garden at the back (not maintained by the way). And for another part to the fact that people can smoke in this room! The pillows also smelled. In short, a big problem of cleanliness. It was not possible to reach directly the garage by Elevator, obligation to go through the outside. The basement cluttered with dirty linen carts, made access to the difficult lift. The breakfast was not worthy of the name: 'card' bread, butter tasteless pastries to margarine. I advise you to go elsewhere. There are urban women not far away, where we found refuge.
