Great location for metro and rer. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Good value for money considering we are in Paris. Breakfast. Hotels in a cosmopolitan neighborhood but quite quiet and with restaurants with affordable prices.

The rooms need some serious TLC! They really need to be freshened up! Service was good. I found the prices pretty steep for the quality of the rooms offered.

I am just not happy with what I got for what I payed. I've been in New York and got way better room in Central Manhattan for the same money than this. Also be aware that the parking space is NOT included!

The room was nice, NOU were 3 and planes on paper 2 single beds and 1 sofa gold we had in my opinion 3 real beds (the base of the last was a little different but it does not matter much), the room was clean.

Great place! Awesome buffet breakfast, and a great location. I called ahead of time to get a room for my dad in a wheelchair and they accommodated for us. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Good, clean hotel at a good price. Helpful reception and great breakfast. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. If you can't speak French, you should definitely speak English. There is no one spoken German (like almost everywhere in France).

Not at all the same presentation and performance as the other "Style" signs… small Parisian room, skimpy + old… you would think a "budget" sign… should we rely rather on the highest prices in Paris to keep a standing equal to the rest of the France?

Pleasure to be welcomed after a long course by train… The bedding is very comfortable and the smile at breakfast prepares you a good day.

Definitely coming back to this hotel. Located really close to the train/metro station, 400m from the Seine River, and in a really calm part of the city. 24h service with excellent staff always ready to help you, I was late 30 min to check out and they were really comprehensive. The hotel is super clean and with a fresh decoration. The room is cozy and has a huge and super comfortable bed. Breakfast from 6am to 11am with a big variety of products and super fresh.

Booking was done by mistake. I asked to change dates request is not validated by hotel staff. And when I asked to cancel booking then no refund was given. I asked for charging relevant penalties and reschedule booking or cancel booking, still request was not serviced by hotel. This behavior is done even if I have done another dated booking with same hotel.

Very good hotel, with nice rooms, a simple and good breakfast, and a very nice bedding. Only a bit badly soundproof (water noise from other rooms…)

Good location in relation to public transport (metro, RER, bus). Room The breakfast is included in the price of the room. Flat: An ageing bathroom with equipment that is not in very good condition. Staff overall welcoming (off breakfast server).

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Heavy mold infestation throughout the room. Toiletries are limited to toilet paper and towels. Never worth 3 stars!

5 stars because I got a very good price for my short stay. Otherwise apart from the great things which are location, metro station 50 meters away, good beds and close to any type of shop. The breakfast is a bit of a take back because it contains a small variety.

Standard Ibis respected. Maybe a little decentralized, but a few minutes from the Metro stop. Excellent balance between cost and quality. I recommend it to anyone who is willing to spend 10 minutes by subway to get to the center and is looking for cheap quality accommodation in Paris.

Welcoming staff, clean and decent room for the price but the bedding is desastre. A mattress to reunite 2 beds of 90cm: All in a sad state. To avoid for this reason.

The hotel is very nice, the renovation was quickly done and poorly done, did not respect the standard Ibis Style of the other hotels I could make. (no worries about cleanliness) but the rooms are small. (Good bedding).
The worst is the receptionist, not amiable, not helpful, think more to discuss with are colleague than to serve customers…

Nevertheless, I understand your comment on the use of acting. But did not believe that it removes in anything your responsibility, it is not the client to suffer the vagaries of bad employee (even acting).

Good location Good welcome polite pro and nice. Electric extra heating in the room. It is very noisy… The cleanliness of the bathroom is limited (from the green… to the edge of the washbasin, the limestone encrusted on the edges of the bathtub). Breakfast very good with a lot of choice and a very nice person. The price is very high for the benefit.

It is a hotel with comfortable rooms, an excellent continental breakfast, the bathroom is comfortable, the service depends on who ESTW of turn.

Continental breakfast was included in the price. It's very convenient for the metro and very close to the Accors arena.

Rooms where Ok and the breakfast is free. I was there in the middle of a renevation and was hard navigating through the building. Location is good though.

Small but clean room. Staff helpful. In terms of decoration and facilities have no more refinements. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, but apart from the SOAP but no other amenities. 5 minute walk to the subway station. Most disappointing is the network: connection is too slow, open any Web page is imported-it is almost useless, and they claim to offer free Wi-Fi not that useful. They have to invest in a decent speed on broadband, so as to claim their network.

Friendly staff, good location, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, that's about it. Bathrooms quite old. Water in shower switches between freezing cold and burning hot every few seconds. Breakfast could be good if everything was working every day. One day no coffee, the other no orange juice (due to broken machine) and cheapest low quality eggs from caged chickens (class 3, actually illegal in other European countries). Internet could be good (really fast) if working, but some days there is no internet at all and nothing the reception can do about it. It's a shame because with some more reliable breakfast, internet, water temperature, this hotel could be very nice…

Stayed here last week with my family in a two-double bed room with a kitchenette. LOVED this place.

Good location in two steps from line 14 and RER C, direct access to central Paris. Access to the T3 also to go a door of Versailles.

All excellent except TV is so boring if you dont know French.

Comfortable room, bath instead of a shower was particularly pleased. Great breakfasts with fresh juices. Very nice for children. Friendly staff. Parking in the basement is not for the faint-hearted driver) ) ).
